Love the place! I bring my dog here all the time. Some things are "overpriced" but it's worth the convenience. They ask no questions on returns which is awesome. When you buy puzzles and things like that you can return them if your dog gets them right away. Those returns go to an animal shelter. My dog loved the stuffed toy she got for her birthday.

This place is super friendly and helpful with my new pup. They have alot of the essentials and being walking distance from my house makes it even better. I bring my dog in a couple times a week to meet other dogs and find new treats for our training.

Top quality treats and toys centered around being safe and healthy for your pet. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is due to the high price you pay for basic rawhide bones you can buy at Costco for way cheaper. The more exotic treats like dried cod skin, meat free treats, etc I can understand being expensive but the pig ears and rawhide are too much

My Vet recommended this place for my dogs food. I was overwhelmed by the selection of dog food they had. Luckily one of the employees came and helped me out. I was concerned my dog wouldn't like the food. Mud Bay had a food return policy so I bought two bags. My dog loves the food I bought. I can't tell if he is any healthier because he was and still is a hyper fur ball. I am going to keep getting his food from this store. Because the price is good and its Vet recommended.

Must last few visits to this location have been terrible and I will NOT shop at any Mud Bay again. Mark was Very rude and they didn't even have the dog food I needed, so I was harassed for nothing. The Pet Barn is not even a half mile away and the staff there are friendly and welcoming. Plus the prices at Pet Barn are better. Ill choose to go there from now on. Enter this Mud Bay at your own risk.Still have not been back to this Mud Bay I hear from people I know it still has terrible customer service

Our first time visiting mud bay was amazing, they let us take home three sample cat foods, sample freeze dried treats, and a $5 off coupon for our next visit. Definitely more than we expected, will be returning over and over again

Mud Bay always has what I am looking for. If you want excellent quality dog and cat food shop here. I feed my dog frozen raw and there are lots of choices so I can vary his diet and switch up when he gets bored. They also offer a bulk discount. Very helpful for buying cat food cans for two cats. Again, high quality options and great prices. The worker here are super friendly and get to know you and your pets plus their food choices.

This place has won my patronage for life. Seriously. I recently moved here, and my cat’s health as since taken a turn. After her 3 day stint at the vet, she’s been refusing to eat. Nick, one of the employees, was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was supremely grateful for his extensive experience as a cat owner, as well as his compassion for my cat’s situation. He has me set up with several types of sampler-sized cat foods to try, as well as tips and tricks to encourage her to eat and drink.His recommendations are the only thing that have worked for her this far. I can honestly say he may have saved my cats life. Thank you Nick, I’ll be back soon!

This morning Banfield Pet Hospital recommended me to Mud Bay to help out with a cat who had ingested rat poison. Nick at Mud Bay was over-the-top not only knowledgeable but SO helpful. Even more than many of the vets I've seen over the years. He helped me with some free samples and expert advice. Deeply grateful as I've not run in to that level of generous care in a long time. I LOVE this store, and so does my dog! The employees are always so helpful, and it feels like you're among friends. Great selection of pet supplies, and it's a lot less expensive than many of the surrounding stores while being openly very ethical and keeping high standards. Mud Bay is the best!

I really like this store. The staff is always pleasant. They even helped socialize my dog on one visit. Recently tried a new food that my dog loves. Dog food prices are a bit high but for dog biscuits they are reasonable. Nice selection of dog treats and toys too.

Maggie was so helpful. My dog underwent a painful tooth extraction and is sensitive to wet food so she spent time walking me through the best available options and describing brands that she thought would work for my girl. She was super knowledgeable and even provided samples for us to try at home. It was obvious she really cared about doing the right thing for my pet and was invested in helping me make informed choices.

Just had the most amazing service from Tara at this Mud Bay. It was my first time there, and I was looking for a possible food replacement for my mixed lab. Tara was so kind and gave me samples of food based on what current likes and dislikes my dog has, as well as finding foods that are in a similar range of her current brand so the new food would be easier to digest. She also showed me a few brands that are great and are much lower in price then my dogs current food. I am excited to try them. Thank you Tara, I will be back!

The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and samples. The price points are maybe a bit higher than at the bigger chains but everything has been great quality. We're new pet owners and it's become our first stop when we need something.

My dog and I LOVE Mudbay, particularly this location! They always have a great selection of treats, toys, etc., and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed that I could find First Mate Grain-Friendly Pacific-Caught Fish Meal and Oats- this is one of the few foods my dog can eat- so we will absolutely keep coming back! We came into the store around 4ish on 12/13 to get a giftcard. I had been searching for a puzzle toy to try and entertain a family dog that is starting to go senile. I feel bad i didnt get the name of the guy who helped me out, but he was tall and had reddish hair. He was AMAZING. everything that makes a great retail employee: he was helpful without being pushy, he was super informative and knowledgeable without being overbearing, and he was just a really really nice dude. He talked me through my different options, made sure i knew about treat options (and we talked about other products i might be interested in in the future). i wound up buying this wobbly treat dispenser thing and some peanut butter bulk treats. He was so nice and welcoming and super cool from the moment we walked in, greeting us and asking how he could help. Definitely the most enjoyable and also easiest part of my shopping trip that day! i feel super bad about not getting his name but i hope this message reaches him somehow.

We had avoided this place assuming it was expensive, but stopped in today and were impressed with the prices and selection. We were looking for different nail clippers and the prices here were lower than pet-smart and quality was better (actually cut the nail rather than crushing it). Lillie was helpful and she gave us sample dog treats with purchase that we’ll have to go back and get more since or dog went CRAZY for them. Will return!

I have a very spoiled cat. Mudd bay always has the most helpful staff with a great selection of natural canned and dry food for my picky eater. They have different varieties of litter and toys for kitties as well as a huge assortment of dog toys and treats. My pets also enjoy the treat samples!

Every Mud Bay I've visited has had three things: a huge selection of pet treats, aggressively helpful staff, and a comprehensive selection of pet food for every special diet. This location is no different, and I once again spent far too much money on adorable toys and stinky dog chewies.
