Decent selection and pricing for how small they are. Was pleasantly surprised, I almost got everything I went there for, and found a couple things I didn't go there for. Which brings up that they have a nice selection of dog treats. I'm sure ill be stopping by again at some point. Definately recommended if your in the area and haven't checked it out yet.

This is an old fashioned feed store where you get great personal service and your questions answered.I always go here for all my bird seed not because they have the best prices but because they have the best bird seed.I've been going here for over a decade and anytime I have any questions about anything they sell they are very happy to answer them.They even carry my heavy bags of birdseed out to my car for me.A great local place to do business

I really love the family-owned vibe of small town stores. This store always has what I need and the friendly staff is easy to build relationships with. The location is great and I love not having to deal with “town” to get my animal feed and supplies. This is my go-to feed store 100%.

I have been buying our equine supplies and feed from Travis and his dad for the last 5 years and have always felt good about the value and service provided by this family owned business. When I had issue with some hay that smelled of diesel Travis replaced the feed no questions asked and apologized for my inconvenience I strongly recommend this family run business as it is run "Old School" and it shows on a daily basis. Not to leave out the staff always extremely friendly, helpful, and professionally efficient. Kudos to the whole staff and thank you for what you do everyday.Your the best!!!Greg Miles

I purchased the last of the tomato cages this summer. When I got home, I didn’t have enough. I reached out to the owner to see if it was possible to order me ten more. Three days later I got a call that they were there. This is exactly why I shop there first. A real bonus is access to local farm products, honey, chicken/duck eggs, and the local assortment of nuts are delicious. I enjoy this small family run business that employs our local children.

My favorite feed store, ever. The Parr's and their crew always have what I need and advice when I'm not sure what I need. They have competitive prices but the customer service is what sets them apart! Very knowledgeable! A must if you're feeding animals- of any kind. Dogs, cats, livestock, birds etc.

I would say that although I do expect to pay a bit more for better service and local help, some of the stuff is so much more expensive I have to drive into town. Shop here when I can tho and I will keep doing it.

Love this cozy neighborhood store. The Staff are excellent and ready to help in any way they can. Everything you need for an animal is here, including hay and alfalfa. Propane tank exchange or to fill your tank. All around, it's a neat store with very nice people.

This is one of the best stores I enjoy going to. First of all they are the 1st place we like to go to if we need propane to keep our place warm (would choose over Gas Station 76 hands down!) Secondly they have always been super kind to us and treat us with the utmost respect, and not to mention they are always busy and hard working kind of crew. Lastly whenever we needed help on finding a product (say for example toys that would survive two carnivorous toy eating pups) they would do the best they can to help. It's a small enjoyable store to go to when you need things. Would reccomend happily to others!

Formerly wonderful feed store, bought equine supplies for 20+ years as it was convenient and well run. Now? No more. Owner is letting his kids and their friends run things. They aren't checking with their wholesalers very well, IMO, so the alfafa and hay quality suffers, most recent bale of alfalfa purchased was 95% bluegrass/orchard not alfalfa, and once the bale was opened was found to be so full of dust, dirt and sand it was not usable. Items they claim "back ordered because not available" are easily and immediately available at other stores. Also very recently without warning they jacked up their equine bedding price MORE than 30%. They apparently forget there are other feed stores in the area that carry comparable or the exact same items. Something maybe they should remember when getting careless about quality and too aggressive about raising prices. Me, I'm willing to drive an extra few miles to not have to deal with it.

I LOVE Pleasant Hill Feed. Not only for the convenience of its location, but for the friendly, helpful staff. Travis has special ordered meat chickens and other items without any issues. As with other small businesses, I’m sure, effects of COVID -19 have hit this family owned business. Staffing may be a challenge and product prices don’t always stay the same, but Travis and his team work diligently for the people of this community. I for one, am grateful for them and will continue to support them.

This feed store has everything we need to keep our rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats happy and healthy. The staff are helpful, ready and able answer any questions you may have. We have purchased chicks, fencing, feed and straw for animals. The store is clean and well organized

This store is where I go to pick up chicken food. It has other animal stuff for dogs cats horses and birds. I have never had a problem with the staff they are always very nice and helpful.

IF you find someome to help, they have no idea what they are doing and that's for very BASIC farm/animal questions regarding items. (Not veterinary issues). Prices are not competitive and they are constantly out of normal items that should be in stock. Wilco is a better place to go. Hands down. The turnover rate in staff tells me all I need to know. My neighbors have had similar experiences and our business is going to Wilco from now on.

Always helpful with advise as well as carrying out the big or heavy things out to my pick up. They have a large dog food section and their costs have been less than other stores.
