Alway accommodating and patient. This place gets super busy and the groomers stay professional with good attitudes. If you have a fur baby that doesn't like grooming , just ask for a very patient groomer.

Mai Linh can trim my pug's nails. Enough said. This place is a hidden gem, at least for our pug and Great Pyrenees/Blood Hound mix. I can't speak about pet hair 'trimming', but I can say our hound mix smells amazing after a bath/brush.

I took my beautiful golden retriever in for a bath and hair CUT and they shaved him😡 not once did we ask for this. I am furious would not recommend this place since they don’t listen to directions

I brought my maltipoo to this clackamas PetSmart location for grooming. This groomer named Crystal was VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT with my dog.😡🤬👿 While I tried to pick up my dog and go checkout, I noticed my dog was intensively shaking. It really broke my heart to see that cuz my dog never behaves this way!! When I was standing at the counter checking out what’s wrong with my fur baby, her groomer Crystal came over and told me my dog is such a sassy & bad dog and is very hard to work with. That is NOT TRUE AT ALL CUZ my dog had always been great with all the past groomers she had.I truly believe she ABUSED my dog. I know dogs can’t talk. They can’t tell us what happened during the grooming. But from her behaviors of tucking her tail between her legs, anxiously tried to leave and stayed away from that groomer. I KNOW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. However, I have no prove since PetSmart refused to show me any footage from the grooming. They even refused to tell me who groomed my dog until I gave the opposite comment about the groomer.🙄🙄Crystal also scammed me for an add-on service that I didn’t even asked for and charged me extra!!! When I tried to confront her, she said this is the original total price and threaten me with leaving a bad comment on my dog’s file saying she is a dangerous dog so no one will work with her in the future!! I felt very powerless toward the whole situation and all I can do is leave a bad comment here and warn others not to book Crystal for grooming at the 82nd location.

Got a new cardboard scratcher for my friends cat, and she used it immediately. I call that a win for a car who doesn't like cat toys hahaha.
