Tammy's been all my dogs groomer since she opened her store. She's professioal, kind & gentle with my dogs & they love her. You will find no groome better than her. Not only is she a great groomer but she's a fantastic person 2 know.

I've taken my dog here twice now and absolutely love it there. I've had bad experiences with groomers in the past and knew they were no good with how my dog reacted going to places. She actually will happily walk into Prineville Pet Boarding and Grooming. She always comes out looking great and happy. They're very reasonably priced and great personalities. Highly recommend taking your pet here

Tami and her crew are wonderful to our dogs for both grooming and boarding. My wife and I highly recommend them if you need grooming and boarding. We know they love our dogs. Our dogs get all the exercise they need as they are able to let themselves in and out during the day and play with the other dogs being boarded. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to Bend and Redmond. We cannot recommend them enough! 😊

Tammy is the best! Oh wait... If I say that she is going to get busier... sadly it is the truth! She is amazing! She manages to Howie for grooming and Mudders in the tub. I've done both and let me tell ya- in 2 hrs? She is more than a miracle worker!

I took my dog in for a grooming last month. It included a wash, dry, brush out, ears, nails and glands. I paid $40 which I was happy with.I went back today and asked for only a nail trim and a basic wash. She asked me what I paid last time and I let her know it was $40 but I didn't want the full package this time, only a nail trim and basic wash nothing more.When I arrived back I was told it was $40. Confused I asked why since I specifically let her know I only wanted the 2 things, not the whole treatment. At that point they let me know it didn't matter because a wash was $40 regardless if I didn't get anything else.I feel misled and am very disappointed in the way it was handled. If I had known ahead of time that it was the full price regardless I would have just left. Guess it's partly my fault for assuming it would be less when you ask for less work to be done.Also, not impressed that they are not with the times and cannot or choose not to take card for payment.

So grateful we had a celebration of life to go to, and needed a safe and cool place for our puppy cause it was supposed to be up to 118 degrees, and they had an opening took great care of him. Will take Mando here everytime!
