Stopped in with little today after dentist and the cashier was super friendly and informative. They also had a little stand with snacks for the Littles to snack on while shopping which was awesome!

I love this place, and they always have everything I need for the most part! I love all the staff and they are all so very friendly, never had a problem with any of them, except one…multiple times. Karen, with the purple hair. She harasses me every time she is the one working at the check stand. I’m polite and always have my ID in hand and ready, yet she continues to harass, and also likes to swear at me. I’m tired of her, and when she is working the check stand, I try my best to avoid her. Please look into this, I am a local and she makes it hard to shop because I’m tired of being harassed by her.

I love this place. It's the ONLY place I can get diapers for my oversized toddler in my current price range. And they are some of the best diapers we have ever found I only wish they had a store in my area

Employees and owners are the friendliest. They are helpful and part of the community. If they have item they know exactly where it is. Love their health food aisle wish i spent more time there but the cookie 🍪 aisle is so tempting. Thank you for carrying Silk Creamer original... It's my favorite!

Had just what I was looking for, of course Oregon is tax free so that is a plus. I really enjoy Grocery Outlet because it's more than a grocery store it's a gift shop and has greeting cards as well.

Did not enjoy being stalked by lost prevention while I was browsing for different items that I was unable to find or just simply wanted to browse. My anxiety was so bad that for all I knew I was his next trafficking victim. Shame...

There isn't enough space for me to express the detail of my multiple multiple multiple experiences and trips at the store summed up I just love it! I love the people I love the prices I love the kindness and the attitude that they will find an alternative to please their customers if by some small chance which you were looking for is not available time. They'll stop with her doing the moment they notice you may need some assistance. And they insist on helping you I just love it great couple running the place very very kind people who hire great positive attitude employees. We will always continue to shop here first!

I previously worked here for 7 months, Everyone here are amazing people to deal with. James and Jody (Owners) are simply the best to work for/with. I'm not the best to work with, But everyone treated me with respect even though I didn't deserve it most of the time. If you ever need a question answered or explained the management are amazing to deal with, and all of the workers are friendly people that will try to help

Had some of what I needed. Multiple of my item were placed behind a "wrong" item sign labeled for a slightly lower price. Brought it up to the cashier and had someone look at the sign and where they were located. Was told it was the wrong sign and it was being fixed. But nothing was offered for a fix because I was under the impression I was paying the price on the sign. Felt very rushed to either take them at the higher price or leave. Does not make me want to go back anytime soon.

Very convenient seeing it's the only somewhat normal grocery we've had in Rainier in many years. Most of the basics here, plus a nice selection of wine and microbrews. Sometimes surprised at what they have, and what they don't. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Wonderful customer service! I can always find a employee when I need one. Shelves are always stocked, and items rotated. Great prices too! I appreciate that they keep up us updated on new items, coupons, closures, ect on FB.

BEST GROCERY OUTLET IN RAINIER!!!!! Overall this store has enough selection and great prices. It is also a really clean and new store. I really enjoy getting a sparkling water and walking down to the waterfront to drink it and watch the ships go by. Overall a really nice environment in the store. Also, everyone working in the store is really nice and helpful. The only thing I would change would be the layout of the store because it is sort of weird.

Great place very helpful. My daughter dropped her bottle of tea by accident and the lid broke and created a mess, some one thier to help clean it up very quickly. We offered to help and they said not to worries. They made my kido feel better about it being an oops too telling her it happens a lot and even they've done it. Then asked if the could grab us a replacement.

This particular store is the best out of seven Grocery Outlets I've been too. Great selection, friendly staff, never too crowded. Selections always change so it's better to with a sense of adventure rather than a strict list. Surprising amount of health foods with alternative ingredients here.
