Even when wait times have been longer, there is still nothing bad I could say about having my prescriptions filled here. I am always met by kindness and sympathy. The pharmacist, Chad, has always gone above and beyond to take time answering questions and explaining anything that I may be having a hard time with. I know that they are under immense pressure, but they are always doing their best and I have never seen frustration taken out on customers.

Booked a vaccine online and came in for the appointment time. I was told by the person behind the counter that it couldn't be done because she was backed up. I was then told to "Come in tomorrow, anytime before 3 P.M." I showed up at 1:38 the next day and the Pharmacy was completely closed up. Daily hours were posted but there was no indication that they would close from 1-2pm for lunch. I wouldn't bother dealing with this place ever again.

The pharmacy does a great job! Led by the Supervising Pharmacist Chad, I have never had better service from a pharmacy and I am over 65 and have lived in many different places. I have 10 various prescriptions a month and they keep me supplied. I would, and do, recommend them anytime. Thanks' gang, keep up the great work!

My gma worked there way back when it was a Payless and then when it transitioned to a Rite-Aid. It's nostalgic for me. Also very clean, and I can almost always find what I need, 99%. They're also the only store in town that carries my particular allergy medication. Cashiers are always so nice and available when ready or have questions.

Horrible service! I waited 2 days for Rx to be filled as I know they are busy, only to be told it would be another 2, or more, days as they were not in stock. I asked for previous Rx as I was out & Dr. Ordered to keep taking it till I received the other, only to be told they could not/would not fill it. So now I am 2 days without heart meds!!! I was more than a little upset by this, but what really made me angry was the pharmacist LAUGHING at me as I walked away!! Their customer service is severely lacking and this pharmacist could use some sensitivity training.

Optimum customer service and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and caring as well! The pharmacist has even prevented a dangerous drug interaction with my meds that my Dr didn't catch .Thank you all !07/07/23The pharmacy staff once again gets my highest regards . They worked with me and another pharmacy to find the medications I needed.Chad, Chris, Chandra and all of the pharmacy staff truly CARE about the customer. Always appreciated!

We switched to the Rite Aid pharmacy because we were looking forward to the convenience of the drive-through. However, we find that we wait an average of 30 minutes or longer per car. Also, my doctor submitted prescriptions for me it has now been 11 days, and they are still not ready! My eye doctor submitted A prescription four days ago, and they are still not ready as well. I have spent hours literally on the phone trying to get them to answer , and they do not! It is not worth the convenience of a drive-through. It is quite unfortunate, living in a small town that you cannot get your meds! Might be worth the drive to Walla Walla, it would certainly be faster.

Yesterday I went to pick up a refill prescription that I had called in 4 days prior. I expected a wait because I’ve seen the line all hours of the day. I brought coffee and snacks for my kids and work to do. We waited 2.5 hours. There was no point in coming back later because it never gets better. I spent 45 min at the window when they told me my refill wasn’t ready and then that they had to “start at step one to verify it” and it’s one I’ve been filling there for over a year. It shouldn’t be that complicated to do. The tech just kept glancing at me out the window and shrugging apologetically about the wait. I will be transferring my prescription as this was just unacceptable. I had to have one of the children go to the bathroom in a cup in the car because we spent so long waiting.

Review is for the pharmacy:I have pernicious anemia, that means I need B12 injections for the rest of my life & I have to take them every two days or I develop debilitating symptoms.My recent order of needles came in today in the wrong gauge, like so large I can't use them at all.So, I went to rite aid looking for INTERMUSCULAR 25gauge syringes, these aren't used for drugs.The staff was super helpful until I had to talk to the pharmacist, this guy wouldn't even let me explain what I needed. He was blatantly rude, judgemental, & treated me like a junkie looking for needles.He then tried to say it's illegal to sell people syringes without a prescription. That is a lie.It was a really uncomfortable situation where this man just decided I didn't deserve to treat my illness.So, I went to Walmart & a very helpful pharmacist got me the 4 needles I needed until my correct replacement order shows up.

