I travel for work and I’ve come to Medford twice for a total of six months. I have been going to R&R the whole time and it has been wonderful!!I have a crazy schedule and they make things so easy one me. I’m able to drop off super early or pick up pretty darn late when I need to. The staff has become a huge part of my support system when it comes to my puppy.She has spent 40+ hours a week with these guys and she looooooves them all! She gets so excited as soon as we turn onto the dirt road!I love that they have inside and outside play areas. They also have inside and outside sections to the dogs individual pens. It’s a great system!Attached is a picture I took of the outside portion of the pen my dog normally goes in. (The “I’m a Jumper” sign made me chuckle) She’s an escape artist and she is certainly a handful. The pen has a topper on it so she can’t get out, and there are many safeguards if she were to Houdini her way out 😂If you are even considering doing daycare for your dog, check this place out!! You will definitely not regret it:)

Wow.Wow!! Rave reviews for Tiny Town. Lucy loved her RESORT experience March 26-27. Happy pet makes happy "parents". Even though we live in Gold Beach we'll definitely be back . Thank you for your excellent care of our "fur baby"

Customers beware, if you don’t pick up your dog within the first hour of R&R Pet Resort opening for the day, you will be charged for an entire second day of boarding. Unfortunately, nobody told us this until we where charged double at doggy pickup. We were expecting to pay $39 for a 22.5 hour stay, but were billed $78 for two full days. When we pushed back on being charged a fee that we didn’t agree to, staff member rudely informed us that we should’ve paid better attention. According to R&R staff this has become an issue to the point where they now record every transaction on video and audio. However, they wouldn’t show us the recording of them explaining this policy to us. For 80 buck we’ll just hire somebody to stay at our house for a night next time or take our business elsewhere. Lesson learned. ✅Next day update: upon arriving at home from the kennel, our dog ran straight for her water dish and started gulping water hungrily. This is unusual behavior for her as she typically prefers the outdoors to water drinking and food eating. This is pure speculation on my behalf, but I can’t help but wonder if our dog was even given water during her stay at R&R?My wife and I checked in with a friend who boarded her pooch at the Pet Resort during the same exact stint as us. She also noticed her dog was extra thirsty upon pickup (which sort of confirms my suspicions). Additionally, our friend was also charged double for her dog’s 20-ish hour boarding without any warning.Finally, here’s a picture of my dog’s new car face. Call me crazy, but she looks terrified to me. Looks like I have to re-earn her trust post kennel experience.

I am so happy with R&R. Our corgi loves the groomer Jackie. Jackie treats all our dogs so well and shows them love. They love her so much and we love her too. We have not had such nice experience at other places.The dog training JP is wonderful with our dogs. We love having one on one visits and home visits with him. It makes the world of difference. JP brought us all together and was able to teach all of us, not only the dogs, how to live together as a happy family.

Wonderful facility! They have a lot going on and still take the time to answer all your questions. There seems to be a lot of confusion about pricing but they will always clarify and explain which is so nice. If you have the time to read through the paperwork they provide it answers almost every question you'd have. They even give tours unlike some of these places. My little guy absolutely loves Tiny Town!

Our Oakley absolutely loves tiny town! As soon as we show up he knows exactly where to go! Once you say “let’s go to tiny town” he points at the door and is ready to play with the other pups!

My dog now has half an ear and I have a $1300 vet bill. This injury was sustained while my dog was in his kennel, he apparently had his ear bitten off through the chainlink dividing fence. When we asked Sue to help cover costs for the damages she stated it was our dog's fault that half of his ear got bitten off. She expressed she has no intention of helping with the costs and feels she and her staff have no responsibility for injuries to animals at their facility.

NO Stars! I am not taking my pup back there. I was chastised today by a woman who said I need to drive slower in front of Tiny Town. I am always acutely aware of the 5mph signs and DO drive slowly as my little dog is there too. I had literally come to a full stop on my way down into the place to let the UPS truck go by. Staff told me that the woman who yelled at me about slowing down was the owner. So she has a lost a customer.

The very nice folks who work there are dedicated and always remember my dog. I trust them and appreciate the staff very much. It's a little expensive, but they always keep my dog safe, so I will continue to board here, for sure.

Outstanding care for our dog!! He does doggy daycare 2+ times a week and has since he was a puppy. They've learned his personality very well and do a good job managing his excitement. They always keep us informed. I feel very comfortable leaving him there for boarding too. They're very accommodating with scheduling, food needs, and other details. They love our pup and I appreciate everyone who works there so much!

