Been going her for 10 years it was better back in the day the prizes have just gotten ridiculous but the young men there are amazing.the last visit wasn't as helpful but I do believe the older gentleman was having a rough day. They had a beautiful tiny rooster and a very timid rabbit our last visit

Love this place. They're conveniently located and were super helpful when we got our chickens. They also carry booster vaccinations for cats and dogs, which came in handy when some feral cats moved in.

We went to buy some chicken feed here for the second time ever yesterday and found out they were having an event that included a raffle! We ended up getting some raffle tickets with our purchase and ended up winning a grill, so definitely can’t complain! Everyone there is very nice and helpful, and their selection and prices are great too! 10/10, can recommend, and we will definitely be back for more chicken feed! :)

Went in for emergency cat supplies. So much easier than trekking out to PetSmart and dealing with all of that. Super friendly staff. They showed me where the items I needed were and offered helpful insight from previous customers. Not just a feed store.

Not a bad place, but they close early on normal days and today they posted "closed to hot". Unreliable hours means bad place to shop. Drove all the way here just to turn around and not have time to drive to another feed store. Horrible ser

Older gentleman is super rude. Zero customer service, no smiles, no greetings. I didn’t want to buy anything from such an unfriendly individual. We almost felt encouraged to leave after only being there a few minutes. Bizarre behavior if you’re trying to sell stuff to customers. I’m amazed he’s still in business. Beware of this guy!

Went there yesterday for animal food. Got a great deal on a 15lb cat food, sportmix brand. I was excited took it home when my pet friends informed me of their recall back in July 2022 (Sportmix brand was recalled)Although the brand may not pose risks right now I didn't want to chance it.I took it back today hopeing they would allow an exchange , i didn't have my receipt. I made them aware of the recall and how it may be considered safe now I didn't want to risk it, as Any pet parent. I was fully prepared to get turned away, understanbly.They did and I swapped for a different brand. I was okay with letting them keep the 3$ in change back for no recipe but they politely declined.I'm happy to keep returning for more purchases

I've been shopping here for 6 years strictly out of convenience. I've never had a pleasant experience. They are rude and short with me every time. My roommates and friends have also had the same experience. Seem to not like the city slicker type. They also overcharge on everything. I'll be shopping at coastal from now on. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after 6 years, nothing's changed.... Not sure why this palace has such good reviews. I've been nothing but polite and only go to get chicken food and straw.

Great group of people that work within the shop. I get most my animal needs and even my exotic animals I can find items for them as well. And the distance can't get much better for me. They also just paved foster right in that area so now you can drive in without needing a mouth guard. 😄

I like this place. The workers are friendly, social and helpful and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy going just to look around, frankly, but I go for supplies every couple weeks. I don't think they should sell puppies and I question the rabbits but poultry is perfectly understandable.

Excellent products for good prices. Love when it's baby chick season. Staff always just helps load up my car without me even asking when I buy the big bags. Also, I love that Giant sweet dog.

We get our chicks from foster feed. They are reasonably priced and have a better chicken to rooster ratio. I've always ended up with mostly hens where as other feed stores are loaded with roosters.The guys are nice and helpful loading up hay and heavy bags of feed.

After going there for yearsmy latest experience makes me feel ripped off and taken advantage of. Bought a bale of straw like I do there every month or so and get given a bale of straw 1/3 the size for the price of a regular bale. No mention of the size difference at all. No heads up. I have 21 chickens what does 20lb of straw do? After calling and checking I was given a sorry thats all I can get. Also a story about prices going up. That is fine but why are you selling a bale of straw as that size and not letting someone know. I will drive farther than get ripped off and taken advantage of. Just be honest and I would have made a judgement call.

Great spot for your urban farm needs. Although they did not have the product I was looking for they were more than happy to give me the names, numbers, and addresses to competitors nearby rather than see me go unsatisfied. Decent size parking lot and great customer service means I will definitely recommend to others and return as needed.

Love this store. It doesn't carry all the really large items you might get at a big farm store but has a great selection of pretty much everything else. All the things I need for my chickens and lots of things for the garden. They have baby chicks when in season as well. Overall great store and nice helpful people working as well.

My niece was in the store with my brother and she got upset. My mom was gonna take my niece to the car and while she was exiting the store, She’s 2yrs old by the way one of the employees or the owner not sure.Said “someone get that kid outta here” and then made a rude comment asking what happened to a small item she was carrying. My brother turned around and told the guy that the item was put back. I just find it very rude and won’t be coming back to be treated like this. U don’t treat customers like that because u don’t know that situation. If I could do no stars I would.
