DO NOT USE THOS STORE FOR AMAZON RETURNS. It is always broken/not working/ the staff is completely helpless. If you have a self-return station, you should be able to automatically do the self return. Not the staffs fault, although I was pretty pissed when I tried asking someone for help and he literally just turned his back on me and continued to clean. Other than that, it’s a fine store, but just don’t ever ever ever bother with the Amazon returns here.

As a tourist,I think “Whole Foods market” is a great grocery store in Portland. First all the clerk is a handsome guy who has a great attitude to treat every guest. How awesome of there. :) 🌟

I normally don't go into places like Whole Foods however I moved relatively close to this location so I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The selection was great there was all kinds of things that didn't know that I wanted there the only Downer was everything seem to have an extra two dollars hacked on the price but in this day and age you kind of have to pay for things that are quality and so I guess I kind of understand plus the location serves a demographic that tends to make more money than most other demographics in this town. Regardless of that I would highly suggest swinging by if you need something in the area you won't be overrun by audio and visual negatives like you will at Fred Meyers although if you can deal with those the prices are better at Fred Meyers the selection is less than Whole Foods the location is less than Whole Foods and well this isn't about Fred Meyers though. Four out of five on everything going down or like I said it was the price do give it a try.

Very special thanks to the Pearl deli team. We called last minute to ask for sliced meats and cheeses for a celebration of life. Our family has been experiencing so many emotions, and food is a way to provide comfort while bringing family closer together during such unexpected circumstances. They have a good selection of organic vegetables, I got 2 different fruits in the Cups it’s very fresh, and some Coconut water with aloes taste great! but they are a little pricy. you get what you pay for 😋

Haven’t had any of the prepared deli food here in years - man, oh man, even for grocery store food this stuff was bland and of questionable quality. Did Jeff Bezos personally intervene in the recipes when the bought the place? Because it tastes like older middle-ages white blandness.

every single employee i’ve interacted with here has a foul, nasty attitude and a stank face. Whole Foods is a lovely company, this location sucks. hire some friendlier people or at least train your employees how to smile.

There's an old lady with long grey hair who works there as a cashier(Sera)I used to love shopping here until she rang me out. There was a hold on my card and I asked if she could hold my food item while I called my bank. I returned to pay and she had thrown it away, which it fine but now every time I shop there she is so rude to me and rolls her eyes at me like some teenager lol. I ask her how her day is and she won't even reply. Silly.

Didn't actually shop here, I went for a return to Amazon.It was an excellent experience, I was in and out superbly.I received a confirmation of my return as I was leaving and secured my refund the very next day...Highly recommend using this location for a return drop-off for Amazon. It's a great service... 👊🏾

Store itself is fine, but the parking is silly. Bajillion dollar company can’t afford to own a parking unit? There is no sign before entering that says you have to pay if you don’t validate - no mention on the ticket that prints, and no sign on the elevator to remind you “before you go, did you validate?” Paid $4 since I couldn’t back up. Just put a sign on the elevator. The parking guy said people complain all the time but his hands are tied. Doesn’t anyone think “how can we make sure patrons know to get their ticket validated?” Bright Orange sign on the elevator, and another by the buttons inside.”thanks for shopping. Don’t forget to validate your parking stub”

Rude staff. I wanted to use the facilities before shopping. The nearest associate told me she didn't have the code to the restroom and to go to Customer Service. I went there and asked them. The associate told me the code is on the bottom of the receipt. So I had to quickly buy something just to get the code AND THEN do my regular shopping. Ridiculous.

I certainly enjoy the convenience of only having to walk 10 blocks to get groceries.As someone who lives a Paleo lifestyle, I also enjoy that Whole Foods has some paleo foods available in their deli, some of their aisles, as well as their salad bar.However, I do NOT enjoy that their hot food bar rarely seems to have paleo options, and when they do, they're usually dry and flavorless (like they've been sitting there a loooooong time).Also, they have been frequently out of items in their salad bar, and instead of replenishing what's missing, I have been told, "Sorry, we're understaffed."Additionally, I had to stand around and wait about 5 minutes for someone to FINALLY put some olive oil in a to-go salad dressing container because there wasn't any at the salad bar . . . and made to feel like a jerk because she had to help me.The final (and well-known) problem with Whole Foods? Their prices. I mean, come on, really, Jeff Bezos? REALLY?!? Oh . . . right: you're a greedy p.o.s.

Their pre-made sandwiches and salads (tuna salad, chicken salad, etc) are meat heavy. The buffet is also all meat heavy (main dishes). They could apply more effort using mock meat in their salads, so if you're grabbing something quick to go, vegetarians and vegans can't get much more than tofu on a garden salad.

One complaint is that the labels on the hot food bar are stuck to the sneeze guard making it impossible to see if someone in a wheelchair. Come on guys do better.

Very rude staff. I went in bleeding out of my tampon needing to find the restroom. Instead of being nice they made me find something to buy and then I could go. Thank you for making this situation even worse than it already was.

The staff is hostile. The hot bar is very expensive. 1/2 cup scrambled eggs, and 1 cup potatoes came to $8.50. Store has great products.

Kathleen has been following me around the store every time I walk in to buy my vegan donuts. She is constantly trying to prove something, but what she is doing is violating my civil liberties. Jason Buechel serves as Chief Executive Officer at Whole Foods Market I reached out to him and guess what he referred me back to the store. He condon s harrassing of nonwhites at Whole foods.What if anything does this behavior mean. If you shop at Whole Foods your are being watched by nonwhites. Meaning you are racist customers 🙄 😒

This place is way over priced on they're food came say really anything good about management they did have a really good bottle drop they would track 14.00but without any warning or any kinda noticed one day just stopped taking cans we were there and the next day went back and they closed it.

Don’t need to use the restroom or you’ll be treated like a second class citizen where employees cannot absolutely by no circumstances be bothered by your human need to use the restroom. Zero eye contact, literally running away. You pay for something, the code is on your receipt. But the way they tell you that, I might as well crawl under a rock.. how dare I ask.

Great customer service from the cashiers every time I visit. Prices are better on some items if you look and compare. Some items are a bit overpriced. Great energy vibes from the employees on the floor. Clean floors and swept aisles. Great healthy options. Hot food area always clean when I visit. Pizza is always nice and hot and their pastry section is eye catching. Outside seating if preferred and not taken by homeless people. Definitely a place I frequent for certain items. There are a lot of homeless people around, but this whole foods got the security to make sure they are not coming in to cause problems.

Went in here to do an Amazon drop off. The store reflected what you might see on a sitcom or TV show making fun of such a store. I used to shop at whole foods in Las Vegas however the behavior and attitude of associates in Portland have made me not ever want to return to whole foods while I am here. Which is okay I am not missing much.I don't know if it's the culture of the city or a mixture of the culture of the work environment plus the city but it was hard to breathe with the amount of smug going on. The associates acted like I was in their way while merely dropping off a return for Amazon. And the customer base had their nose so high up in the air I was surprised they could see where they're walking.Though I suppose this is what whole foods is generally known for.

Fresh seafood and Fresh vegetable are available, and the overall quality seems to be high. AT
