At local paws, not only do they have the best assortment of actually healthy dog foods at great prices, they also establish great customer relationships. every time I go there someone manages to check on my status and even remembers my dogs name and asks about her too! I love this place! Totally recommend for anyone whom cares about their dogs health and appreciates "small town" relationships.

If you care about your dog or cat, this is the place to go! We were greeted by Claire whom is the manager, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about all products. She went in length to compare the differences between raw or freeze dried or grain free diets (or combinations of them either fresh, frozen or kibble style) and the brands that offer them versus the big box stores brands that use fillers and by products. Whew. Excellent customer service Claire!Talk about a local success story; the owners started out their business by retailing out of a small trailer all the way to acquiring a storefront in downtown. Which by the way has been recently renovated adding extra floor space. Pictures on a wall in the back half of the store document their growth, which I enjoyed seeing.The store has fair prices upon many high quality selections, and added value is gained with a repeat buying incentives program. Thank you Claire for the samples and sharing your knowledge with us!

I can’t say enough great things! Since the first day we got our pup a year ago we have shopped with Local Paws and every trip has been a pleasant experience. Mark, Jessica and their team are always so friendly, helpful and are very knowledge on the health and well-being of your pets. Very clean store, fair prices and they always offer to carry out the heavy dog food bags, I appreciate that! I highly recommend Local Paws!! 🐾

I haven’t been into their store yet, hope to soon, but I order online every couple months. I have been using them for a couple years now and I get free delivery, same day to my front door. This is the best for me because I have three young girls and it’s quite hard to lift a heavy bag of dog food to a car with them in tow. This makes it extremely convenient for my family and saves my back! We have purchased dog food, toys and snacks. They even give me samples sometimes, like the picture below, to try out. The owners are extremely friendly and communicate very well. I feel my business is valued and appreciated. I love their monthly sale opportunities and the loyalty program they have for my dog food. Their prices are extremely competitive, for a local pet store, with Amazon, and other pet stores near by. You won’t be disappointed!

Extremely helpful, always similar in price, and sometimes cheaper. Especially with toys and higher quality food. Two days ago, one of the associates helped me get my supplies to my car when it was 7 degrees outside. She then refused to take a tip. I will always recommend this store.

Absolutely LOVE Local Paws! Biscuits and I are always greeted with a friendly smile (and treatos for Biscuits)! They’re very knowledgeable and have your best interest at heart. Biscuits has bad food allergies and sensitive stomach, so when we had to switch his food (due to a shortage) our first stop was a no brainer… Local Paws! They spent quality time explaining our best and all options for food to switch to until we finally picked one we thought would be good for Biscuits! And…. It was a success! Biscuits did GREAT with his new food. Local Paws is our favorite local pet store and we highly recommend! They add to our Redmond community in a positive way… when Biscuits needed extensive surgery on his elbows, Local Paws was SO incredibly kind and helped support us in our time of need ♥️ Jessica & Mark are the best and we are so thankful for them!

Our golden retrievers, Millie and Meeko, absolutely love going to the store and also love every time we get a delivery of their raw food meals. Mark & Jessica go above and beyond for their community! When my husband and I first met Mark at the trailer soon after opening, they didn’t carry our specific brand of dog food ( we have 3 huskies on a very strict fish diet due to allergies). He was super accommodating and actually ordered bags of our food just for us and delivered it free of charge! And now we get a bag every week either delivered or we pick one up. Our pups love going to their new store and picking out treats and toys. We recently bought a life jacket from RCpets at Local Paws and our puppy Miska LOVES it!But back to Mark and Jessica; they go above and beyond. Whether it’s special ordering, delivering late at night or even in holidays, you can tell they love what they do and they love our community. They are the definition of amazing customer service. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet and wants to support a locally and family owned pet shop.Thanks Mark & Jessica for all that you do! ❤️

Its a breath of fresh air to see such a large selection of QUALITY cat and dog food/treats in one stop! I will definitely be referring my 4 legged clientele to the store for their food needs! I wandered in to Local Paws last week looking for a small kibble dog food for my very picky chihuahua. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and within 2 minutes, had a worker helping me. He asked me many questions about my dog and essentially helped me find a food that offered everything that my little guy would like and included added benefits - like a probiotic for his sensitive tummy. I highly recommend Local Paws and will be a loyal shopper for years to come!!

This the best place to get anything you need for your pets very very knowledgeable. One of our dogs quit chewing his Crunchy food I went in with specifics of what could and couldn't be in his food they had exactly what we needed, exactly. It's the best place for fur babies.

Just moved to Redmond... wanted to support local.. sent Local Paws an email to ask about food brands they carry for our 2 great danes.The response was incredible with details of different brands and ingredients. A couple choices were given... tried a bag out before moving to Redmond... shockingly Local Paws was less than online... now we have had 2 deliveries...everything as it should be... super friendly and knowledgeable people! Can't say enough good things about them!!It's been a year since this review.... and it only gets better.. can I give them 10 🌟 stars!?Never missed a beat with deliveries!They know our name when we go in the store.Great people and great products!!

We love this place. The people are so helpful. We’ve been in multiple times with questions and received great service. During our last visit, we were looking for dog booties to help our older dog stop slipping on our interior floors. They directed us to socks instead of the booties and suggested the size to to buy, which work fantastic! The owners and people who work there really care about pets. Local Paws is our go-to for dog treats and supplies.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Mark helped us out when our lab was a puppy and had stomach issues, as it turns out it was the food. What keeps us coming back is the fact they know our dog, and us by name and genuinely care about your pets.
