I hate to leave negative reviews, and I will note that the younger folks who work here, although slow and disorganized at times, are doing their very best, and deserve 5 stars.I would come here every day after work and purchase a large cocoa fudge shake with banana, it would always come out to about 4.90something. There is an older woman who works at the location, I'm not trying to be rude but she's the only one there that fits the description, as everyone else working there is in their late teens - twenties. She was never directly rude to me, but always came across as cold and unfriendly. A friend of mine, who previously managed a different Dairy Queen in Eugene rode along with me and was overcharged while she was working. My friend disputed the charge, and was understandably critical of this lady's attitude and poor customer service. Ever since this occurred, any time this particular lady takes my order, I am being charged 5.50something, I figured, whatever, inflation, and just continued to pay the upcharge, for weeks... Today when I ordered the exact thing I always order literally EVERY day, she told me it would be 6.50something. I asked her why it cost so much today, and she insisted that the amount is correct, and told me she is charging me for the banana and three pumps of fudge. I told her that's wrong, and I won't be paying that.Call me crazy, but I have a consistent, recognizable order, and I believe she is intentionally overcharging me after my friend gave her honest feedback about her poor customer service.It would be nice if someone from corporate could contact me about this. I can provide endless screenshots of my bank statement which prove the ever increasing charge of my daily milkshake. I would also like this matter to be promptly resolved so I may continue to purchase my daily milkshake at this location, at a consistent and reasonable price.

Fighting fires and couldnt take the camp food after 28 days on fire.They were understandable and made sure my food was prepared properly and looking like the photographs.Service was great, management was very nice, and though they didn’t give me a discount, (probably cause I don’t ask), they made me feel good about myself.Freshest fries hit the spot and the food was delicious.Place was a little bit disorganized but I would t say dirty.Over all a good time. And the sweetest staff.

This Dairy Queen had clean bathrooms and was a nice stop on my way through town. My fries weren't fresh and were only warm. I was offered ketchup or fry sauce, which I declined, but had to pay for a honey mustard. I understand food cost, but it can't be that much more than what I was already offered. It's frustrating to have to dig for change after already paying $10 for a meal😒

A surprisingly fresh and clean interior. Looks to be recently remodeled inside. Friendly staff and quick service. They have ample seating and parking. Good job DQ! Oh, and the food was tasty too! The funny thing was that they charged me $7.05 for the $7 meal. Upon asking them why, I was informed that my request for extra pickles had cost me the extra 5¢. I found it annoying that they hadn't informed me and humerous that it was only 5¢.

Really clean, fast, and the toast was actually toasted which blew my mind because every other DQ seems to just dunk the bread in water and call it good. 5 stars for that alone, even though I don't eat the toast.

Went in for fries and ice cream they left my fries out without telling me they were ready and when I noticed flys had landed on them I said something they said they couldn't do anything about it and looked at me like I was a idiot and just handed me my stuff and walked in the back away from me so chase at dari queen you need to do better 👎🙏

We are finally open again! We were forced to close after a hot water leak lead to a compromised build foundation and a total interior rebuild. We had no choice on when we had to close or the duration of the closure. We still have a few issues to resolve including getting the main Highway sign and reader board powered back up, menu boards, and getting fully staffed. We have temporary hours of 11am-6:30pm Sun-thur and 11am-9pm on Friday and Saturday. Please drop in and say hello...

We use the app. Apparently the food is put together as soon as they receive. We local and it’s always cold. Have to reheat every time. Looks like the reviews sound the same. We never get asked for fry sauce or anything and have to check our order for missing items every trip. Please train your staff better.

Our family stopped in for lunch on our way home from a long road trip. We normally love Dairy Queen however this restaurant was one of the dirtiest and most run down we have ever seen. It almost made us lose our appetite.The food tasted as expected however there were flies all over the dining area, the ice maker was broken on the soda machine, the seats in the booths had open rips, and the bathroom was in disrepair with the back missing from the toilet and many tiles broken off the wall.I imagine that the owners are doing their best to keep this restaurant afloat in such a small town however it does appear as though there are many areas that need maintenance and updating.

