Our pets have had a couple of unfortunate injuries over the past year and the Ark Animal Hospital has been able to get them in quickly. The doctors and staff have been caring and helpful. They are relatively reasonably priced considering the cost increases over the past few years in general veterinarian care.

Everyone at Ark has been super friendly, caring and compassionate. When Ironman, my kitty was injured they got him in right away and were so good with him and always eager to answer my questions. They are about 40 minutes from where I live but when you find a good vet it's worth the drive. I also want to add Dr Jackson did an amazing job fixing up my kitty's injury. The staff has been amazing with his follow up care and Dr Parker, his normal vet is so sweet and caring to my baby. And all of the assistants/ techs are the best.

I have 3 dogs, at different life stages, one of whom is older and developing some aging-related/breed-related health issues. I switched their care to Ark Animal Hospital several years ago, and I am so glad I made the decision to choose this clinic. I typically enroll in wellness care packages, and found Ark’s to be comprehensive and well-priced. When needing extra care for my senior lady, I was given clear estimates for treatment costs and never pressured into making decisions that could prove distressing to my finances. I received excellent communication and my questions were always welcomed as we worked out a plan to get her well. She is thriving after receiving outstanding care from the doctors and staff. (Particularly Dr Parker and Dr Lewis for their incredible skills). All the staff are very good at balancing professionalism and compassion; providing excellent care and real affection for my goofy dogs. I really appreciate that approach to patient care. I can whole-heartedly recommend Ark Animal Hospital for preventative care for younger pets, as well as more complex care for older ones. I look forward to continuing working with them to keep my pack of hounds happy and healthy through all their life stages.

I switched to this vet due to it being cheaper than the vet I had before. I don’t regret it one bit! They have been great with me and my rescue nervous boy. They quoted me a price range for his neuter but after his surgery it was quit a bit less! They said that they were able to do something in surgery to knock the price down quit a bit. Instead of just charging me that (I would have never known that they didn’t end up needing to do that in surgery) they saved me over $100. The vet called me after his surgery and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I really enjoy them as well as their workers. The front desk workers and vet techs are very outgoing and personal. I’ve been to a few vets in Corvallis and this is by far my favorite. Thank you Dr. Jackson and staff!

My kitty-cat, Daisy, recently spent a week boarding at Ark Animal Hospital while our family was on vacation. She has stayed here several times over the past couple of years. I feel comfortable leaving her here because the facility is clean, the cages are made comfortable, and the staff takes care to fulfill my feeding instructions. Since this facility is also an animal hospital, I feel comfortable knowing there is qualified vet care available for her in case of any medical issues.

Four year old bonded sibling poodles; treated with utmost concern, compassions, and a meticulous approach. We will be most comfortable in the future with our relationship with this clinic. This place has gone downhill. Gone through two appointments, a urinary analysis, and a blood draw, and no explanation of what is wrong with our dog. Our dog is losing a crazy amount of hair and has suspicious lumps on her right side (especially in a lymph node area). Before they were able to diagnose everything she had just fine. But recently they just say "I don't know, but thanks for your money!"

Our experience with this clinic was absolutely excellent. Our dog needed to see a veterinarian while on an extended visit in Oregon and many places weren't accepting new clients at all. Ark Animal Hospital got us in within a day, providing excellent care (I'm a vet tech, I have High Expectations!). Their communication is fabulous; they called back three times after our visit to make sure our dog was still doing okay. We are so very grateful that they were there for us. If we lived in the area, we would gladly make this our primary care provider.

I've been with Ark for over 20 years. They were wonderful when one of my dogs had a intestinal blockage and needed surgery. Then I had another dog that had to have a leg amputated. In both cases I was so pleased with the care my pets got. It's easy to get an appointment, and they are all so kind and really love their patients.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. They took the time to explain options that allowed me to make decisions for my dog's care.They offer numerous parking spots outside with at least one designated for differently-abled folx, and an expansive waiting area with dividers.

The ark is a place where the drs are compassionate and caring for your fur babies they are upfront and honest no matter the results.They saved me from spending money on a surgery that wouldn't save him he was already too far gone no end in sight for a quality of life just endless suffering. I had to let him go.Im grateful for him free of pain and suffering and they were their to give me time to say goodbye then they gave him total peace.This day December 31 2020 Will never be forgotten.I will keep using the Ark for my other dog peanut.Its the place I highly recommend.

Moved to the area 6 months ago and transferred our dogs and cat here. Recently had to put down our beloved cat of 10 years, as he was having reoccurring blockage issues. Dr. Parker came out to our house, after a long day of work at the clinic, drove all the way out on Kings Valley Highway, and sat with us for nearly an hour while we said goodbye. She answered our questions and when the time came, it was quick and painless. I really appreciated how they didn't call to collect payment for a week and gave us time to grieve. You can tell they are all true animal lovers and like their work. Highly recommended!

Recently adopted a senior dog. He was having some issues and our regular vet was unavailable. I contacted Ark and they were able to get us in. They were amazing! So kind and thorough. They were so nice to my nervous dog! If they were not an hour away, I would go to them for all my vet needs. Thank you guys!

Our first visit to Ark today went off without a hitch. I have a ten week old puppy who is timid, but she was quickly put at ease by the vet tech and veterinarian. The visit was unhurried, with lots of great information being provided without being dogmatic (no pun intended). I only have a single complaint, which I'll state first to get it out of the way: I have not had much luck calling in - Ark always seems to be busy. Now on to all the reasons I love Ark Animal Hospital. I switched to them from West Hills because they were much more affordable and less snobby. My cat had to have x-rays a couple of years ago and the vet spent an extended period of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions while we talked through options, costs, etc. He was so kind and worked with me to find the best solution for my sick cat. Every time I bring my kitties in for their exams, I'm blown away by how not just the vets but also the technicians are extraordinarily sensitive and gifted in working with cats, understanding how to keep them comfortable under such stressful conditions as a doctor's office. The personnel are professional, open and honest, and you can tell they love animals and taking care of them. I am suspicious of all the bells and whistles of various vaccinations and extra stuff offered, and the choice is always left up to me. I have not felt pressured into treatments I'm unsure of and always feel well taken care of. Icing on the cake is that one of the techs actually helped me carry my stuff and played with my toddler on the way in and out of our last cat appointment, which, as a mom, is such a relief and wins me over instantly! Thank you, Ark!

When my 12 year old Emotional Support Animal, my dog Bella was ill, Ark Animal Hospital got her right in when other places had a long wait. Their prices were reasonable and Bella needed a lot of blood work and testing. The veterinarian calls personally to discuss results and they are very efficient at communicating by email. I grew up in a small town similar to Philomath and find it worth driving 10 minutes to get Bella's vet care.They are also located by a park with a long driveway that is perfect to walk your pet before or after, plus, there are 2 Pokémon Go gyms right there.#realdawnsly
