I Highly recommend the trainer at this petco. She has been such a great help with training our Great Dane puppy. She is patient and has helped us be patient, and our Great Dane has come a long way. I highly recommend her and anyone looking for a great trainer to help train their dogs!

Only −1 star. Because fish department. Not blaming the guy, but. Husband miss mark fish many times it's hard to identify understandably, though the price is due vary on species is most important to be accurate if to give a specific number 4 just saying. Once in a while, dead fish, too. Should be more on it about checking water instead of worrying about others as an excuse as to why there is one dead on his shelf. But selection has been great and quality of maintenance tanks excellent. Plus plus an upbeat. Helpful attitude from leaders should take note. It's not easy to deal with so many species, along with so many. Eclectic diverse people, they do a great job.👍 👌 Oh yeah, his name is mustacio I call him other guy is dad.

Done going here and supporting this store. We’ve been regularly coming here for over 2 years now since it’s the only place in town with bearded dragon supplies. They are almost always out of crickets and any other live insects, the staff is always rude, and they do not care for their animals. Went in a couple weeks ago, and it’s the last time we will ever come in. We walk in to say hello to the baby beardies like we always do only to see one in a tank by itself, dead. We finally found a worker and they acted like they couldn’t care less,. They Just yelled at another worker to grab a black bag and walked away as if a dead beardie is a routine problem for them, meanwhile I have a crying daughter cuz she just saw a dead baby dragon. We then go to grab some worms (since they are out of crickets AGAIN) and there is actual mold in the worms… I see stories every day about peoples beardies getting sick from eating worms from petco and I see why now. There is a new local shop that we found that always has crickets and clean worms in stock, and a polite staff that actually cares about their animals and is knowledgeable. Will be going there for now on. Petco has lost another customer.

Nice kids work in this place...great place for socializing on leash in a semi controlled environment...also dig training classes and grooming so always pets looking for pet's....wagging tails makes everything better

The guys that work there are awesome and there is one maybe two girls there that are great as well. all the rest of the women, young and old are the grumpiest women I have ever known in my life. they clearly hate their jobs. Definitely don’t like getting crickets. If you don’t like touching crickets go get another job. that would be like complaining about serving people french fries at McDonald’s that’s what you do so do your job. obviously bad management.

PLEASE READ! Not 5 star i just rated it so the algorithm would show whats really up. I pretty much only come in here for feeder goldfish and crickets. Every time I come in. The female attendant that takes care of the reptiles and fish is extremely rude. Thes a short brunette gal, Everybody else that works there knows it but they never seem to deal with thr problem.

Service was friendly and checkout was easy.Honestly the prices are just too high in comparison to other stores. I wanted to buy a dog bed, but I was looking at paying $65-$85 vs $43 at Costco. Granted, Petco isn’t in the same market as Costco, but even the prong training collars ($39.99) were 2.5x on price as compared to Amazon and were a lesser quality compared to the prong collar on Amazon ($15.99). It’s hard to justify spending the extra money when other options are just as convenient. I ended up returning the collar and had the Amazon one delivered next day.

If only the employees weren't rude and offered to help this place would be amazing. But because of the lack of customer service and not so friendly employees this place just made me feel uncomfortable. 😕 prices for fish accessories are also pretty spendy

There was a tag that said fish were on sale, but when I got to the counter, the guy argued with me and called me a liar. He didn't honor the tag because it expired 5 days ago... but it was still up.When I got home, one of the fish was already dead, and this morning, 7 more died.Not ever going back to Petco. Horrible customer service and to buy fish that don't even survive 24 hours, that's a scam.

I have always had a “meh” experience at this Petco. I go in because it’s the only place near me to get the things I need for my animals. Today, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mark. Mark did literally everything possible to help me find what I needed. I have never ever seen such good customer service. Redmond Petco, I hope you realize how much Mark is an absolute prized asset to your location. Thank you again Mark, I really appreciate your kindness and hard work!

Nice and friendly staff. A Big thank you goes to Brenda, the dog trainer. She went above and beyond to train my little puppy Rambo. Got all the classes, Puppy 1&2 and Adult 1&2 done on her days off. Very knowledgeable and very respectful to my little puppy. Rambo absolutely loves her and she loves him. Highly recommended....Thank you Brenda !!!

Hoped to find a leash in the clearance, forgot mine and my dog had to just stay in the car.The worker said they couldn't help me because she was the only one there when i told her I need help at the fish. I knew what I wanted too.

Dark and dirty store! Half the lights are burned out. Restroom is disgusting. Probably hasn't been cleaned in months. Associates hiding. No attention to detail. Associates literally standing in front of you when you are waiting to purchase something texting on their cell phones not making eye contact I mean this place is a total joke I would fire everybody and start over! No personal cell phones on the sales floor your cell phone is not more important than me spending money in your store I will never be back

I came in this evening (Monday 4/10/2023) for some cat food and crickets. I couldn’t find the cat food I was looking for. I asked an employee for assistance. Jaden stopped what he was doing, and assisted me. They didn’t sell the food I was searching for, so I asked if he knew of any sensitive stomach, canned cat food. Without hesitation, he stopped what he was doing, and took me over to the cat food section and showed me what they had. I haven’t left the house by myself in over a year because of anxiety. Jaden made me feel comfortable and was incredibly friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the cashier Gena was not so welcoming. No smile. Made me feel scared and anxious. Just not a good energy. I felt like a burden when asking for crickets.

It's smaller than I'm used to (I've lived all over) but the selection is decent and the associates are great! Customer service is 5 star. They're knowledgeable about their products and the offers given at checkout (rewards and grooming/adoption info).

Great people, looked at my puppy and got another important vax.Prices can be high but decent discounts if you have the $20 Petco Vital Care plan.Vet visits are short but free if you have the above mentioned plan. You only pay materials cost.
