I love that they have financing for furniture! There are so many bargains here! During holidays, those sections are always stocked with all the essentials you'll need for the season. Their selections are widely varied and reasonably priced.

Horrible service horrible answering the phone all my product was price tag to where you can't remove it on the face of the cover of the product which ruins it for Christmas gifts and on top of it the mirrors were broken in the pallets because of who answered the phone and Alicia is her name I feel sorry for that woman because she's not doing the management position by checking their products and checking her employees.. shame on you guys! And as an hourly (what do I want) better service, kindness,,,... answers phone..mean..hangs up!!. you should remind him.. it's not his personal phone what do I want a refund ?.and my money back! Or to remind you no wonder why the company is failing the service like that and ruining product that people are trying to buy! Better is must!... You want respect you give it!😕😕😕😕😕tag ur items also helpful!

Manager is rude and not helpful what so ever! She needs to be retrained on how to be polite and professional! Can't expect your employees to have good customer service, if you're not setting an example! We bought a $150 pool less then a month ago and the pump stopped working. Called to see what they could do and was told to bring the whole pool back instead of just replacing the pump. My husband asked if she could please make sure they have it in stock before we disassemble it and bring it in. She was completely rude about it. She had someone else get back on the phone to tell us....she thinks they have 1 or 2. So unprofessional! We spend money here all the time and we certainly don't expect to get treated this way! If you don't have customers.....you don't get paid! Think about that next time when speaking with a loyal customer! Won't shop here again!

Dirtiest big lots I've seen in the US. Food on the floor. No one mopped thus place in years. I felt completely comfortable letting my dirty toddler climb all over their floor furniture. Employees resembled zombies. Wear a gas mask and gloves.

Surprisingly found a nice selection of patio furniture. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Multiple patio furniture items weren't priced, but the lady helping us helped us with price lookups, product info, and even helped us load our purchase into our vehicle. They did seem somewhat understaffed at the time, but that may have just been coincidence with our timing.

This store deserves ZERO stars. I will no longer shop at this big lots. I have been to this store many times and periodically buy things from them when the price is right. This particular shopping trip was very weird and unsettling. As soon as my sister and I entered the store they started announcing security check and following us around. We thought it was a coincidence at first but they kept announcing security check for each department we were in and getting followed by a “security” person. This person was definitely at the point of harassment. We left the items we were going to PURCHASE and walked out. Which I find funny they were so worried about losing money that they ended up losing it. We ended up PURCHASING our items somewhere else, places where employees don’t harass their customers. We went to four other stores, walked in the same way, wearing the same clothes, and same purse. Big lots was the only store that treated us that way, and guess which store was the only store that did not get our money.

Received exceptional service at this location from a newer employee named Kenny. I love this store and come here often and he was very helpful and attentive, and made me feel welcomed which I don’t always feel when I come here.

Usually, the store is open to all and very courteous. However, this latest patronage was met with accusations of stealing wool pants... I shop there periodically and never known BigLots to sell anything beyond undergarments. I will stay away for a period of time...my dollar so my vote.

Prices are good but honestly I was wasting time by coming in and had to skip about half the isles from overstock sitting on the floor and spilling over into the already slim walkways. There were several items I put back because they weren't priced and there was no price on the shelf. Staff were kind and helpful, just all the stuff everywhere was overwhelming and off-putting.

I was in yesterday with my husband and came across their Easter stuff at 90% off. I picked up a couple things and saw candy cards right above a 90% off sign. Got to the register and the wonderfully kind cashier rang them up at $2 each. I pointed out they should be 90% off so, she had her manager go check where they were. The manager decided not to honor the 90% off. I went to ask him why when they were obviously in the clearance section. He responded they were misplaced and then proceeded to ask me, with mass attitude, how I would think they were 90% off when they weren't Easter candy and what made me think they were Easter. I responded the fact that they were candy, colorful and directly above a 90% off sign in with all the other Easter candy. The manager actually had the audacity to insinuate I either placed the boxes there in order to take advantage of the 90% off, or was not smart enough to notice they we slightly different than the Easter candy. I even took a picture of where they were in the Clearance stuff. If this is how he treats customers I can only imagine how bad he treats his staff. Additionally, you wouldn't need the staff to price check so much stuff, if they actually put price tags on things or items in their correct spots.

This store belongs with NO STARS for the way I was treated this afternoon. I am a 70 year old woman. I stopped in to make a return. Part of return went ok. Then when second part of return required a manager he came up to help the girl. Next thing I know a very short female comes up and starts with her snarling attitude right away. 3- weeks ago I bought a thermos bottle. when I went to pay they asked if I wanted a rewards card and explained what I would get having it. Seemed fine so said yes. This card can be scanned if you can't find receipt she tells me. SO TODAY...NOT SO MUCH...CASHIER AND SNARLING SHORT PERSON STARTED TELLING ME IT WOULD BE A 20% FEE....NO, I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS PART OR I WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THIS SO CALLED REWARDS CARD. I PERSONALLY DON'T LIKE BEING SNARLED AT BY ANYONE AND LEAST OF ALL SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IS THIS ALL YOU CAN FIND TO WORK HERE. SOMEONE THAT VERBALLY ABUSES A SENIOR CITIZEN IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU BIG LOTS.

I like coming here to kill time. Some time's I find some nice art work that I must have. My daughter loves to buy dog clothes here. They a nice selection of Halloween and Christmas stuff when the seasons come around. The prices are good most of the time.

I like very shopping at this store. The variety and value is excellent. I frequently buy household linens, pillows, snacks, baby food, holiday decor. My biggest and only complaint about this store is how slow it is to check out. I have no idea why it's so hard to ring up a few people in less than 20 minutes. On several occasions I've walked out of the store leaving behind a full basket of items. I don't have the time or patience to wait in the line there. It's a shame because they're losing money. I try to go during less busy times.
