Best Reef Store I have visited so far! Service was amazing and super helpful! Don’t be afraid to ask for anything! They truly do the best. I purchased a clam and 4 coral and they are doing great! They are super healthy and fully opened the following day (given that they were on a 3.5 hour drive home!). Super clean tanks and coral as well. When dipping before adding to my tank, not a single pest came off of them. First time I’ve seen that. Kudos to Cuttle Fish and Corals ❤️

Jeff and the Cuttlefish and Coral crew are wonderful. Not only do they have the best (and cleanest) corals/livestock in town but their service superior. We recently had an issue with our tank and Jeff came by, immediately diagnosed our problem, fixed it and saved thousands of dollars in livestock. Jeff really cares and wants each customer to be successful!

The only place we will go for all of our salt water tank/fishy needs!! The owner and entire staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They all genuinely want you to learn, have fun and have a successful tank at home. Highly recommend!

This is my new favorite place to feed my coral addiction! The staff is awesome, helpful and not pushy. They have an incredible selection of corals that range from $10 to several hundred. What ever your budget is, they've got you covered. They are willing to have conversation with you and swap stories about tank experiences. Very friendly. The fish selection is good too, but honestly, I come for the coral "eye candy"

This is the ultimate saltwater store! Everyone is very friendly, SUPER knowledgeable and always there to help with anything about your saltwater aquarium.They are not there just to sell fish and corals. Literally the best coral store I've been to in the PNWnot only do they have the best selection, but the employees are super helpful and don't gate-keep on the hobby which is super rare in my experience. The shop is super clean and it feels like they actually all love the hobby and want to encourage others. Whenever I've had anything suspicious going on in my tank I will just go in and they water test and give suggestions. Going above and beyond in assessing my specific tank needs and asking questions to make sure the advice is tailored to me. I've been to every coral shop I can find in a two hour radius and I would always recommend these guys over anyone. Best experience every time! Love you guys!

Such a great place for fish and corals. Jeff is a great guy who genuinely cares about the hobby and his customers. Him and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive thing, but they listen carefully and suggests the best thing for your system. I highly recommend this place. BEWARE, LYMPHOCYSTIS DISEASE INFECTION! didn't used this store for more then a few years due to issue with corrals that I bought from them in a past. In the September 15th I was near by and came to buy a bottle of CoPods, I also bought blue dot puffer, soonest I bring it to home after adaptation I released it in my aquarium with small blue light only. On the next morning I found that both sides of fish have a bad skin damages/disease. Unfortunately I can't come back to stor until Tuesdayand and explain the owner that fish that I bought have a sign of disease and asked him for assistance however the owner said that I have a bad water in aquarium and it's my problem and they sold me healthy fish. I'm attaching photo of this sick fish for the your judgment.P.S. just talk with the owner today with a hope for solution, but I noticed that they emergency changing water in all store. Coincident? Could be, but... On a forum, people help me indicate this disease as LymphocystisBEWARE!0

I've been to a number of other salt water coral and fish stores in Oregon, and this one EASILY is my favorite. Such a beautiful stock every time I come in, and the store is very clean. I think the staff pride themselves on being very friendly and knowledgeable and it really shows. They don't hesitate when it comes to answering all my questions, and even a second time if I don't fully understand the first time haha! I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a beautiful salt water coral and fish store, whether you are in the hobby or just as a fun date to see something new.

This is the best local fish store in the Portland area. Not only do the have an amazing selection of fish and corals, but they really care about building community by promoting the hobby. Many stores have fish and coral for sale, but Cuttlefish and Corals will help you with the reefing hobby every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place but let me try lol. The employees all go out of their way to help with whatever you need, from tips and tricks, recommendations, help with issues and amazing advice when you’re on the verge of a nervous breakdown. (Looking at you Pete!) The owner Jeff is generous and lovely and this has quickly become my home away from home and favorite place. We had been wanting to get a new fish tank for awhile and couldn’t decide if we wanted freshwater or saltwater. Well we decided that for my wife and myself’s anniversary we would purchase a saltwater fish tank. Now we have been to many saltwater aquarium stores In Oregon trying to find what we wanted to add and see if we even wanted to go saltwater and this one was by far the cleanest with the most vibrant selection of fish, corals, anemones, shrimp and more. The manager was nothing shy of friendly and was more than happy to talk everything over with us and help us find the perfect tank for what we wanted. I am happy we not only went saltwater but that we went here.Hopefully you see this, I am sorry we kept you past closing time, however my wife and I had a good time talking to you, getting our first step towards the saltwater tank life, and also enjoying your store. This is definitely a passion for you and it shows.

Every person in the store is interested in your success, and will take the time to answer questions and give advice. If they don’t think you need something, they won’t sell it to you. Outstanding customer service. Great selection of livestock and hard goods. The best in Portland, bar none. It’s no wonder the store is packed most days.
