I feel confident about boarding my dog here and bringing him to daycare. He LOVES the staff and playing with other dogs all day. Staff is friendly and good with the dogs and quick to clean up "accidents." Rates are very reasonable.

I have been bringing my dog, Charlie to Pupcakes for boarding and doggie daycare since 2017. He loves to go to Pupcakes. Lesley and her family have treated my Charlie like family. He has always been happy to go to their facility and has always been cared with professionalism. This past summer he became very ill before I went on vacation. Lesley took care of him personally. She took him to the vet and provided 24 hour supervision and care for him while he recovered from a critical health issue. He would have died had he been in any other facility and she did every thing she could to care for him. She provided constant updates to me via phone about his well being and I know he had the best care possible while I was out of town. He survived his ordeal and continues to go to Pupcakes for grooming services and when I need to board him. I trust Lesley, her family, and the staff with my dog and have never been disappointed in the care provided for him or with his grooming services. Charlie is treated with love and compassion and I feel secure about his safety and care when he is receiving any services at Pupcakes.

They love my Vizsla more than I do 😀I’ve been 3 times in the last 30 days. 2 times were unexpected and urgent. I made all my arrangements through FB messenger and digital docs from my phone and computer. This saves time and I got exactly what I asked for. I’m moving from this community in 2 weeks but still work near by. I will not hesitate to use their services again and again.

Pupcakes is the best! I have been bringing my dog here for daycare every day for over two years. He loves it and can’t wait to get there everyday! The staff takes great care of him, and the prices are very reasonable. They are great with grooming also, everyone here is a dog lover.

PUPCAKES is absolutely the best place in the PNW to take my fur babies. The staff are amazing, they are kind, and they believe the care of the animal comes first. Every time I go in with my babies the staff knows us by first name and my dogs are so excited they complete forget I'm there. Lol. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and their dedication. They even work with cats and rabbits. Their love and care of my babies is priceless. Thank you Pendleton PUPCAKES!

My chow chow came out handsome as ever! Most importantly, he didn't come out stressed, overwhelmed, or seemingly frustrated in any.Great knowledge on breed needs and methods of grooming with some professional insight into canine dermatology.Slightly sad that the wonderful shampoo they used will become an upcharge soon, but at least they'll have it available.Wish I would have given more thought to getting pictures for this review. Maybe next time!

I took my 17 yr. Old cat in to get her nails trimmed a couple of months ago. She had never had this done before. She has become very sick and loses her balance easily. They did a great job! Very quick, professional, and no appointment needed. I will be returning to have this done for her on a regular basis. Thank you for making this one of the less stressful appt.’s she has dealt with recently.

Absolutely the best place to take my pets! They always leave looking wonderful and smelling their best. Great customer service and so thankful that they could get my dog in last minute. Very expensive service. My dog has come back with a hurt paw. Recently they texted me an appointment I didn’t ask for. When I called about it, they said if I don’t bring my girl in every 4 weeks they will charge me more (felt like extortion). The service is already too expensive. I rake my dog weekly, she does not have mats. I only take her in twice a year. I care for her under coat. I will not be over charged. Going to have to find a new groomer. Terrible business practice

We have been taking our almost 15 year old poodle mix to Pupcakes for at least a year. I feel they are caring, they don’t keep her all day, and she never appears stressed, when she comes home. She always looks terrific.

They are WONDERFUL! My dog has high anxiety and they were so good to him!! The price for all he had done was AWESOME!! Even after getting treats and what not the total floored me because I was expecting the total cost to be kind of steep, but it was very reasonable! Thank you to the Staff that took such great care of my baby boy (who's not so little) Duke ❤️ We will be back!!!

We take our very long haired mini Aussie monthly. He is VERY vocal. I am so thankful that they will to take him. Honestly if I had to listen to him it would drive me to drink. He always looks so good when he is done with.

The ladies at Pupcakes are incredible! We started taking our rescue to daycare a few weeks ago with the hopes of being able to board her when we go out of town. She was abandoned when we found her so she has extreme separation anxiety. Unsure of how she would do being around other dogs, or left all day, the wonderful ladies at Pupcakes eased all of my concerns and would let me know how she did at daycare each day.They are always kind and attentive - and our pup loves going there and all of the ladies! I know she is in the best hands while we are away. Pupcakes provides an amazing and convenient service with amazing staff.

They were wonderful about getting our St. Bernard in last minute. She was in need of a good grooming, and when I picked her up she looked amazing!!! Better than I ever expected! Her coat looked great, and they were so friendly with our Gertie girl. I highly recommend!

My dog comes home from boarding calm and clean. He seems to enjoy his time at Pupcakes and staff seems very caring and takes good care. I have been able to schedule grooming services while boarding, which was super convenient.

The owner is insulting and defensive. The grooming of my dog was adequate but the misleading appointment times is unreasonable. Waiting 5 hours for a simple trim and lack of customer service following was really unprofessional. A dangerous dog was scheduled the same time as my dog and my dog was traumatized by this grooming. I should have been notified so I could pick up my dog instead of having to wait until that dog was finished. Any feedback to this business is met with insults and rude remarks. I do not recommend.
