I am visiting the Oregon coast and my Belgium Malinois, Bella, was in need of a nail trim. The ladies @ Pampered Pets could not have been nicer and so patient with my anxious pup. A perfect trim and Bella was eventually happy too. They are fantastic!

I would give 10 starts if I could. Heidi is always so positive, friendly, kind, professional, skilled, and accommodating. Prices are amazing and our dog gets SO excited to go. She hates having her nails done to the point that we can't do them at home. But she loves Heidi even if she has to get her nails done.

Heidi is amazing with our dogs. She does our nail clipping. My dog's have anxiety issues from past bad experiences, but she is gentle and caring. Absolutely fabulous! Very professional

I picked up my dog and I had no idea she got cut - nicked whatever you did but no mention of it I found it later when she cried when I picked her up !! I get dogs will probably get nicked sometimes but atleast tell the owner !! RUDE !! Now we know why you didn’t even scheduleHer next appointment we will be looking for someone else !!
