My dog stayed with you for almost two weeks for the first time in April. Thank you for taking such good care of her!! I always worry when she's not with me, but I now know she's safe and being looked after when in your care. Thank you also for your patience in taking my calls when checking in on her. I also appreciate that you have large suites with floor to ceiling windows, play time and other activities to keep her busy. I've already booked her next stay!

The prices are definitely higher than other dog hotels and boarders. However, the price of this establishment feels more like an investment than paying for a service.Firstly, the facilities are clean and well organized. It’s a step above in every way from the status quo. It is definitely a dog hotel.My dog Mili is a formerly abused animal. She’s getting older and is generally more anxious than other dogs. Historically, she has a harder time with certain dogs vs others. She even used to bite people when she first was rescued.They interviewed her to cater to her needs and helped her bridge the gaps in her social skills. She definitely likes the more relaxed and older group of dogs and she always has anxiety in meeting new people. By the end of the day and on returning visits, she looks forward to spending time with the staff.They were perfect in their interactions with my dog and impeccably professional with me.This staff has built my trust with them as well as have helped develop my dogs ability to trust others both human and canine. They made things happen that I didn’t think was possible. I am more than satisfied.

My dog is INCREDIBLY nervous about nail trims. She shakes, whines, yelps, even nips occasionally and has been known to poop from time to time but Hannah was a life saver. She took breaks to give Lucie so many treats, pets, and cuddles and I was floored. Just an amazing human, I can’t thank you enough.

Our dogs love staying here for boarding and this is really the first place since moving to the area that we’ve trusted with our dogs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very reasonable pricing, hours and amenities for the pups. They are also very helpful and accommodating in regards to reservations. I love that they have a night staff that checks in on the dogs it makes us feel like they care about our dogs just as much as we do. Love that we found Sniff to be our dogs home away from home!

I boarded my puppy at Sniff for a few days, during some last-minute maintenance on my apartment. It was a great experience!Very thoughtful staff, and I appreciated how clean the building overall was. My puppy is a herding breed, and they did a great job tiring her out during her stay, as well! The photos they sent from playtime were adorable.Would happily board my pup here again.

If family isn't available to watch our girl, this is the only boarding I trust! If your dog passes a test to ensure they are safe with other dogs, they will get to attend 2- 2hr doggie play sessions each day! There are other exercise options too- you can sign your dog up for daily rooftop walks to play with the humans or even take dog agility courses. I loved getting pupdates each evening too. It costs a little extra, but you get a detailed daily report and several photos from the day which I looked forward to seeing while I was away from my girl. The staff there are incredible! This place is worth the extra bucks.

Great place that took great care of my dogs while we were out of country. Our little bowling ball, Whiskey, had the time of his life in play group. They are worth every penny and everyone is so caring and helpful!

Awesome hotel! My dog loves it here, she can stay in her room while we're gone and still gets to play in the playgroups every day. The rooftop section is cool and it's cool you can do grooming add-ons. I would recommend for boarding and playgroups.

Sniff may be a bit more pricey than the competitors, but the level of service is well worth the extra cost. It really is true that you get what you pay for - and our dogs Rollo and Eden have always emerged from their stays at Sniff in a great, energetic mood. The staff is super friendly and they have gone out of their way on so many occasions to make sure everything goes as planned. Their dog supply retail shop has the best grab-and-go items you could possibly need at the end of a busy trip, as you pick them up. Could not possibly recommend more highly!

We had to board our dogs for the 1st time ever & Sniff Dog Hotel was amazing! The facility is so clean & it's HUGE! Each floor has multiple play areas & their entire rooftop is an outdoor play area for the dogs. They had a room that all 3 dogs could be in with a webcam to ease our mind & provided our 3 dogs with multiple playtimes each day with other dogs. They offer so many customizable services & the staff were so nice & all of them stopped to say goodbye & told us how great our dogs were while they were there. Bonus is that they give discounts to multiple dogs & have multiday package deals!

5/5 and my dog was kicked out!Had an issue and they handled it with grace prioritizing the safety of all dogs and held there ground on ethics and consistency of care. While it was not ideal experience, I respect how the staff reacted, they were in constant contact and prioritized the safety of the animals over anything else. Staff is there for the right reasons.My other dog loves it there and they have been great in positive experiences as well!

EDIT: Added pros/cons of my dogs stayHighly disappointed with the care given to my dog during his stay here, especially considering the price point. There's a high focus on the daycare element of things with little care for anxious dogs left overnight, hardly any communication between employee shifts, and there was lots of confusion when I tried to call to get the services I was promised for the stay. The rooms for large dogs are depressingly bare with concrete floors and a small bed that most dogs seem too scared of to lie on. There is no comfortable flooring, and items that have been purchased are simply tossed in the room with little care.Unless there are notable changes that take the comfort of nervous animals in mind, including a better experience for large dogs and owners who want more consistent updates other than radio silence, and better communication throughout night and morning shift employees for those picking up their pets who want updates-- I have no plans to take my dog back here and will not be recommending it.Pros:● Good daycare service, webcams on during daytime hours and show that there's a handler supervising the dogs throughout their stay.● Good reservation system that makes it easy to communicate before the stay.● Easy way to upload files, images and pet records with their additional website for reserving.Cons:● Lack of communication, felt like I was left out throughout the night. This extends to employee communication, where the employees who didn't handle my dog had no idea about the care he was given.● No comfortable stay for large dogs, hard concrete floors that prioritize speed of cleaning over pet comfort.● High price point that by no means reflects the level of care my dog was given.

