Great family ran business. Prices are reasonable which is rare for somewhere so isolated. Love the hours they're open makes it more convenient for people who work later. Variety is impressive for items they stock. Have always been friendly, welcoming, and respectful which se ems to be going out in most places these days.

A nice good size store just east of the junction of 395 and 20. I just stopped to get gas and use the restroom, so I didn't do an in depth examination of their inventory, but they are definitely good for "road food and drink", Visitor information, and fuel. They have gas pumps from the '70 s and calculate the cost by hand, as do a lot of the small stations in this part of Oregon. Don't be surprised by it. The gal working when I stopped by was a delight. NOTE: If you are headed to Little Glass Butte, this is your last pit stop coming from the east.I highly recommend the Riley store 💯%. Prices are a little higher, but remember where you are. ⛰️⛰️⛰️

The owners are incredibly nice and understanding! We needed gas and they opened the store for us after close for a quick stop and re-up on snacks for the rest of our drive. The store is super cute too and looked like it has just about everything you would need for a road trip. I would definitely stop if you're passing through Riley and support this awesome business!

They are very nice and good service.Me and My husband we are going Las Vegas I tried to make to Burns Oregon but we almost ran out the gas so I look up google for gas station near me and they said closed at 8.00pm.I decided to call them to let them know I am coming and I told them I might get there by 8.05pm. They said we will waiting for you.OMG!. We made to the store on time.Thank you so much.You guys saved us life ❤️

Some people may not appreciate the small-town atmosphere in the store... But if you give it a chance you'll fall in love with it.But I personally love it.The place is where it needs to be when you're driving for a long-distance and you're starting to worry about where I'm going to fuel up at.And the people couldn't be any nicer.

What a cool place! They have everything from gas to groceries to long sleeve t-shirts at a great price. Staff ate friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the area. Beautiful place to stop for lunch. Big rig friendly with shaded picnic tables and an easy on off

My wife and I were traveling on our way to Eugene,Oregon one night back in 2002 or 2003. I'll always remember it was late and we hadn't eaten. We stopped in to hopefully get something to eat there. There was nothing at the store. We remember a lovely elderly couple who I'm assuming was running this place at the time. It looked more like a home when we stopped there back then. We sat down at a table and visited with them. The elderly couple told us there was no convenient food for the road. We were devistated. However, the kind couple offered to make us something to eat. We were in heaven and blessed. We remember them making us some delicious sandwiches and chips to go with it. A good drink to go with the meal too. These were very kind and God sent people. God only knew how hungry we were that late night. We'll never forget them. We are forever grateful for your hospitality and your kindness to us. We love you all. They just made us feel like family. God bless you both Sir and Ma'am! We even got the Riley,Oregon magnetic picture with the bird on it to this day to remember them. We bought it there in that homely store at the time. I'm not sure if they are still around, but I'd love to get in contact with them. Thank you once again for your kindness and pure loving hearts. Nice gas station with good selection of snacks and drinks. Clean Restroom and adorable kid and dog(Buzz?). The gas price was actually cheaper than the one at Burns. ($4.67 Aug 13,23 vs 4.69 at Burns)

We stopped by for gas EARLY in the morning on our way through. The worker was very friendly & personable, quick to help us, and overall I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice little stop in rural Oregon hahaThey have a great security camera setup I noticed, which made me feel safe, the shop was well lit & clean and the bathrooms were super nice!I haven't been to Riley before so I have no idea how long this place has been around but it's leagues above some of the small rural Oregon gas station stores I've been to beforeGreat work with the place!

My tire started to go flat about several miles outside of Bend. Knowing I had to keep pushing forward, I called ahead to The Riley Store and found that they had air available. I pulled in and the owner came out to fill my tire and calm my anxiety knowing there was not a place around for miles. The tire held up thankfully for the rest of the drive and the friendly faces from the owner and his wife was a welcome site.I am so grateful they were available that evening and so graceful. Definitely stop in and help support this mom/pop shop and you will see why they have so many 5 star ratings!

Young hardworking couple. The perect place for fuel, food and camping supplies. Very bright lights so you can find your way around at night. Restroom indoors along with convient porta potties outdoors. Located on HWY 20 so you can quickly be on your way. A popular very busy spot with friendly staff. They even have a few RV hook up sites.

Yes!! There is gas here! (Sept 2022)Google doesn't show it and due to the route it picked, I almost didn't make it to Burns... Very nice owners. Even a sign saying if you need gas and we are closed, call this number.We were filling up and a car with Utah plates was just as happy to find a gas station as we were!

Stopped for gas. Had a little issue with what pump said and what I paid. It was somebody's second day, honest mistake. Owner responded, explained not the end of the world. I'll just call it a tip ;-) I'm good. To Owner thank you for the explanation.
