I happily travel 30 minutes to shop here. My Mini Doxy was having mysterious pain issues that I wasn’t 100% convinced were all back pain. Came in and talked to the owner. He is amazing and recommend a food and a few other supplements. It’s been a year now and she has only had one minor episode. Thanx so much. My girl is back to her self again and is so active and happy. I also have 3 puppies that have been started right thanx to Tre’ Bone and are All healthy and happy. I also love that if I need a bag they will hold it for you. I don’t live in Portland so this is so helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Tre Bone. The staff are always helpful, attentive and excited to see my Shepard/pit mix Shadow. Our last time in here, my pup got overly excited/ nervous and puked several times. This hadn’t happened before and needless to say, I was shocked and felt terrible. I wanted to help clean up, but the person working was very understanding and cleaned it up knowing I was a bit overwhelmed with my puppy having an anxiety attack. Thanks Tre Bone for being so awesome.

Tre Bone really loves and cares about your pet. this place is the best pet supply store I have ever encountered. They donate dog treats to all of the local businesses, and they will take the time to discuss the pro's and cons of different foods and diets as they apply to your pups. They're easy to work with and all around just a joy to have in our community.

The most helpful pet store I have ever experienced! My tire blew out on my car last night, and we were out of dog food this morning. 😭I called the shop and were able to schedule a delivery within the hour. Small business in St John's with lots of perks. The owners and employees are very kind and helpful. I have been a customer since they opened. Always willing to assist and provide good advice. I respect the honesty they give.St John's is pet friendly for the most part so this is a great small business for our community. I am sure the dogs love how they always keep a full bowl of dog treats outside so you can grab on the go for your dog) I also love how they keep pictures up of pets that need a home and are available for adoption. They also have a rewards program with dog food (I think it's a free bag after purchasing 10 bags.. I have a small dog so it seems to takes a long time for the free bag but still cool they offer since most pets stores dont offer this) I will continue to be a customer here.Huge Thanks to the owners and employees at Tre Bone.

We went in looking for a harness for my mom's dog. The guy working was really helpful. He made sure it was fitted correctly, taught us how to use it properly, and let us take the pup for a spin around the block before purchasing. We bought a few toys and treats and thought the prices were super reasonable.

I went in to pick up some puppy food for my mom’s new pup becuase my mom went there yesterday and so I knew they carried the food. The gal working there - possibly the owner I should’ve asked- remembered my mom and mentioned she had dropped something on her way out. She even tried to bring it by her shop later that day but her place was closed. 10/10 amazing customer service. Will be returning for all future pet needs.

Today my little girl and I stopped in for poop bags and a treat before ballet. I left my water bottle there and the person working at that time must have overheard us talking about ballet because she researched and called the local studio to let them know that I left my bottle there. Not only is the store fantastic but the service is incredible! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Tre Bone is exactly what you hope for in a neighborhood shop of any kind. They have a wonderful selection of really high-quality goods, and it's always a pleasure to chat with the people who work there. Serge has even given us music recommendations (upon our request) based on what's playing inside! We love swinging by to pick up cat food--and one or two supersoft little mouse toys, which our cats are obsessed with. We love this shop so dang much.