Waited almost an hour in drive thru to only get to the window and to be told none of my prescriptions are ready even though 2 were called in from doc 1 week ago and the third was a refill I did through the rite aid app that took 2 weeks to notify me it was ready but it wasn't. Then the icing on the cake was being told that the drive thru is closed (time being 8:12pm) even though the website says the pharmacy closes at 9pm. Was told the reason for the early closure was so they could fill back logged prescription orders.I fully understand that they are understaffed but they should update their hours on the website or make it visible for customers to see so customers like me don't get frustrated and angry. Also get rid of the rite aid app if there aren't going to update it with correct info.My advice take your prescription business elsewhere.

If you like waiting in line this is the place to be. They have always been a little slow but are getting worse instead of improving. The last 3 times I've come through I've waited between 20 and 60 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Currently sitting in line waiting now. We have moved one car in the last 23 minutes. Pretty sad and ridiculous.

This is the single worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I would like to say it is a staffing issue but the mistakes they have made would not be improved with more people. It just seems like either a poor systemAnd incompetence. I was waiting on a prescription to pick up for someone and waited for an hour and a half in line. When I got to the front they said the prescription was a duplicate and could not be filled. Ithe person called their doc and it turns out that the pharmacy made an error and it wasn't a duplicate so I went back the next day and waited another hour to and they said wait 15 mins. I came back later that day and waited another hour in line to be told it wasn't ready. Go to Wapmart or Safeway.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever went to. They are rude and have no customer service of any kind. The pharmacist Perry is rude and doesn’t care about his patients. They cost rite aid a 30 year long customer.

Stay away from this pharmacy if you can. They are sloppy. My experience: went for a Covid booster. An employee came across the store and into the pharmacy without a mask. She did not sanitize her hands or use gloves before touching two computers and other surfaces. The pharmacist/other employees said nothing. She finally put on a mask. I talked to the pharmacist. He was not concerned. Also, while I was waiting, he clearly and loudly said the name and prescription for someone at the drive-up. He also presents as sloppy in his dress, etc. Not a fashion criticism. Just tells me something about this pharmacy. I talked to the manager. He said he’d “talk to” the person without a mask. I’m going to the health dept for my booster.

I have been to the pharmacy twice in two months. Both times there was the pharmacist named Perry who was the glue that held everything together and deserves 5+ stars. He's professional and had to do way more than his share of multi-tasking. Both times I discovered that a person either called in sick and they couldn't fill the shift or someone just didn't show up. That is where a one-star should be given. Today, there were three people answering one call after another, filling out prescriptions, giving vaccine shots, and dealing with angry customers from the drive-thru and in the store. They don't deserve to work under these conditions, and Perry deserves a major bonus. Apparently, there is someone who works in pharmacy wanting to get fired so he/she can get an unemployment check to do nothing.

Honestly this rite aid probably deserves one star but I'll give it two Stars because there seems to just be a staffing issue at the heart and core of this area. Customer service is pretty much non-existent the wait times are outrageous the staff is unfriendly the prescription medication prices are through the roof there really is nothing good about this rite aid I would suggest a different location.

For the THIRD time in a row, I am waiting (3 hours later) for my prescription to be filled.. This time, the prescription was sent by the doctor's office at 11:00 am. I called Rite Aid at noon and was told both would be ready by 4:00. Here I am.. WAITING.. VERY FRUSTRATING!!Why does this process take SO long here at Rite Aid in Pendleton??Good grief..

I learned more about my prescriptions than I have ever learned at Bi-Mart or Safeway. One of them has been causing me to be tired all the time and a different one was causing my Restless legs to be worse. I have been taking both medicines for over 10 years.

Sitting in the drive thru for an extremely long amount of time and absolutely no one has come to even tell me a quick "sorry I'll get to you in a moment", there's 3 cars behind me and it doesn't seem like there's anyone even in there. This is not a one time experience either.

The place was really clean and I was asked if I needed any assistance right away. However I was using the restroom and an extremely rude employee came up to me as I was walking out and aggressively asked me what I was doing back there. I was confused and she was just completely rude. I left after that.

What’s the point of making an appointment if they take all the walk ins before you. I understand fitting them in but bumping people with appointments for them is going a little overboard.
