Today, I took my wife to return an 80 dollar Buddiez unit I had bought for her because it refused to charge and burns product. This was the second unit she had to return due to faulty conditions. The assistant manager said she couldn't do anything, and called the store manager who told us to deal with the company. So...Buddiez sells units that fail to perform, and Herbal Choices just takes 80 bucks per unit and refuses to stand behind their sales. No further business or positive recommendations will be given by us concerning this location.

I do not use you products so I do not know much about it. I buy for my husband who has severe neuropathy and this him sleep. I have been in a few different stores and have found that the representatives, all of them have been a great and are knowledgeable about the products. When driving to Washington with a friend. I wanted a little pick me up so we stopped in. So glad I did, I never had a edible product work on me… ever. And I have tried so many times in the past. Well the awesome woman working turned me onto a liquid product that worked. I wish I had bought it all but I only got one bottle, not trusting edibles. So now I am trying to call to find out the manufactures name on the bottle.Well I’m home now in Southern California. I have actually thought about getting in the car and driving up to Oregon to Herbal Choices. After trying to find an edible product for years and never coming across one that worked. I’ll try the phone first, but I am retired from work and don’t have a second thought about driving up to Oregon, if that’s what it’s going to take. Herbal Choices thanks for being there. You guys rock!

I’ve personally never had a bad experience here. I’m usually picking up items for my partner. I recently tried an edible for my body pains that come with my menstrual cycle and I was recommended something not to potent that works for me. I’m not a smoker, and I don’t like taking to many meds & the sales ppl seem to have either tried most items or have feed back on items they haven’t tried, so their recommendations worked for me. I’m no “pusher” but if meds are not you forte’ and your looking to try something else, give it a shot 🤷🏽‍♀️

Very nice shop, always super clean, super nice staff, and a very good selection of flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edibles. They also usually have a decent selection of glass. The prices are decent and they usually have a good variety of products.

Would you shop at a place that is ok with selling you a defective product, giving you a receipt if you have a problem with it, telling you to bring it back if you do...Then stiffing you 10 minutes later if you do? 80 bucks down the drain, save your money and go elsewhere. Dirty business practice...
