Great company. The estimate was done within 72 hours of calling. I picked out the carpet and ran over to Rainier to pay a set up the appointment.The installation guys showed up on time. Answered all my questions and did a great job. I was surprised there was only 2 bags of scrap when they were done. They did an awesome job cleaning up. And helped me move a couple things when they were done. It was a long 8 hour day for them but, great experience for me.Thank you. Great job.

ALL the employees are nice people and easy to get alibg with and their contractors from both sides of the river do quality work.Plus if you need a scrap of carpet they have a trash bin free to pick from anytine.

I went to Columbia River Carpet after having a really bad experience with Home Depot. Natalie was great and helped tremendously. She made sure we were taken care of and made our experience enjoyable. When Matt the installer came out the following week he listened to our concerns and made sure that our carpeting was laid perfectly. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpeting at a good price and great installers who care about doing their job well.

My wife as have always had problems with design. We once painted an entire room twice in one day because we couldn’t choose a color. Thankfully, we met Joseph at Columbia River Carpet One. We explained to him what we had in our home already and he took it from there. He took us exactly where we wanted to go and we could not be happier with the results. Joseph matched the new floors and counters to our existing cabinets, back splash, and paint colors. The results are stunning. Prior to the remodel we had considered selling our home. Today, we cannot see ourselves living anywhere else.I would also like to give a shout out to the installation crew. They did a fabulous job.

Buyer beware! Do your research in warranty. This store will not come to your home for repair of blinds. We are expected to take our broken Honeycomb blinds down and take to a repair shop in Portland (55 mins away). One blind is too big for our vehicle. Customer satisfaction should be number one.....

Absolutely top notch service! I recently had Columbia River Floor Covering put new flooring in my entire house..I had old entryway tile that had been put in incorrectly by the builder of our home 24 years ago.. Columbia River Flooring had to not only demolish that,(which took quite awhile) before they could even lay the new flooring (laminate tile throughout, and carpeting in three bedrooms) It was a big job for them. I absolutely love the whole thing after it is finally all done! I definitely would recommend them.. Wonderful folks to deal with..Thank you again!

Good local feel ,and good local people.Small town treatment makes you feel at home and with big town selection of carpet and laminate. What they don't stock they can order like quartz and granite counter tops or ceramic and natural stone tile and they also have installers so you don't have to do anything, just pick your products and they will take care of the rest.

Dan McDonald was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. There was no pressure to buy he just gave us the options for what we were trying to do in our home. He hooked is up with a couple samples to lay in our house and I'm glad he did. Flooring is z big investment and I don't want to have to do it twice if I don't have to.

The manager flat out lied to me to get a sale. When I went I to the store to shop, I said I was looking for carpet with per protection. He showed me some carpets and I didn't see the pet symbol on the display. So again I asked if it had pet protection and he said absolutely. When he came out to measure, again, I asked if the carpet had pet protection and again he said yes. When I went into the store just now to pick up my carpet that was supposed to be installed today, I asked for the warranty info. The girls working the counter acted frustrated and not too thrilled about getting me the info. They said I would have to call the manager back another day and ask. I insisted and said I would not have the carpet installed today without ha ing that warranty information. They handed it to me and walked off. It CLEARLY stated that the warranty will NOT cover ANY pet wear! The other sales person even reiterated that it did not cover pets. I promptly cancelled my order and will NEVER give them my business. To flat out lie to my face to get a sale is despicable. I am now 2 weeks behind because I have to go somewhere else and now do the whole waiting period again.
