This place is like an ordinary D & B but the customer service is extraordinary. I was passing through and ended up buying some boots for myself that turned out to be the wrong size (my fault) and I needed to return them and find the correct size. Brittany was helping me in the store and said to call if I had any trouble with making a return. I feel like everyone says to, “call if you have trouble,” but Brittany actually meant it. I called and not only did she help sort out the return but called other stores to find the boot that I needed. She then kept me up to date on her search until a solution was reached. She certainly went above and beyond and I don’t even live in Pendleton. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had!

OMG!! They have absolutely everything you can think of from MissMe jeans to Black and Decker tools. I got a pair of Skechers work boots for $22 on sale off $90. Plus two pair of Carhartt wool socks that I wear daily. Lives their selection however their prices are not for the faint of heart. They have big-city prices but the quality to back it up.

Clean and friendly. Tagged as having pets, but really that's more pet FOOD, of which they have TONS and even dog treats in bulk bins. The CHICKS were the very best part.

Had my first experience with D and B Supply in Pendelton. The first interaction was by phone and was helpful, friendly, informative, and professional. Once I arrived, the folks helped get my ordered item and checked out quickly. I didn't have time to look through the store, but it looked like they had everything you could want for your farm, ranch, or home.

So they have all sorts of fun goodies from the to BBQs. However, everything is at a highly inflated price and service has been less than optimal (ACE has amazing service). I prefer to shop local, but I mostly window shop at D&B for ideas and buy elsewhere.

Got the 20" DeWalt chainsaw and the 15' pole saw from d&b. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Something I find rare in Pendleton. It was a great experience and a great deal. Thank you