We have used Sniff Hotel for several boarding sessions over the last several months and have no issues. We enjoy being able to see our dog on the cameras in the play rooms. We also appreciate that they are rotated between play groups and rest time so they don't get overly stimulated. My only downside would be that since they are located downtown they don't get outside time unless you pay for it. With that being said, it was nice knowing during the heat waves that the dogs were inside with AC so I could have peace of mind.

I have been taking my puppy here for the last 6 months and have been sincerely impressed by the quality of the whole operation. The staff seem genuinely happy to be working here and the dogs get great care. The facilities are nice and spacious. They cap the daycare sessions to prevent over-crowding. For the 'intro to daycare' dogs (about 3m-10m), they get their own room while not in one of the play sessions so they don't get burned out and over-tired from too much play. I do feel very comfortable leaving my dog here - she seems more excited to see the folks at Sniff when I drop her off in the morning than she does to see us at the end of the day!

I wanted to like sniff. I really did. But the customer service is bad, they never answer their phone, and they are a complete rip off. Their "full day" daycare is two four hour sessions, and the rest of the time the dog is alone in kennel. Is six hours of my dog being alone in a cage justified by four hours of play? No, I don't think so. And I'm not going to pay almost $40 so that my dog can be locked up all day. After a year of being a sniff customer, no more. There are plenty of other day cares with good customer service available that don't stick their customers in a cage all day.

We left our 4 month old puppy here for almost a week and she somehow came back potty trained! 10s, 10s, 10s across the board. She had a great time and seemed super happy when we picked her up. We got one update at the beginning of the week, but more communication (maybe a couple pictures and quick summary a day) would have been the icing on the cake. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

I adopted a puppy during the pandemic and, with work from home and everyday life, I found raising her more challenging than I could have ever expected. Sniff’s nursery school and middle school were a godsend. Essentially their excellent trainers help you raise your pup, teaching and reinforcing behaviors that you can then build upon yourself. They’re really conscientious of play styles and personalities, helping your pup develop skills to engage (and disengage) when playing with other dogs properly and positively. Agility is part of middle school and has been an excellent outlet for my pup, too — I get these great report cards with photos and videos so I can appreciate how much she enjoys the equipment. It’s also convenient to add in a grooming appointment while she’s already there. Every time I email or call about booking and scheduling, they are helpful, responsive and detail-oriented. The head trainer, Reid, is thoughtful, supportive and a great coach for us humans.

Been taking my dog here for boarding every few months or so. I used to work at a nearby kennel and was initially hesitant to board my little girl anywhere. I checked Sniff out in person and was quite happy with the staff and facilities. My dog is most decidedly a grump when it comes to other dogs, so I put her in one of the Jr suites when I travel. They've always been very accommodating for some last minute changes I've had to make and the complimentary bath after a 7 night stay is a nice touch.

We've been taking our pup to Sniff a couple of times a week for daystay/care for a little over 6 months, maybe more. We've also boarded him multiple times, including a long two week stay. He loves, loves going to Sniff, and runs up to the door. It's a good way for him to get his energy out, and he always comes home ready to rest.We've also had some training sessions with Reid, which were just as great!The people working the counter are super nice, and accommodating, too. They take the time to learn your name, and provide a super personal experience. The dog handlers are also super kind, even when your pup is a little excited at pickup, like mine.Love Sniff, thank y'all!

I've been taking my dog to Sniff for a few weeks now for day stays. He has a lot of medical concerns and has to be crated in a solo Junior Suite while both of his parents are at work.The staff at Sniff are some of the most kind, compassionate and considerate folks ever. The GM worked with me on making sure that Sniff was the right solution for us and was very thorough in checking his medical history and recommendation from our vet that day boarding was a good solution.The level of care and professionalism at Sniff cannot be overstated. They really care about your pet and want to make sure everyone has the safest, best time at their facility.I'll never go anywhere else. If you're on the fence on if you should trust your pet to Sniff—just do it. They'll love your furry friend as much as you do.

I give Sniff Hotel 5 stars. They took amazing care of our two pups. One 10 and one 6 months. I could not have been happier when I picked them up! Great staff , loving and attentive on their 10 day boarding with extras! Definitely recommend them!

My co-worker and I both separately had a similar negative experience when bringing our pups in for a behavior assessment. They only gave my dog 15 minutes to acclimate with the other dogs before indicating she wasn't enjoying herself enough to be permitted to be a Sniff community member, even after we had explained to the staff that she takes a little bit too warm up to other dogs. My dog has never had a behavior problem and has never been turned away from a care facility before. She was just a little nervous and shy. I'd recommend to the staff to give shy dogs longer to get comfortable before turning them away.

I recently wrote a 1 star review of Sniff Dog Hotel. After I wrote the review the manager Marissa reached out to me regarding my experience. She wanted to make it right and went to all lengths to do so. I honestly didn't think I was going to go back and tried to find other options for 9 days that I needed my dog watched. After not having any luck I decided to give Sniff another chance.It was a completely different expereince. Constant communication and I had no doubt my dog was in good hands. It was really refreshing to see someone care so much about changing my experience. They killed it. I'd have no concerns about dropping my dog off again for any amount of time. Thank you!

Reservations on website was simple and efficient, flowed up by friendly and helpful staff. Caring people watch over the pets, and took my dog on frequent scheduled hikes, and sent photos with updates. Facilities and rooms are beautiful. The live-camera was wonderful to have. I felt confident leaving my dog with the staff.