I’m super disappointed in the quality of the two blizzards I ordered. They were basically thick chocolate milk with chunks. Blizzards were so melted, and gross. It’s fast food so I’m not too upset but at the same time I have never been to a DairyQueen this bad. Not cool :-/ Don’t waste your money.

Inside of the restaurant is not open, drive thru took awhile. Chicken strips were good. The lady at the window asked if we wanted fry sauce or ketchup, we asked for fry sauce, didn't get any. 1 napkin for 3 people. No salt on fries. Worked in a pinch but better choices 5 min away in Eugene.

Great food. Got the chicken strip basket and it was fresh and delicious. Went with the Reese's® Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard® afterwards. I decided to add butterfinger and the lady asked how many scoops? Nice but strange.Not inderstanding the power that had been given to me I went with two. Maybe a little bit too much. I appreciate the freedom of choice but you are all the masters of the blizzard, I prefer that decision being left up to you.Great job though, friendly staff. Ok. I'm a local pleasant hill resident. Every time I go here there is a issue. Two weeks ago shorted 1 burger, today shorted 1 fry. Asked for fry sauce a month ago order, got one. What is so hard to complete a order. Today employee bringing puppy into back door where food is prepared.

They were great! Everything was fresh and delicious! They were very nice to us and even gave us a dog treat for the pupper that was traveling with us at the time.I didn't order a blizzard here, but I would if I stopped by in the future.

Don't Stop Here. This is one of those places most people stop on the way to somewhere else, so why provide good product and service. I needed to use a restroom and willing to buy a couple of meals to use it. Despite COVID restrictions being lifted, they are still completely locked down. No counter service (and no restroom). If you aren't able to use the drive through (because of a trailer), you can order thru an employee door next to the drive thru window. The service was horrible as we are pretty sure they forgot about our order as we saw numerous cars go through while waiting to get it. When we did get our food, the burgers (charred), cheese, and buns were cold. It is by far the worst fast food I have had. The only good thing I can say about it is that we didn't get sick.

Good food, fast service, and quality product. They use romaine lettuce instead of iceberg like most other fast food restaurants. They are considerate of pet owners and have a doggie cone for your pet. The only complaint we have is they give the ice cream before the rest of the food in the drive through, so it melts before you get home. You need to request they prepare that last.

I'm gluten sensitive and my parents wanted to stop there for lunch. I ordered their $6 meal, they dont have a lettuce wrap, so just no bun. My meal came on a plate with the burger and condiments and fries along with a knife and fork. It was very thoughtful and I appreciated it! Thank you!

This Dairy Queen was totally solid: we had good Blizzards, the staff was nice, and the bathroom was fine.One of the bathrooms was closed, so men and women shared the other one. Also, there was a sense that the place could use a fresh coat of paint and some sprucing up. Still, it's always nice to visit a Dairy Queen (if that's your thing, as it is mine).

Went in 6/17. The food was SO bad I took pics and went back and showed the manager. She gave me a coupon so I could come back. Went back last night and used our coupon for two blizzards. Waited, waited, and waited. There were at least 8 employees and it was not busy. The manager took our order so she knew we had had a previous problem. She walked out of the restaurant 10 minutes after taking our order and two young employees went with her all loaded up with food and drinks. We waited another 5 minutes while 5 employees walked around doing virtually nothing. You would think they wonder why wewwere hanging out so long. Another customer came up and asked if they forgot about his slushy. They did. He got it right before we left. They offered us a refund but we walked out. Oh, the counter where you order looked like a unorganized office desk. Every register had paperwork and junk everywhere. They told me this DQ is privately owned. I won't be back. The owner should pay attention. It isn't that hard. That's why there were 7 highschool kids working there.

Of course it has flaws, it’s fast food. But the way you rate them is based off of its performance compared to other fast food places. I’d say this place is way better than the creswell DQ so it deserves 4 stars
