I am a Local Reedsportian for 5 years and I am very impressed by the selection of Amazing Dairy Products that go on sale here.Chris , a store manager, is a great employee. He's Always helpful and willing to take care of anything you need while shopping. His end-of-the-day announcements are hilarious due to his Airline Steward / Pilot Voice filled with enthusiasm that comes over the intercom .Bobby is a super friendly employee as well and treats us well as customers.I've been told that due to the partnership with the local food pantry , they are well-stocked to provide great items to people who go there. I'm so glad they do this.

It closes at 10 PM which is good as you may buy water or some food items for the night from there.

Some of the clerks give me a lot of help and call for a courtesy clerk. I am mildly disabled.And then some just want to move on to the next customer that they know.There isn't very much in the vegetable/ fruit area. Maybe it will be better when all the tourists leave for the season.

Sale items not clearly marked, purchased burger that matched the sign in front of product brand and description yet was charged 5.99 lb for 80% grind instead of the 2.77 member price advertised, hope they enjoy the extra $12 it’s the last time they get any of my money. When I complained the person in charge did not offer to make it right just told me I was wrong without looking at the display

Great selections and fresh produce. Deli smells wonderful. Gas station on site and is the cheapest gas in town (at least when this was written). Points for purchases go towards reduced price of gasoline. What a deal! Fill your pantry, refrigerator and your gas tank.

Very disappointed in Reedsport Safeway. I needed to purchase lemons and there was only one bag available. It was apparently not fresh. One lemon was soft and rotted. I had the cashier ask the manager if he would discount it. He said NO!! I guess they are willing to sell rotted items. I’ll be going to McKays to do my shopping and get great customer service.

The cashier Bailey has horrible customer service. Doesn't say anything and just stares at you when he is done scanning your items.

Great helpful staff. Scanning in store coupons to clip deals in store app can be tiresome and tedious but worth the savings. Shop for deals and stock up.

There is a sign that says only service Animals welcome, can make an owner feel like their dog isn't good enough. Staff is friendly, you can find what you need here and prices are better than surrounding stores. Other stores do not reject animals with a sign.

Great little supermarket, smallest Safeway I've ever been in. The only downside is that it gets cramped when busy. Checkout can be a challenge when the store is busy. Otherwise, they are a great go-to for what you need. The staff is always helpful, and the manager is great.

Went in for western union. The lady was very accommodating. Had an issue with payment and she helped me right away. They even let me bring my small dog inside because it was cold.

They have a hard time getting the sale price and digital coupon price right so if you aren't paying attention you will get charged full price not good

I have never been in a grocery store that was so cramped for space. People were bumping into each other constantly. Had what we needed but hard to get around.

This is the smallest and the best Safeway I have ever been too. Very nice meat section. Friday and weekly ads make it very affordable. They don't have a bakery and will not have some of the stuff in the ads. Oh Well

Sadly, it's kind of a small Safeway. The selection isn't really there like in the larger cities, but for the most part they have what you need. The cashiers are great! You have a question about their stock? They have the answer.

This has to be one of the smallest grocery stores I have ever seen, more like a really big convenience store but missing the wider aisles, Starbucks coffee counter and other amenities of big city grocery stores. Staff was quiet but helpful when engaged, limited variety or selection of some items, major chain so you can't go wrong.

Everything was stocked! Fresh fruit was everywhere and they even had lots of TP! lol Seriously, it was nice to walk into a store that looked clean and fully stocked. The deli had fresh food and killer deals. Plus they have a bux inside. So I was happy.

Assistant manager (Bobby?) Is super helpful, quick, knows everyone, asks them questions, knows about them, hey that you wanted came in, etc. Always moving, always doing two things at once. Makes everyone smile!

The Safeway in Reedsport exterior dated, but interior clean and well stocked. Meat and produce looked fresh. Sales and sale prices looked about the same as at home. Friendly, obliging staff. Easy off going south on Hwy 101, but not difficult either way.

They don't have a deli or bakery and carry an extremely limited amount of products. The prices are pretty high compared to other grocery stores I've been to lately. The store is old and not very clean. I also noticed that it was kinda cold in the store.

I like this Safeway because I’m like every other Safeway I’ve been into this one has a lot more character and it’s laid out a little bit different than all the rest. They have added a few local items like smoked salmon and other Bakery items that make it a little bit more special than your average Safeway.

The people are very friendly. I have been shopping here for over 18 years but now the people that use to help you find an item are no where to be found. In the past that never happened. There is a gentleman though who takes extra care in helping me take my groceries to the car which is appreciated .

Today I was racially profiled followed and asked " Are you done shopping?" Like as if I was a problem I shop here all the time and I feel like I do not belong alive because of my skin color. Please fix this I am very saddened by this. I love shopping here but she just caught me at a very delicate time. I literally cried walking home.

Small, crowded, uncomfortable store but the produce section is simply awful. When informed of apples that were rotten in the middle, and demonstrating that fact, after complaints about nectarines being simply nasty, with no taste and gooey consistency, I was assured the matter would be taken care of. The fruit would be removed.The next day the same fruit was there, offered for sale. I'll shop elsewhere...