I've been boarding my dogs for 13 years. Only little things have gone wrong like losing blankets and toys. But this time we dropped off 4 dogs. Dropped off at 10 am. Picked up at 10am the very next day. Then we got charged for a day and 1/2. When we said no way, its only been 24 hours we were asked if we wanted to talk to the owner, Sue. She told us that it's always been like this and she has 1000's of customers that have never complained about getting charged for time and a half. That we should have read the contract, which we were never given and we should have read the door on the way in. After 13 years of coming here, we have NEVER been charged double, never. If this is the way it has been for a 24 hour stay then why now? And for loyal customers that sometimes spend upward of 1000.00 a stay with 4 large dogs, you'd think that Sue would have given us the 1/2 back and say .. well next time you know.So now we have moved onto another kennel, after all Sue said she has 1000's of customers and we won't be missed.

I was very impressed with this place. The staff were very helpful and very courteous. The lady who groomed my dog, Panda, was very pleasant. She was very quick with the grooming and she gave excellent advice prior to the grooming. The office staff was also very helpful in buying dog food and other products. This place was highly recommended and I am very pleased that I followed their advice. I definitely will make this my "go to" place for grooming and dog care. They also are very popular for day care (or longer) if necessary. Definitely a five star place all around!

The staff is so kind, friendly and caring. We felt very comfortable leaving our 2 Pugs in their care for 9 days. They called us with any concerns they had and were so nice when we called to check in our our animals. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for animal boarding or any other services they offer as well.

I am very impressed with all the staff. They are all super friendly! You can tell they enjoy what they do! That is huge in my book, and leaves you at ease leaving your fur baby in their care!

I was a daily customer of this business for over a year, during which I had mixed experiences. They raised their rates multiple times, this last time to $40 per day for daycare which is unreasonable for a normal working person. Customer service from two main ladies very poor. They obviously did not like me for some reason and acted bothered every time I came in. There are a few others that were great and kind to my dog. They have lost my business, regardless. They always seem stressed and I would feel more appreciated elsewhere.

This place is fantastic! The staff are always super helpful and very friendly. They're very willing to explain how everything is run and how the dogs spend their days. They'll even show you around the place. So you can be confident they're always doing the right thing. They go the extra mile with the dogs, always making sure they have the best experience possible while they're there. My dog Samwise loves the staff and gets crazy excited when we turn down the gravel road. I can definitely tell he has bonded with the staff and had made lots of doggie friends. I am very comfortable leaving my boy Samwise with them.

My dog loves to come to R and R Pet Resort which gives me peace of mind when I need to board him. He loves to play with other small dogs. The bath and grooming that I arrange for his last day is excellent so he arrives home clean and sweet-smelling. I highly recommend this kennel

Will take any dog, I have a German Shepherd and most places won't bord him, but R&R did. They can accommodate a social dog with play time and non social dogs with no contact and still have access to the yard.

We have brought our dog two times to R&R and both times she comes back happy. We've never had any problems with her getting kennel cough or any other diseases. My only complaint is it is very rare that the phone is answered and you have to leave several messages before connecting with anyone to schedule a stay. But I'll still give 5 stars because it is an affordable, convenient boarding option and I am confident pets are treated well.

Over the last few months we have taken our puppy to R&R for daycare. At first the staff were nice, but with recent turnover, they are unprofessional, rude, and not trustworthy. Our poor dog has contracted Kennel Cough TWICE from R&R.Also, the owner was screaming at me about driving 2 miles over the speed limit. I completely understand that I was driving 2 miles over the limit, but scream at running at me was totally inappropriate. A simple conversation would have done the job. It just makes me wonder how they treat the animals....As much as I would like to support them, I do not trust them with my pet, and neither should you.

I have left my dog here several times - mostly for doggie daycare and a few times for boarding while I was out of town. The staff seem very caring toward the animals and they have gotten to know my dog very well. My dog gets excited when we turn down the road to go to r and r. I have a bit of a quibble with how they charge for boarding, but overall, I am shocked at the reviews that say anything negative about how the animals are treated. They treat my dog very well, almost as though they love her as their own - and my dog is a handful! I have only witnessed them treating the animals with love. I recommend them for daycare, boarding and grooming.

You will love this super clean facility with its home-like easy feel. Plan your pets day with helpful suggestions from the staff for your dogs needs. If your pet needs medicine they'll do the dosing while you're gone... Take a guided tour of grounds and kennels; you'll feel confident leaving your pets at R&R

Great, friendly place where my dog is respected and understood. The place is clean and well-equipped. My dog is so excited to go to daycare he starts yelping and pacing a mile away. Tom and Sue and the rest have helped me raise my German shepherd since he was a pup. He has turned out to be a gentleman; I'm able to take him anywhere. Highly recommend.
