just picked up my little old lady from her first groom with this lovely crew and she looks amazing!! i was a little worried by the noise when i walked in since my little stink is sensitive to that but when i picked her up she was so happy!! we went next door to get a treat and she couldn’t stop showing herself off and saying hi to anyone who would look in her direction. 10/10 recommend, there’s no doubt this team cares for all the pets who walk through those doors. we will be back!

Took my lil pup here a few times now. Best grooming service I've ever experienced. Always a good clean trim. No nicks or weird patches, I've seen this in the past with other groomers. They text/call when he's done or when they will close soon. Very kind, pleasant and communicative. My dog always comes out looking fresh and healthy.

My "go to" for nail trims. Never had a bad experience there. They are always willing to work with my difficult Bulldogs and their prices are beyond reasonable.

Warning!!This place is the worst, salon grooming for animals, I've ever seen.They cut my dog, clipping her nails. This place is absolutely filthy, the place is extremely foul , the smell will knock you over. Completely unsanitaryWatched another dog get his hair pulled, to control the dog, the dog let out a yelp.Horrible place..

Alright I feel the need to post right away because I got scared by bad YELP reviews right before I dropped Finley off. They were GREAT! He is a 6mo Goldendoodle and this was his first cut.Finley had lots of mats from his puppy fur and having a cone for 20+ days, I expect those who were "shocked" when their pup comes back shaved didnt quite understand the help their dog needed. Diane took Finley, sat and asked what I wanted then explained what she would do and assured me he was in good hands. No doubts when I picked him up, Finley will be back!Also to address the angry "they kennel them for hours" comments... they are in regular dog crates and in the room you walk into when you drop your dog off. Would you rather all the dogs be roaming free while other dogs are on the table with grooming razor,s scissors, and clippers? Come on...

This place was amazing when we lived in pdx 6 years ago and now that we’re back, totally thrilled to find the exact same pro coifs at amazing prices. Super kind people, gentle and experienced. Our dog LOVES this place and is always happy and energetic afterward…you can always tell when a groomer stresses out a dog and this place NEVER does.Totally recommend, and check out Wally’s pic. His alpaca game is epic! :)

I’ve had my 12 pound Bichon/poodle mix groomed here about 4 times now. They do an amazing job! It usually takes about 2 hours from drop off to pick up. Since our most recent visit two days ago we’ve received so many compliments from strangers while out walking around the neighborhood. I’m sure we will continue bringing him here for a very long time.

Believe the positive vibes on this local small business. These folks are always helpful, kind and loving to their clients. I have taken advantage of their "drop in" nail trims for my pug. Pugs are notorious for hating nail trims. Ezra has trimmed TUG'S nails several times now and Tug barely squeaks let alone yelp or pull away. Ezra is 100% pug approved!

I've been meaning to leave a positive review for this place for a while because they're so good with my very nervous border collie mix for her nail trims... today Ezra trimmed her nails and was so kind, patient, and efficient. I commend these folks for their ability to get dogs in and out quickly while still taking the time to be patient and accommodating for groomer-shy dogs like mine. Thank y'all so so much!

I do not recommend this business. There were a few issues, but the biggest is they injured my dog. If you look at other reviews photos, it looks like they have done this before. My dog has scratches on her nose and in her armpit.

I went here twice and while I was pleased with the results and the cost, I will not be returning. 2 days ago I went to check in on my dog as it was about 5.5 hours since drop off. What I witnessed changed everything. When I popped in, she was still being worked on with just her paws remaining. She saw me and got a tiny bit excited - hardly noticeable. But a second groomer walked over to her station, grabbed her tail and pulled her back end down so that she was seated. I was in shock. No dog should ever have their tail pulled, ever. I'm pretty certain that I'm going to escalate this to the proper authorities. The tail has nerves connected to the spinal nerves and this can do serious damage. That particular groomer needs to be kept away from animals for good as far as I'm concerned. Unbelievable. She's got shoulder length blondish hair. Please avoid at all costs!

I just took my dog in today and I am extremely happy with the results I called yesterday and was able to get the appointment for today. They trimmed her exactly as I wanted her she looks absolutely fabulous I will definitely be going back.

Affordable, easy to get an appointment during a very booked early summer for dog grooming! Took off a star only bc the shop is a little bit anxiety inducing…lots of loud noises, crates and they certainly aren’t hiding anything! A turn and burn kind of place, but good in a pinch.

I took my Bernedoodle to Pampered Pets for the first time today. He is a big dog who is used to getting groomed once a month/ is easy to groom and handle. Unfortunately, I just noticed he is bleeding from the top of his nose. I picked him up at 3:00pm, did some errands, and noticed he was bleeding around 5pm.I called Pampered Pets to ask if they knew if he had been cut and I was told no. It was suggested he got the cut in the kennel or at home with a door. The cut is unmistakably from the clippers. I was not offered my money back, and I was not offered a solution as to how this whole situation can be avoided in the future. I understand things happen. If I had been told there was an accident during the haircut or, say they really did not notice, if I had been offered a satisfactory solution on how this can be avoided in the future I would not be writing this and I would return.Yes, the staff is nice but do not go there. Accidents happen to everyone, but you have to know how to handle them properly.

PLEASE do NOT take your precious fur babies to this establishment!!! I am not someone that typically writes reviews (especially if they are negative), but I had to get on here to make sure no one else has to suffer. I know how great a discount sounds, but you truly do get what you pay for, in the worst way. The google reviews for this place are great (he didn’t check Yelp, where there are so many one stars), so my fiancé took our two pups here for the first time, for a quick nail trim on Friday, January 17th. A day later, after a run at the park (where they go daily), they are both limping. Upon investigating, we noticed they are both nursing one of their back paws, as they each have at least one nail that’s been clipped back WAY too much. My older dog of the two, is in so much pain, that the other won’t leave his side. The nail is splitting and he can barely walk. I am so upset. Please, pay the extra dollars for proper care and services for your poor pets’ sakes!

I’m so glad I found this place!!! I have a little short hair pointer rescue and she won’t let me cut her nails and have been struggling to find a place that is reasonable and easy to get into. This place is great! They take walk-ins and it’s very reasonable. Such a life saver 😊

The employees here are great, they do a job I am not able to do myself (trimming my dog’s nails), and they do it quickly and kindly, even though my dog tries to squirm around. They are even open during the pandemic to support the community. I really appreciate this place.

I called them in the morning and they got my shih tzu in that day. Took about 3.5 hours. They did a great job! She has gotten so many compliments on how cute she is.

I am so impressed with my pet grooming experience with Amber! I have 2 cats, one long hair and one short hair that had never been groomed before. I was so worried that they would scratch the techs up because they don't seem to like ANYBODY but my two kids. You could have knocked my kid and me over with a feather when we saw how calm those cats where in Amber's arms. They down right loved her! I highly suggest you bring your pet here for services and ask for Amber. No offense to anyone else who works there but I'm only familiar with Amber.

I take my dogs (and foster dogs) there for nail trims. Everyone is great, never had any incidents, price is excellent, and they are super understanding with my extra spicy dogs who make it a little more challenging. Highly recommend!

Don't let its faded sign and garage like building fool you. The service is excellent and well priced. Post groom my dog was happy, relaxed, and looked great! Only potential cons: business off a busy street with street parking only. Overall, Highly recommend.
