Ace is the place! My hats off to both Scott & Kyle specifically. They deliver my heating pellets here at my place and are extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Great crew! All businesses should be like this. We have a pearl of a place here in Rogue River. Anytime I go in to find something immediately helped and out and they are quick. Home Depot and Lowe’s are terrible. In Rogue River it’s Ace, Rogue River Pharmacy & Rogue Spirits — best places!

Amazing. Old school helpful. Needed a couple bolts for an old car repair and not only did they meet me at the door to ask how they could help, but they walked me back to the bolts, found what we needed and made sure I was happy. I dont find service like this often enough, and so great to find people who enjoy their work and enjoy helping people out. Well done!

I am still in love with this hardware store. Today, Michele went out of her way to help me save $20 with an online savings offer. She took the time to split my order and re-entered my delivery order just so my order could qualify. Who does that? I'm most grateful these amazing people are in my neck of the woods. Rogue River is a wonderful place to be.

These folks are the BEST !! They have it all !! From building supplies to the smallest part you thought you'd never find 😅 plants, propane, garden supplies, & ALL your farm needs too. Even in bad weather the good fokes are ready to help you. We Love our small town friendly Ace Hardware

Excellent customer service and great selection of stuff.However- their markup on stuff is egregious. For example- 1" socket cap screws there are $1.27 each...the same product at DHI in gp is $0.17. 12' corrugated siding is 14 dollars more expensive per piece than at dhi as well.Horrible horrible value. I feel it's wrong of them to scalp their locals like that as the majority are elderly.Shame on you!

This ACE Hardware store is Excellent!We went in looking 10 or so items that were on our list of things that we have been trying to find local and found them all.Still in the Rogue Valley this Hardware has it all and a couple of items that we needed and remembered at the last moment.Gene was an exceptional assistant helping us navigate the unfamiliar store and saving me tons of walking. Even taking a moment to check us out.For sure it's worth the little drive to the town of Rogue River.They even have fresh water for your dogs and don't worry, bring in your polite dog.

Met at the door by a friendly employee as how the could help me. I said I knew what I needed and knew where it was. They smiled (I think they did because everyone in the store wears masks) and said just ask if I needed help.Their store inventory is very complete for a small town store and their prices are competitive. They recently remodeled and it is easier to find what you need.

Great staff, very helpful as they greet you at the door. 99 percent of the time they have what you need and help in the yard loading. Everything from gardening supplies, hardware, plumbing, electrical, lumber and animal feed. Good hours. Glad they're in our neck of the woods in Rogue River!

I love this little shop and will gladly pay a bit extra for the attentive and available staff. Pretty good selection, well organized and everything is easy to find (in the exception something is not, staff is always around to help). Just wish they stayed open a bit later.

I look forward to shopping here, which is good, because I need to go a lot as I'm renovating my home. The best part, which sets them aside from other home goods and hardware stores is that there is ALWAYS someone to help you shop - and they are all really helpful! (I have the opposite experience elsewhere.) Excellent customer service, great selection, and good prices.

I must have just got a bad clerk. Was so excited to business with this place given the reviews. But what I got was a young clerk who didn't listen to what I needed, which was someone to go look at the lumber (there are no prices and I needed help picking the right lumber). Instead I was told to go get the size and she could look it up. I needed help picking the right lumber!Wont be back.

I live in the country and this is the closest hardware store. I have been shopping here for over 3 years now. The employees are amazing, they take the time to help through every detail and question you could possibly have. They always have what I need and the few times they haven't, they ordered it right in. I hate going to Home Depot or Lowes! I go to Main's for all my supplies. The store is pet friendly and well, just over all, its a great store. <3<3<3
