Jodie, Petco-certified stylist, went beyond helping me.I came in at the wrong time and date to have my cat, Mr. Bond's nails trimmed. She was so wonderful to cut his nails right then even though she was so busy. You are very lucky to have such agreat employee!!!

Looks like he was not cut correctly.Ears were not straight at the bottom, beard was not symmetrical side to side.He was washed, but the cut just didn’t look right.I feel the groomer really didn’t want to spend the time for a proper cut.This was a test grooming to see how you would do, and you dropped the ball, especially for $86.He looked bloched, not evenly cut. Although his nails were done good.We will NOT be coming back.

I brought my dog in for a bath, nail clipping and to have her anal glands expressed. I had scheduled my appt online. When I was checking in there was an additional cost for an additional service I had not ordered which I had them remove. When I returned to pick her up I was told they couldn’t express her glands. When I asked why I was still be charged for the full amount I was told they couldn’t deduct the cost of the expression because I had purchased a package. To me the cost of expressing her anal glands should have been deducted.

I loved being able to make an appointment on line. The groomer was very friendly and obviously loved animals. Frankie went with the groomer without any problem. The way he behaved the rest of the day I could tell he was more relaxed and feeling good. I wish there would have been chairs to sit while waiting as we are elderly.

Kylie and the grooming staff are good with the dogs. My dog is excited to be there and obviously likes the groomers. This has not been the case with other area groomers where he displays behavior indicating he is afraid and uncomfortable in their presence. It is very important to me that the grooming experience not be traumatic to my pet. Also, with Kylie as his groomer, he comes out looking great with a shiney smooth coat and neatly trimmed paws and nails. I do not maintain a traditional breed cut with my dog and Kylie is good at listening to what I want and provides perfect results. Overall, I'm just happy with her work; I'd recommend not loosing her to your competition as Kylie is the main reason I use your grooming facility.

My girl dog hasn't stopped licking her paw since we got home. I can't see anything wrong, maybe they cut to the quick. She has dark nails so hard to tell.
