We've been taking our dog here for almost 5 years now never had an issue up until the last couple months every time we call nobody answers the phone and if the line tells you to hold on a minute to leave a message it hangs up on and when you could leave a message there we did leave a message and nobody ever returned our call you so you can't even leave a message now nobody has answered the phone there for us for over 2 months this place has become horrible and I personally will not take my pet here!!!

The groomers are kind and practical. Sassy is a big dog - 107 lbs - and frightens some people just with her size although she doesn't bite. She apparently has a sore foot right now and the groomer had the sense not to try to cut her nails when she showed discomfort. Some would have muzzled her. I appreciate the good sense. By the way, I did call to tell them to skip the feet but was about a minute late with my call. Good catch, groomer!

Everyone was very nice. One of the dogs needed a vaccine so they rescheduled us for the following day. My dogs did not seem anxious at all when finished. They did a great job and were super helpful. Thank you!

Having made the appointment yet to my dog groomed yet, but a lot of people in my building loves them and from what I've seen they do a good job. You pet must be up to date on rabies vaccine and proof of the country license is a must tho.

When I called the morning of December 28th, 2020, Jessica answered the phone. She was extremely friendly and when I asked if they had time to cut and buff my dog’s toenails and she said yes, it didn’t take long to get there. Hazel is the one that cut my dog Peanuts, toenails. Both Hazel and Jessica definitely showed their compassion for pets and in my opinion, that’s important, when you’re working with animals. Animals can’t talk, but people can and that’s why it’s great to have employees who care. Thank-You!

Been taking my dog here every month for a year. Super friendly staff is great with my scaredy-cat dog. She comes out floofy, clean, and trim. Their pricing is reasonable. While the cut isn’t always the prettiest (depends on the groomer, usually solid work), it’s convenient, affordable, and only a couple hours. I recommend calling in your appointment -the online scheduler has been glitchy a couple times and you get more feedback from staff. I’ll snap a photo next time!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE PetCo groomers!! And more importantly, my dog loves them!!!! I used to take my dog to PetSmart (BLEK) and he would always snap at the person grinding his nails!! He hasn’t snapped once!!!!!! I love PetCo groomers and I love the way that I feel SAFE against COVID!! It’s just ALL such a great experience!!! Thank you so much!!!

Even if you book a grooming online, they email you saying they aren’t accepting any new pets and tell you to try another petco. Typical experience with them.

Appointment only during COVID 19, they are very concerned about social distancing and wearing masks while in the building. Excellent with my dog for his nail trim. Quick and caring.

Kerry takes extra special care of my little Lhasa Apso Duke. He actually wags his tail when we arrive for his grooming. (Duke ~ not Kerry!) I deeply appreciate his constant good and professional care.

My groomer was very nice and so are all the other employees but I take my dog there for many’s and I experience I high turn over of groom to which one summer 4 years ago, all 4 groomers left that store. I think they have a bad management system. There is not enough groomers! The store is treated biased compared to other stores by perdí corperwtion.

The groomer was polite and professional and by the time I had paid for the nail trim for my cat Oreo, the groomer was finished and we were able to be on our way. Also a very decent price for a nail trim.
