I have been looking for this wonderful rust cleaner everywhere. Winks. It works magic on your dirty glass pipes. A couple drops, swirl it around using q-tips and 🎉 brand new pipe. Make sure to rinse it out after using this product, it is acid you know.Not too bad on rust either.

The young girl working the counter was very rude. She was too busy looking at her phone to be bothered with answering our questions and when we checked out, she snatched the money from me and never said one word to us. Not thank you for shopping at Ace or goodbye or anything. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to do her job and couldn’t muster up a faint grin through the scowl she kept the entire time. I love shopping at Ace and do so all the time where I’m from. Just so happens that I am out of town today shopping and didn’t have a pleasurable experience that I usually have when visiting in Ace Hardware.!

When I walked thru this store I felt a level of nostalgia I haven't felt in years. The mom and pops small business feeling. Some pricing was nostalgic as well...I recommend this save hardware over any I've been to in decades

Great show with great staff. I got a piece of glass cut and it didn't fit the frame. I should have looked closer before leaving the store. Oh well. They cut it square... I made the frame slightly off lol

don’t get a paint match from this store! i brought a large paint chip in and the color match they gave me was very noticeably different. they didn’t attempt to match the sheen either. i contacted them to try to get a refund and they never responded to me. go to pearl hardware, they matched my paint chip perfectly.UPDATE: I have tried to contact the manager of this location many times to get a refund and they haven't replied to me.

Lots of great good stuff...I like to spend it with anybody but HD so...I call in, yes we have 2 in stock, I arrive...sorry we can't find them...must have gotten nicked...and that's why HD gets my 🤑 money.

I love it being a nice small local hardware store I always find a nice plant to take home to plant in my yard. And they always have free popcorn the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly there is never a long line to wait in.

Friendly staff! Had all kinds of gadgets and homeware stuff, too, besides "hardware". Got the wood chips for smoking our roast here and spotted some cool Bluetooth meat thermometers, too. Go in to snoop!

It's a hardware store. High prices and no bathroom. The people who primarily work in the city core must be miserable, none of the hardware stores have bathrooms anymore. Very glad I mostly work in the suburbs.

I have heart failure. This means I take water pills… i need a restroom in a hurry sometimes.I asked to use the restroom in the storage area which I often do while visiting one of my storage units.The on-site manager told me they no longer let people use their restrooms…One of the reasons I chose this spot was because they had a restroom.I will be taking the 270 I pay In rent and going elsewhere

I really enjoyed this place. You get really lost in this hardware store, but there are friendly customer service on the floor to help through the maze of this store. Aisles are clean. Parking is a bit small but found parking and the Mason jars I was looking for. Definitely will come here again if I need something from here. They had a lot of odds and ends that you can't find at hardware stores. Prices are surprisingly fair.

Nice employees but they couldn't answer questions about tape. They were unaware that the compamy 3m makes an auto tape and then when i asked if they knew anything about the adhesive rating of other 3m tape and if it would work well with cars and they couldnt answer that either

My wife went back and forth 4 times to get a copy of a key. They insisted a shorter key would work and “mansplained” her out of the store. None of the keys worked, and they refused to give a refund. Absolute waste of 2 hours. There are some very nice folks that work there, and some very difficult folks. I’d shop elsewhere.

Always a nice shopping experience. Store is clean and organized, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Try this place before you go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Chances are they have what you need! Nothing wrong with Lowe's or Home Depot, but in this area it's much closer and feels like an old fashioned small town hardware feel!

Officially switching my business to the Pearl Ace Hardware, which is a bigger store and has friendly helpful service. Broadway Ace messed up my online order (they didn’t have all of the items, didn’t call, and when I called to inquire, they said it was ready- then come to find out it’s missing items). The manager and a lot of the staff are rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them. They’re unable to look up customer info (past receipts, etc) as effectively as Pearl hardware. The general vibe is “sorry we can’t help you, we’re too busy.” Ace Hardware in the Pearl has lots of helpful knowledgeable staff who seem to be having a good time and are happy to help you. I’d recommend that store over broadway any day.

Extremely helpful staff and a great selection of hardware. I think this is the best hardware store I have ever seen. You don’t have to ask for help because an associate will volunteer to assist you soon after you walk in the store. I have shopped here several times and, after experiencing service at other hardware stores (including ACE Hardware), I will go out of my way to shop at Broadway ACE Hardware rather than go to a hardware store that is closer.

This is a fairly large store and you would have no idea just by judging outside premise it has a second layer inside toward back that leads to an upper level by no more than 6 stair steps. Service was great we were greeted right when we walked in door and offered assistance from another employee while roaming around. Of course we needed to be directed the right way! Very vast and many product options for your every need. Parking area isn't very large and you will have to enter and exit onto a very busy intersection that is only one way

If you don't want to go to Lowe's or home Depot this is a great place to go. The workers are knowledgeable friendly and they have a rich supply of all kinds of things. Much easier than Lowe's or home Depot. Yes Ace is your friendly hardware guy.

Very friendly employees. Every time I come in and Lacy is working the register I am so appreciative of how she asks each person as they come in the door- ‘anything I can help you find?’ And because she knows the store so well, without leaving the register she can just answer anyones question with which aisle they need to head to, often they get their answer and don’t even slow their pace as they head to the aisle she’s indicating.A really great system from someone super aware of what the customers need from a hardware store- in and out and back to whatever project they’ve come from. ✨

Greath place for home diy projects and what not but.......... the children that they have working there are very unprofessional and rude especially on the phone. And every time I go into this store I always catch these kids literally spying on me like in going to steal from the store it's quite ridiculous! They need to follow around the people with face mask on and a backpack not just a semi dirty person with one. Horrible customer service on the phone.

Didn't have product as advertised. Was told it was on isle 20....nope then told 3....nope. Then a different girl "short friendlier girl" it's no longer carried. Tall guy long hair, no "welcome in" and definitely not friendly, Taller girl about the same. Seemed unhappy to be working. Won't be back

they are pricier than almost anywhere else and lately there is only one knowledgeable staff member, if that. i hope that the other staff take it upon themselves to learn about the hardware they are selling because that's what made me a loyal customer.
