Staff and store cleanness are 5 stars. The 3 star is due to the lack of anything on the shelves. Don't even bother to look at the app when searching for most items. I have been disappointed with the product availability and application calibration.

I've always had positive experiences here. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. They carry a little bit of almost everything. It's a convenient location, the prices are fair, and I find myself there several times a week to pick up everything from medicine to milk. Thanks for always making my trips so pleasant!

On my way to work Blew 2tires, 8:00 evening. Tow truck ended up canceling on me...was fortunate enough to get it into the parking lot. Staff were AMAZING!they let me park it overnight.When I got back with 2new Tires,Changed them was good to go.

As I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always willing to go out of there way to help. The manager went the extra miles by walking me through the store to grab the items I needed as I was running late. Ty so much and I look forward to the next visit.

I can't believe you can spend 128$ at a "dollar" general. I knew it wasn't a true dollar store but deeply discounted would be nice.I still got everything that I needed and was able to jump right back on 20 to get back to the coast.Employees are nice and the store was clean.

Great place to stop in and grab whatever you might need. Party supplies are pretty good and inexpensive. Make up is reasonably prices, as well as the food. Toys and home goods seem to be lower quality and higher priced. And I'm not sure why, but every time without fail, the music playing overhead has been horrendous.

Pretty good. I like the Clover Leaf brand - good prices. The checkers are nice a helpful. Milk and cottage cheese are great from General Dollar. Am thankful for the groceries and helpful clerks.

Long lines, long wait. They aren't very good at prioritizing the registers when it's busy allowing lines to build up. Other than that it's not a bad place to shop. Wish the isles weren't so tight, passing someone can be tough, if not impossible, if someone is of the girthier nature.

What makes this store in Philomath so enjoyable to shop at is their asst mgr named Stacy!;¬)She makes it feel like I'm at an old time corner grocery..because she's always quick to share a smile and has a welcoming energy that feels genuine. Also, she can tell you where any product in the store is located...down to which aisle, which side, how far and which shelf it's on! Amazingly adept at her job and never gives you the sense that she's just doing this job merely as an obligation, like she doesn't really want to be there...like so many of the younger employees I come across at most retail stores.I will continue shopping at the Philomath store and recommend it to my friends and family too. And thanks for your presence there Stacy!;¬) See you soon.

Has everything you could need. Needs a little more organized clearance section and more holiday things. Amazing customer services and incredibly cheap. All the workers their are very genuinely nice and great people.

Had to stop in the parking lot for a rest after a long trip. The parking lot lights went out after 5 minutes got a nice little 30 minute nap before continuing on my journey. Top quality parking lot lol!!

A blessing to have a variety store in our little town after not having even a grocery store for a few years. I describe it as a mini Bi-Mart. Good coupon deals weekend deals...its good stuff for lower end poverty families to be able to get what we need a month.

It's a good place to grab a few items that you forgot at the grocery store, or for some milk or eggs when you run out. They do not have any produce or fresh meat, so it doesn't really fill the role of a grocery store in my small town.

I never seem to be able to find what I’m looking for in these stores. I don’t know how other dollar general employees are this store is great I can always find an employee to point me in the right direction. Love that they are so helpful and friendly.

This is the only grocery type store in our town at all. Everyone is friendly and the store is kept up nicely. Never had any issues finding anything or things being out of stock.

The employee was alone, no co-worker, but still she went outside to smoke while the vendors were inside delivering products, leaving them alone in the store. I find that irresponsible .

Love the location. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that the shopping carts don't accommodate for infant car seats.

This dollar general had a ton of really cool odds and ends. Name brand hair products and household goods. I was pleasantly surprised.

I was not real happy with the service at the Dollar General that I went to today due to the fact that I was not asked if I needed anything else the store manager did not put my groceries in a bag she didn't say have a good day she was very rude so just wanted to let you know that management at Dollar General at this store needs New Management or some kind of training in customer service

Lots of options. However, it is a crowded store and the cashier wasn't too friendly. They don't have a big selection of 🍺 but it's inexpensive.
