I love this shop! The owner and staff are all very knowledgeable about nutrition and help to make informed choices for my cats specific requirements. Anything they don’t have in stock or normally carry they’ve been able to order it for me and it arrives quickly.They have a really fun selection of dog treats!

Although I live only a couple of blocks from NoPo Paws, at first I was hesitant to shop here because of the "boutique" feel. I realized that I had some very strong beliefs about small, upscale, boutique type stores as being supercilious and overpriced, so the first couple of times I felt uncomfortable as a result of my own filters. After talking with Sarah, the owner, and learning that she carefully researches and chooses the foods she carries, my attitude softened. I appreciate her thoughtful responses to questions and concerns, her willingness to take back food/products if they didn't work, the discounts for frequent purchases. Now I love the intimacy of the small store and knowing that I am supporting a local business which is operated with integrity.

We switched our regular shopping for pet supplies to this store since they carry my dog's favorite treat. Everyone here is always kind and helpful. I appreciate the curbside pick up that allows me to purchase dog food when I need it. Street parking is usually easy to find.

Was in town briefly and was really upset with the owners attitude towards me. it's such a cute little shop, but she was such a turn off and treated me like I didn't know how to care for my pets. definitely not coming back to here again next time I'm in portland. I'd give zero stars for how my interaction with the owner was if I could.

This is my go-to local pet store. They carry all the brands I like. Though it’s not in my immediate neighborhood, they are super friendly and helpful, and during the pandemic they have been offering online ordering and home delivery, which has been very convenient.
