I went 7 minutes before closing and the doors were shut and locked, I understand that it was 7 minutes before closing but it was not closed since the store closes at 10 and not 9:53. I had just gotten off work and needed to grab something for dinner for my family, this is not okay. I will ne calling in the am to speak to a higher ranking manager. They said it was the managers fault so I would like to reach out to the gm of this store.

I called the store to find out if it is specific item as I was there yet another store they did not have it so I was hoping to just find out without having to make a stop unfortunately I kept calling and calling and calling and nobody would answer the phone
