This people store shop place is worst! The customer service is cold, the toppings limp and lifeless. AND, I know that Andrew Demko will agree with me on that one guys. Also, there is so many misplaced items, the candy is right by the taper towels. A cashier did watch me eat a raw egg after asking if redbull had eggs in it, so 2 stars.

Very very poor professionalism So I went in thereTo return some cansAnd you know went to Grocery Outlet to take care of something And to give them time to count itAnd when I went backThe manager I think her name is Elise Or Alicia anyways I was standing at the counter forever Even though she saw me she was Ignoring me Started walking towards her and asked her if she was done with my Cans she had a very poor attitude cut me off before I could finish my sentence and snapped back at me that obviously she not done counting them cuz she'd be up front if she was and by that time there was a line starting to form at the register and so I told her that there was other people waitting to check out and she got more of an attitude when asked them what they wanted and when she walked behind the counter to help the people the other lady that was counting my cans came walking up and when I was waitting to sign my slip I asked the employee what her co workers name was and if she was the manager and thats when she stopped helping the people she was helping and starting yelling me infront of those customers and the ones behind me and I said ill wait to talk to her cuz it didn't need to be done infront of everyone and thats when she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that aint nobody scared of me and that I was going to do anything and. Then told the lady that was helping me to cash me out and then told me or screamed at me to leave and not come back and I can't 3ven find a way to get ahold of the hr department to file a complaint because I know that they have a code of conduct and she by far was no where near up holding that code so ya I would say that people should go somewhere else to shop period very disappointing and very embrassing and im shocked that they made her a manager when she is clearly not manager material unless bullying people infront of other customers qualify u for a managers position

Not worth it. An odd little southern chain nosing its way into Oregon. A bit like a miniature Fred Meyer, but quite overpriced.They do indeed have dollar items, as the name suggests, but they also have a lot of $2-10 items that can be found for a dollar at the Dollar Trees, sometimes better quality.Most all of their food will be cheaper at the Grocery Outlet next door, indeed, some of their food prices were about the same as Whole Foods, amusingly.I'm sure they have a few loss-leader items, but many other standard items were overpriced.If you just need to grab a single item, or if you really really hate comparison shopping, this is the store for you. As a local market? I'd go elsewhere. Fred Meyer, at least, is somewhat locally owned.I've included a photo of the inside, and a few comically priced items.

The manager asked me not to come back and gave me some very vague excuse as to why and walked away after threatening me with the police. I have no idea what I did to deserve a ban and after going online to file a complaint, I found out that I have to pay a fee. This store is the absolute worst and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. The prices are horrible and the selection is questionable at best. Anyone who wishes to file a complaint for free needs to contact the district manager Torry Mayfield. He is the managers boss.

This store sucks what passes as a manager, followed my kids around, asking them if she could help them because they were playing with a ball that they were buying. They were not being disruptive. And then she started being rude to me. And the other staff laughed when it was brought to their attention and I asked if I could file a grievance. That's the problem with having a rude management. They think there's no one above them.

Looking at your app and wish there was a way to type in an item to see if your store might carry. Understand your inventory changes but at least it could show no item. I live in another town and hate to drive all the way over for something you don’t carry.

Prices state one thing and ring up another. Don't really have much, what they do have is more expensive than it should be, quality is not good for the price you pay. Isles are always blocked by huge crates of freight, makes it hard to shop.

The employee was very nice, they were both getting people who were in line out off there pretty quickly, I appreciated the fact that the headphones I bought the day before, which wouldn't work with my phone because of no 3.5mm. outlet was not any problem to get a refund for. Thank you dollar general the ladies who were helping people when I was there deserve a bit of acknowledgement and more money haha. Thank again, have a good day

I'm really glad they have a mostly different staff now. In the beginning they had a kid who was always high at the register and a few other questionable folks also. The customer service has improved since on boarding a few new people. I would not go in there for a long time just knowing it would take forever to ring up my stuff and also not sure if I would be dealing with someone who was high, or a manager who wouldn't stop talking about partying and smoking pot with her staff.

So many neat things were crammed in the store. Checker was nice and efficient. Was uncomfortable when another employee followed me around and was not practicing social distancing. She was even a bit rude about it.

Its a pleasure to shop there and it's such a Blessing for the Ministry. Walmart is way out of the way when you end up having to go 4 to 6 times in a day because your trying to meet the needs of 15 to 30 Moms and their Kids. Thank You Jesus for putting in both stores so close to Mountain Ministries.

We've going here lately instead of Walmart, they have really good prices and some of their cheap stuff like their off brand laundry detergent, is actually comparable to name brands. And it smells great!

I love this store and am so happy they are in Rainier, OR. now. They literally have a little bit of everything and are very inexpensive. Car supplies, food, crafts, cookware. Yes tons of super cool items.

As some folks stated: Not a dollar store. That said it has quite a variety of stuff.Unless Freddy's doesn't have something specific or you can't drive to one I'm not sure that there's much reason to shop here... But I'll probably pop in once in awhile when I hit Grocery Outlet next door.So for Rainier = 4*... For Longview "metro" = 2 or 3*

The guy behind the counter or should I say little boy was rude. We love the store till we went in and took our friend from out of town and we have never been treated the way we were.
