The stylist are amazing!! I only have 1 issue, check in, if your stylist isn’t there you have to wait. I try and get there about 10-15 minutes early so that if there is a line we aren’t late. Just a pet peeve of mine 😊

Wouldn't groom my dog. Because she takes a medication to be able to leave the house. But that was not specified till I got there. Only to be turned away. Management could of come out and apologized for wasting me time. Instead they couldn't and couldn't even explain why the reason was.

She remembered my dog ( Kayle) and how we groomed before. We have came 5 times .He has a Mohawk and she gels it up with hairspray . So cute .Always sweet . Only this Petco. I live blocks from another one but didn’t like them

Elliot is so great with Basil. We didnt have salon experience so Elliot introduced Basil to everything.Ever since, I’ve felt comfortable to take him back for a wash/nail trim or buff.

Service: bath & nail trimI am very nervous leaving my dog anywhere. After our visit, I won't be as nervous leaving next time. Molly did an exceptional job. Pedro seems to agree. He was relatively calm when I came back for him. This is a first.On top of the great service Pedro received, Molly scheduled an appointment a few weeks out for him - a service to me as I tend to wait until his nails are too long.

Elliott is amazing at petco salon on 122nd and division. The advice I get has helped me make the bathing experience fun for my pets. The other staff is so great and thank you krys for bathing doug with all his puppy energy.!

I wish somebody would tell customers that it takes two hours since they are kenneling your dog. I asked and was told so all is good. We took our old 13-year-old dachshund before and got her back in 40 minutes with no kenneling. Not sure why they charge $12 just to wait for no kenneling. Why charge people for choosing to hold their own dog during the wait for the groomer? So weird that people actually have to pay to wait longer with their dog and at the store. If that was a regular service people would spend more money in the store while waiting for their dog. It is literally the same thing waiting with owner or in kennel. Anyhow I can bathe my own dog and towel try them. Nail clipping service was great though. I will bring again whenever they get past nail buffing point. I buff my dogs nails myself but don’t want to risk with nail cutting. I leave it to the professionals since once bad nail cut with a dog and they will fight it forever.

Last month, my wife went to this store with a Shih Tzu, small dog. They charged $64.99 for the basic grooming. We were happy with that price. Yesterday, my wife went back again with another pet (the same size, the same age because this dog and the first dog is the same litter). This time Molly charged $100.99 with the reason is that it took more hour to take care my dog. She said that because my wife already sighed off the paper before the service that why my wife has to pay. Yes, my wife signed off without looking at the price because she thought the price for the basic grooming is the same of $64,99. That was the price they charged last month for my dog. We came here 4 times with the same price of $64.99. My wife did not know that Molly would charge more almost $40 because my dog hair is too long? .Molly said that it took more hours to do grooming for my dog. It does not make sense because yesterday they called for picking off the dog after 2.5 hours service, from the time we dropped off my dog. Last month, the service took 3.5 hours, they price was only $64.99.My wife paid $100.99 for the basic grooming . However I we never come back this store. They charged me with the price was almost double the basic price. From $64.99 last month, and yesterday $100.99. Molly, you should tell the client before the service something like that: " Sorry, today we will charge you more because of this, because of that, etc. " She did not say that.

The groomers/staff are awesome. It can be hard to get an appointment scheduled sometimes, but they do great work. The only place in the area I take my two aussies.

Elizabeth did an excellent job with my dogs. She really took her time and cared about them and my satisfaction. Love her! We drove from Vancouver due to the pandemic and grooming not being open in Washington yet but I would definitely make that drive to see her again!

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the third time we took our English bulldog to this Petco location for grooming. The first 2 times went great and this last time was horrific. I got a phone call saying I had to come pick up my dog early from grooming because he was stressed. She is a girl by the way. When we picked her up she was bleeding and had a cut on her face. When my husband confronted them about it they denied that they had any scissors near her face. My dog also threw up when we brought her home. We brought our husky in at the same time and after everything they made us pay the full price $120 to get them groomed. We will never bring either of our dogs to this location ever again.

My groomer Elizabeth is fantastic, customer service is always great at the store and cash register lines are handled quickly and efficiently. I also really like the recent updates to the groomer's scheduling system that sends text and email confirmations. There is plenty of parking, basic veterinary services available on Sundays and a decent selection of allergen free/high quality/raw dog foods. My only wish for this Petco is that it could dedicate more space for a wider variety of dog toys, otherwise two thumbs up!

I'm satisfied with the grooming; just wished I could have booked online but the site wasn't up to date? **(updated 9/22/2020) I've been coming here for 7 years and have used only 2 groomers the entire time. Unfortunately, my dog's groomer changed careers so I had to change groomers. At last month's grooming, the girl cut my dog's paw pad ... petco didn't charge me for the grooming and called me to check up on my dog's condition offering to pay for the vet bill should he need to see a vet. My dog was fine and was able to go back for another grooming this month without any issues.

Kyli was our most recent groomer and she did such a fantastic job! She was friendly and detailed. Moreover, the prices can’t be beat. I’ve been taking our large dog here for more than a year and would definitely recommend.

The service was good and the services provided were fine I just wasn’t extremely happy with the overall look of the haircut but it was mostly my fault cause I had them cut it too short. Basically in my mind the look I was going for would’ve turned out a little different. I will definitely have Petco provide me with my puppy’s next grooming needs I’ll just do a better job of providing a description of what I want the final result to be.

I’m not sure how to spell the girls name that helped me yesterday, I want to say maybe Malala is the one who took care of Peanut. She was extremely friendly and even though the grooming department was busy, she actually really seemed to enjoy working with animals. I have a high respect for people like that, especially when my dog gets scared when I leave, then come back for him. Thank-You!

Molly has always been so great with my dogs! She actually pointed out some bruising under her thick fur that helped to early detection of diagnosing my dog with IMT. I am forever grateful to Molly for paying attention and saying something. She gave my dog a fighting chance. Thank you Molly!

For once, I was able to get the same groomer as last time. Additionally, Elizabeth was able to get started on Cherokee as soon as she arrived, which I really appreciate. Cherokee gets very nervous around people/animals she does not know and it is very stressful for her.
