Great for grooming!!! Easy to book online, there are generally appointments available in the near future, and they have evening grooming appointments. I took this for granted up until we moved further east and away from a PetSmart. My mini aussies loved their grooming staff. They never expressed anxiety coming here or being dropped off, despite both of them not really being dogs that love everything and everyone.

if i could give no stars, i would. a few days ago i came in and was debating on buying a whole fish tank set up. 20 gallon tank with decorations, 6 fish, two eels, and 2 crabs. also the filter that came with the set broke when we took it out of the package. we were also promised a $100 discount off our whole order if we got the set, but after making the purchase, there was no discount and they didn’t want to refund us the money for it. first and very last time going to pet smart.

Employees are super nice and helpful. Wish the store, as a chain, had a better selection, and greater difficulty, puzzle toys. Also only 2 choices of car seatbelt harnesses.Mid rating for goods. Employees are 5 star.

The employees are so nice and helpful. I was asked today if I needed help carrying a large box of litter to my car. Normally I could do it myself but I threw my back out recently and could use the extra help. It was like they knew! They were so kind and helped me to my car.

I was overcharged ! My puppy is only 8 months old and I was charged 95$ ! When I called them they told me that he was concerned adult dog ! Adult dog is a year old! And then , I discovered bleeding scabs on his ears ! She cut him , and didn’t tell me!!!! Never going back !!! Negligence!!! I wouldn’t trust them with my dog ever again!!!!

went to go shopping here and a worker passed me taking a dog to the grooming spot. The dog was crying because the worker had the leash so tight around its neck, the dog was trying to walk on its hind legs so it wouldn’t continue to be choked by the leash. As it tried standing and whined more the lady pulled harder, and we had to look away, too intimidated to say something. The worker was a shorter white woman with a dirty blonde pony tail, glasses, and wearing a grey groomer’s outfit. The dog was a chocolate lab. This was about 10minutes ago. Do better pet smart

Brittany is a great groomer at the Clackamas petsmart! She always remembers my dog, and my dog seems genuinely happy to see her. That says so much for Brittany’s handling my little dog.

We have 2 4 month old corgi puppies. We went to PetSmart for halters and a new, bigger crate. We needed help with fitting the pups with halters. We met Dana and what a blessing she was. She not only fitter the halters but helped us find our way around the store. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We’ll be taking the pups back for grooming, classes and play time. So glad we found PetSmart and Dana!💕

Great store! Love the employees. Inventory always seems sufficient. Reasonable prices.Pet hotel is amazing if you need to house your dog or cat. This place has everything I need. They'll even special order things for you if you ask.

Was attacked by a worker about my chihuahua down picking her birthday present. As if she was away from me and out of control... it was weird and invasive and made me feel really uncomfortable. It's her 7th birthday and she will do what she wants mmmkay... mind ya business!

This is the 2nd time I've dropped my girls off for day care this time. They stayed from Friday night to Sunday afternoon people there are amazing and my pugs really love them next time. They will be going will be in July when I am taking a vacation and can't take them with me and they will be in the care of the wonderful. Staff at petsmart for almost 10 days. Way to go taking such good care of my girls peanut and angel thank you again.

Went today to have my beagle groomed and was told I needed proof of rabies shot even though I had already given that information to them on a previous appointment. Won't be going back. Toby's vaccine is good till 2025.

What an amazing doggy daycare! We are so happy we found this nurturing place for our two pups. The team is amazing, loving and so very generous with their time, it’s incredible. Dana runs a beautiful facility, serviced by beautiful souls, and it shines through to our pups. They come home happy and pampered and that’s the most important thing for us. Can’t recommend Petsmart doggy day camp in Clackamas, OR enough ❤️❤️❤️

Grooming department- I asked about nail trims(15lbs super sweet minpin/weiner mix) Was told they were "super busy" when there literally wasn't one single dog in there and all staff(in grooming)were sitting down doing literally nothing 🙄 As a 17yrs experienced vet Tech, I was highly disappointed in what I saw and was told. No other rec. were suggested, just complaining. It's unfortunate we have nothing but lazy people working nowadays.

I did my best over the year I worked there to try and help the dogs. The employees screamed at them, abused them, and made most of them sit in a cage for 8-12 hours a day as well as the filthy and abusive conditions in the "play rooms", employees coming to work smelling like pot, alcohol. I followed the protocol; started bringing concerns to leaders, then assistant Manger, then hotel manager, then store manager, then corporate. No changes. The dogs continued to be neglected and abused. Several died. Finally I started posting reviews/concerns online. I loved the dogs in my care with all my heart. Please protect your fur babies from this place.

I recently returned to the Clackamas doggy day camp, to give both me and my puppy a little break. The check-in was easy but more importantly, the staff were friendly and professional; not always an easy task first thing in the morning, especially when dealing with an anxious dog-parent (me). I also appreciated that the staff described activities planned for the day. I picked up Roger in the afternoon and following a brief car ride, we both spent a quiet evening at home. Attached is a photo example of one satisfied customer. Thank you for looking out for my little buddy!

Has most of things that you can look for when trying to buy different options for your pet. Whether that is food or toys or house adapting furniture for pets. Only knocked one star down because they don't seem to compete with other local retailers and you can buy the same food at places Winco or Amazon for cheaper.

Every single fish tank had dead fish or sick fish in it. Most had ich and were visibly dying. If you bring one of these guys home, they will infect the entire tank. I watched a sales rep sell a sick fish. It's disgusting. (The white specs that look like sugar on the fish are parasites = ich)

I like petsmart because most of the employees care for animals like they are their own and you can find some great deals here i prefer to shop the clearance area or go online and show the cashier i found it cheaper at their online store and they will price match it

I took my puppy in for his first haircut and got recommended to PetSmart. Everything is very clean and nice and everyone was friendly. I have a bernedoodle who is very Shaggy and I didn't know much about hair cutting process so I told the groomer to do what she thinks is best I trust their judgment. I only asked really two things please don't go too short but if you have to go short I guess that's okay so I did give them that out in the only other thing I said was please leave the head a little longer I don't want his eyes to be blocked but leave the head hair long. She used the shortest razorguide and shaved his head completely short as well. Disappointed in their communication/listening skills but otherwise it's a cool spot I guess I'm not going back

Dana and Rain are both bright shining stars!! As well as the whole team. They accommodate pet parents like myself, who are a bit high maintenance and very particular. I definitely bring my Oh-So (original name was Osso = dog in Spanish) but I changed his name to."Oh-So Cute". I definitely recommend this place for a few hours or overnight!

I have my dream dog (Pomeranian)!!!! I got her a year ago and searched and searched for someone that actually knows how to groom a Pomeranian!!!! I found AMBER!!! Jazmine will NOT let me even brush her yet gets so excited to see amber ever 3 weeks!!!! She treats jazmine so well and helps make it a pamper day (as all women should have) I feel so safe with my baby in ambers hands and appreciate her so much as jazmine does too!!!!! THANKYOU AMBER!
