Service was excellent. They are a bit hard to catch at the location but well worth the wait. They offered all kinds of free advice and guidance for flying with my semi feral cat. The TSA Hold M tight harness worked perfectly. My cat was so secure it made the airport inspection bearable. Not sure what I would have done without the metal free harness.

THE absolute worst customer service. Wish there was a zero star option. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Misleading and dishonest. Tried to patronize this small business instead of Amazon but sadly they could care less about customer service and are totally inflexible. Was asked for photos actually measuring our dog to prove why a product didn’t fit ( their size chart is clearly wrong)they asked for photos then They then refuted the photos provided and refused a return . Most of their products are available on Amazon with good return policies so definitely stay away from KC Pet Airline Travel Products.Misleading and dishonest while providing ignorant and disturbing response. Her new response to my review below is inaccurate and dishonest. I never clicked anything on their site regarding a return policy. In Addition the only option ( not a few as mentioned) was a collar instead. Absolutely No threats were made as she is stating I only referenced previous poor reviews. There were no live conversations.but now the I’m posting reviews. My dog is not much larger and by law service animals are not required specific gear. The intent was to have a no metal TSAfriendly harness which they advertise for our 26 lb dog. No where does it say limit for her product of 20lbs. My dog met the measurement requirements they advertised but they are inaccurate. I am now posting negative reviews.Here is her actual email response to me after rejecting photos of measurements. It is a surprisingly ignorant and incoherent reply ….“Our sizes are very accurate it is like you are stating since it says Small Med Large XL that this means the dog it does not, much like if you were to shop in childs clothing and picked a MED and was angry it did not fit you a med adult? These are specifically for Pets who the airline requires them to fit underseat and that are required to be under 20 lbs with their carrier. I am not understanding why this has made you so angry we can only do our best and I believe we did the best we could when you purchased and item for an application in which is was not designed for

I ordered some live animal shipping labels on a Monday and wanted them sent to my daughter. She needed them by Thursday. I noticed after I placed my online order that there was a mistake. I called KC Pet Airline Travel Products and spoke with Lisa. She quickly found my order and fixed my mistake. She saw what I had ordered and said that I paid way too much for shipping. She said I can refund $15 of the $30 shipping charge and still get them to your daughter in two days. She refunded the $15 to my credit card and my daughter recieved her shipping labels on Wednesday. I felt like Lisa really cared not only about my order, but about me and my daughter. I thought about her kindness all week and then called back on Friday to talk to her supervisor because I wanted to commend what she had done. Lisa told me that they were a small family business and their customers were online only. I went ahead and told her how much what she had done meant to me and my daughter. I then found out that I could post a review for her on Google and I want others to know about this business and about Lisa and the wonderful job she does with orders and with her customers. Thank you Lisa.

READ THE RETURN POLICY! Like, forget it.. if you opened and tried on an apparel item and it doesn't fit... it's yours anyway, no return except for another size. Oh! There is no larger size! Ordered a XL vest for my new rescue dog - should fit according to measurements. Well, all dogs aren't the same build and she can barely move her front legs with it on. Can't get another since this is the largest size; maybe it'll fit a cat? Since I don't have a cat, guess it'll be a donation to the pet shelter, but I get to keep the all-plastic leash, only $20, plus shipping.

At the door at 11:10 and the (sorry we are closed) sign was out, door locked and no one answered when the bell was rung. I guess we will never know if it's a good place to shop or not
