Great local hardware store with the best group of guys that work there. Always helpful and gracious. They can help you get what you need for anything you need to fix or build. They helped me put together my real estate signs and even cut the bottom of the posts to help me get them into the ground easier!

Prices are higher here, sure, but the employees have ALWAYS been helpful and the store is smaller than Ace so it’s easier to navigate and find what you want.As long as your expectations are realistic given that Pacific City is a small beach town, then I see no reason why you won’t have a 5 star experience. 😎

The gas station down the street had zero motor oil so we went to this location. We were very grateful to find the oil here because our car was running low. The store was well stocked with basic necessities.

Wonderful hardware store in a small town. Recently had a "I have to grill something" moment while staying in Pacific City. Went to True Value and they pointed out everything I needed and took me all of 2 minutes to pick up all the ingredients for our grilling party. Was it a bit more expensive then a big box store? Sure, but I also didn't have to wander 2 acres of store to find an employee and sort thru way too many options for what I needed. Fast and friendly suited me just fine. I'm happy to support a local business. I'll be a repeat customer!

Awesome guys working there. They were closing and I needed an adapter for my camper. They let me in but unfortunately didn’t have it but the guy called a store in next town over to find it for me. Great service guys keep it up.

Good place to go for materials. The guys are a bit surly, but that's par for the coast. Make sure you inspect the quality of your lumber from here.

Customer service good. Well stocked store. Small town though, so expect to pay a lot more for stuff like paint and lumber. Cheapest gallon of exterior paint is about $45. A quart will run you about $20.

Lovely TrueValue - Very helpful and kind staff. Willing to brainstorm with you on how to solve tricky problems. It is a small store, but packed with 90% of what we end up needing. Life in Pacific City goes wouldn't be the same without this staple of our community.
