Was in the area, thought I'd give them a try for a dog nail trim. The gal that did the trim must've spent a whole minute trimming ( if that) As I was standing with my dog. Barely trimmed any off her nails. I'm pretty sure wasn't even looking that close as she was trimming. However she was proud for being so fast. Last time visit this place.

Editing this review. They are still great groomers, however, we had his ear hair trimmed for the first time which did not go so well. Poor pupper got an ear infection that was so bad that the vet was afraid there was a foreign object lodged in there (there wasn’t).Reasonable prices and staff who are good at their craft. I’ve heard and seen horror stories of groomers just shaving dogs because of mats but here they do their best to comb out the mats and shave down only the areas that need it. Excellent customer service! They are quite popular so call in advance if you want to ensure a spot.

Amazing experience. Found this establishment online and couldn't be happier. They offer self service dog washing and drop off grooming. I chose self service on this visit. I was apprehensive as to how my dog would react. She loved it. The wash stations are perfect. There are stairs for your dog to walk up and my dog Bella eagerly walked up. The water temperature is perfect. It is so easy to give your dog a great wash. The drying stations are awesome. Perfect blend of airflow and temperature. My dog never fussed and totally enjoyed the experience. I must say she has never been cleaner, softer, or enjoyed a bath so much. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thanks everyone.

Great place to have my dogs groomed! They are always so nice and professional. After talking with some of the employees it gives me confidence about how much they care for animals, which makes this nervous dog mom more comfortable dropping them off for the day. Thank you!

10/10 Corey came into self service got my dogs nails done nice and fast she’s one of my favorites.Self service was clean and organized and with heated water and good water pressure made getting my pup nice and clean

They don't ask for vaccine verification, which I thought was odd, at least rabies. Also, when grinding nails, they use the same one on dogs, but is that very sanitary if the dogs nails bleed any? They are extremely fast, though.Nothing to do with a drivers license. People drive without a license.Others ask for rabies verification, but with this virus going around, that would be a big concern.Thx for your input, though 👍

This place is fantastic. My Border Collie is usually very anxious and they made her feel so chill. When I picked her up she was calm and squeaky clean. Totally coming back!

The service here has gone come down hill. I called to set up and appointment, they gave me the wrong date. And the charged me a $20 “no-show” fee when I’ve never been late for an appointment. Not my fault you gave me the wrong date. Way to do business guys! I definitely done recommend.

I love these guys! They took my 17 year old, crybaby dog that no one else would groom and did a wonderful job. Kind, patient, caring staff. I wish I'd found them years ago.

Horrible customer service. I get you are always busy but there’s no need to be rude! Plus I’ve been noticed cuts and marks on my dogs skin from their clippers! They said it wasn’t from them but my vet confirmed it had to be from grooming. Don’t got here.

Dog gone clean is a great resource for the neighborhood. I take my 3 toy poodles here. My pups are always returned happy and looking sharp after their grooming. The staff are very affectionate and careful with my dogs.

I’ve used their self grooming service and had my golden retriever groomed at Dog Gone Clean.Overall, I had a great experience with both services.Self wash service: they have high velocity dryers, provide shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, brushes, happy hoods, and towels. Super easy and comfortable to use for both me and my dog! It’s very reasonably priced.Grooming service: took longer than i was told it would take, and longer than I’ve experienced at other groomers. This wasn’t an issue for me as I had a busy day. They don’t crate their dogs when they are not grooming them, which is fine for me and my friendly dog. Her cut was good and she was clean!I do have another groomer I prefer that meets my admittedly high expectations, but I will continue to use them as a back up and use their self wash service.

Wow! This place went downhill fast. When I first started here I was paying $55 for haircut then 65 today they charged me $85. They said it was because my dog was not behaved very well. However, for years they've told me how good he was during his grooming, but did they give me a credit for that? No they charged me $85 $20 over the fee because he had one time bad behavior. I'll never go there again

When I called in and spoke with this rude lady for price to bring my havanese for grooming . Lady was extremely rude and not helpful, she was not able to provide me with a date or time when she might be able to book me in and said we too busy. In Fact she hung up, how rude. How could she deny my poor little bella!!!! .. I will never call this place again, no people skills. :(

While I wouldn't say they're perfect, they deserve ALL THE STARS for taking care of mine. One is elderly, blind and deaf, and the other is high anxiety, and barks when we leave him.They are gentle and sweet with both of our babies.

Our dog had a teddybear face. We asked for a trim all over since he's pretty grown out. He came out looking like a poodle. I wouldn't mind if they needed to shave him because of mats but they could've told us beforehand. Plus they are expensive!

Their self service dog washing is amazing! They have everything you need, including aprons, brushes, different kinds of shampoos, conditioner, face wash, and nice blow dryers. Definitely coming back!

I love the service here! My dog hates having his nails trimmed and he is reactive to other dogs...the staff here is great, helping to find a quiet time to bring him in and getting his nails done quickly and painlessly. They also try to soothe him since hes trembling during the trim. We're usually in and out in 5 minutes!

Very nice staff, affordable, and flexible scheduling! My only two complaints are that I don't like how the leashes for self wash are attached to the floor grate in the baths. It's not secure and so when you have a wiggly dog like mine, it's more harmful than helpful. Her toes have almost gotten caught in the grate a few times because of this. Also, every time I've gone, all of the baths in the self wash area have been really dirty, totally full of hair. I know part of that is the fault of the other owners who don't clean up after themselves, but I do wish the staff would go in and check/wipe things down when someone leaves just to ensure things are sanitary.Overall, we love this place and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.

I don't even know what to say. I was charged 75 dollars to groom my 5 pound Yorkie yesterday. He was never bathed. If anything he smells worse. His eyes still have black crusty corners. His whole face still smelled and was obviously not washed. I asked for no sharpness on his head and a rounded teddy bear face. She cut his face down short with one side way longer than the other and 2 long pointy ears. Uneven fur everywhere. Gouged of fur gone here and there. This is hands down the worst grooming ever. I'm so insulted. I got ripped off so badly. I checked reviews and saw how they respond to their negative reviews. There is obviously no reason to even try and call with what I'm reading. I can't believe this. 75 dollars. When my boyfriend came to pick my dog up, the groomer would not look up and greet him for about a minute and a half and then just walked away to the back with papers, still not acknowledging him. In the meantime my tiny Yorkie is in a huge kennel shivering to death without the shirt on the I brought him in with. Also, why don't you require proof of rabies shots? Idk what happened there, but he seems to still be traumatized by his experience yesterday,this morning. Mean, rude, no integrity. Eek that's not good karma you are building for yourself. Karma does not forget. Remember that. When you cheat people, you are telling the universe you yourself want to be cheated.

These guys do absolutely breathtaking work. It is worth the wait for an appointment! Their fees are very reasonable I believe and worth the money.I have a Goldendoodle and they are not so easy to groom as they are non-shedding and their hair can grow long. This place seems to have no problem with my dog and they give him the cutest Lion cut ever [that I request]. I get compliments all the time on how handsome my dog is!

This place is wonderful, but the best part about the experience really is Cory and her professionalism. She has serious skills and was able to cut our pug’s nails in record time leaving her feeling safe and comfortable. Her care and kindness for dogs is apparent - we will be returning as regulars!
