We brought our dog, Brandie, here for the first time yesterday. She is a Great Pyrenees, and she was a mess when we brought her in. We are disabled, so we bring her in for professional grooming. Our former groomer abruptly quit on us, so it ended up being about 4 months before we could bring her here. They were wonderful and did a great job. Our groomer needed to brush her for 2 hours to get all of her winter coat out. She is our pretty girl again. She came home tired but calm. She has anxiety issues when things make her nervous, so I know she was happy going there. We booked her next two appointments already.

First time I stopped in to see how I would like this groomer I opened the door, it did it's ding and no one came out? I them listened to the talking I heard ~ it was the ow always excitedner talking to the dogs in the kennels and giving them treats. Just doesn't get better than that! My girls love their **Spa** days and they are always excited when we pull up 😊. I breed Labradoodles, which isn't the easiest cut but they do a great job!! You won't be disappointed ~ we have been going for 11 years and always very happy 😊Update:While their service and care of animals is still great, I stopped going about 2 years ago. The owner is a wonderful woman and is a big dog and cat rescue advocate.Animal rescue is an awesome calling and I have tremendous respect for folks that are able to rescue, love and save these animals. I donate money to help support rescue organizations because I believe so strongly in their mission.However, the owner and I had a falling out after she told me she disrespected my work. I responsibly breed mini Australian Labradoodles. I have my dogs genetically tested, x-rayed plus other exams prior to breeding to ensure I only breed healthy dogs. I breed 3-4 litters a year and all our dogs live in family homes, are considered family members and are well loved.I feel strongly that each position of rescue and breeding has a place. However, I now choose to have my dogs groomed with a different groomer whose philosophy is similar to mine.

Tricey groomed up my baby Giant Schnauzer and made it clear she may not be able to do everything since it was my babies first time. She did amazing! She made my baby look like a Giant Schnauzer! 10/10 would 100% recommend!

Everyone always coos over my dog and says how cute she is. She always gets treats and does fine. But this last time like a week ago my dad came in with me to help.He had lost his entire wallet and we had simply called to ask if anyone had seen it. I have a speech impairment(my face is partially paralyzed) so maybe she thought I was drunk but whoever answered the phone was yelling at me and repeating herself like I was. It was incredibly unpleasant to be treated that way, especially after I left a 5 dollar tip. I was not calling to harass anyone, just doing something for my dad because it was one of the places we'd visited recently. Never bringing my dog back, not sorry. Be more courteous to your local customers, in person and on the phone.

The groomers are really kind but very disappointed with the cut. Many missed spots and uneven facial hair. Was hoping more care would be given to keep the long fur but ended up with a full body shave.

Poor service and poor communication. The worst part is that they were unkind to my child. I’ve never seen a lady be so rude to a little girl. It really made me wonder how they treat the pets.
