Animal House is still supporting Puppy Mills, the animals look so sad and desperate to be loved. They are locked in cages, and the same ones are there for long periods of time. When I asked the owner about it, he merely said to mind my own business, this is his living. His living is making money on poor defenseless animals. 30,000 die daily in shelters, why doesn't he rescue them and place them with people who come into his store? He needs to be shut down!!

I came in for styptic powder for my dog's nail and immediately left the moment I saw that they sold puppies. I don't know if they were from irreputable backyard breeders or puppy mills, but I will NEVER give any of my money to support animal cruelty and irresponsible breeding.The store itself isn't even particularly impressive. Go literally anywhere else. Don't support these people. The thought that any business would knowingly support the horrific treatment of animals that occurs in puppy mills is appalling. And by buying anything from this store, you are supporting it, too.If you want a dog, find a reputable breeder or adopt one. Don't be swindled by pet stores like this.

First of all I went in to the store today(5-16 @10:00 am) to check on a pair of kittens we gave to the pet store after my boyfriends daughter had kittens (one got adopted) I found 4 cages of other kittens (1.of 3 Siamese/Ragdoll kittens,2.Our kitten,3. Grey Tabby and Black 3 in a cage and 4. another Grey Tabby and Black 3 in a cage) First of all as soon as I walked in it humid as HELL !! All the kittens had kitty litter boxes,my kitten had no water or food or even a divided bowl to have any put in there !!! But the other kitties had divided bowls but with no food or maybe a half in of water,2 kittens cages had toys but not the other 2 cages ...our kitten we gave them had no TOYS OR FOOD OR WATER AND YES I DID PHONE THEM TO ASK WHY !!All the kitties were meowing and slapping for love and attention!!! I hate pet store for this reason and this only angers me more and furthers convinces me they a horrid places and don't even get me started about the horrid conditions those poor puppies are in those small confined cages !!PLEASE PLEASE GO ADOPT THEM NOW I am sure now though since I called and complained ...things are better as they said they were out of the kennels so to be cleaned as I called 45 minutes after I left the store I call BS ....wait a couple of days and they will be in the same dire straits as today...my heart is utterly broken if I had the money I would have re-bought her and took her HOME !!SO PISSED OFF

this weekend they had chocolate labs- four to a cage. There were blankets with poop on them in the cages too.sad dogs who have spent MONTHS in cages, way overpriced and a real heart breaker!

I like this place but the people working here can have bad attitudes specially this larger lady that works there she can be rude and pushy! I don't like that and its the reason I don't like going back there anymore. Besides that they can from time to time have really good looking animals. But if you are looking for good customer service... Look somewhere else, this is definitely not the place.
