Burnt corndog not even the bacon cheddar that was ordered, fries limp and greasy, onion rings greasy over cooked they were at least crispy 😂 chicken strips were rock hard 4 year old could not eat them very dry, pretty sure whoever was operating it on this day 4-27-24 should not be. Definitely not worth the price all items should be slashed by 60% .Most small store with a hot deli fat exceed food quality.

Stopped by on our way home from the coast. Even though it states "dine-in" the doors were locked, although I wouldn't eat inside. I looked through the door and it was totally dirty inside with dogs roaming around the restaurant. The burger I ordered was undercooked and my husband got a special pronto pup, which he couldn't even bite through! I think the next time I go back to the coast I'll opt for McDonald's before I go back here! Beyond disappointed! 👎

Disappointing that their lobby wasn’t open so we had to order at the counter which was hard to see and hear the staff. Prices were way more expensive than we expected too. Food was shockingly good, so maybe we just picked pricey options? The covered outdoor area was pretty clean, but the parking lot was covered in cigarette buds like there was no ash trays around. Just overall kind of disappointing. Maybe it would be better to just get delivery since the pizza was the star.

I've heard about Otis pizza for years and finally took the time to try it. They have certainly earned their reputation as the best pizza ever! Everything was perfect. Crust was delicious. They even deliver to Linvoln City and Otis. Order on line and then just sit back and wait for it to show up at the door. It did take about 40 minutes but worth the wait+

WOW! WOW! WOW! My husband and I have lived in LC for while now and have yet to find our "pizza spot." That has changed tonight. I am so happy we decided to order from here. You get what you pay for. No doubt. Large portions, good quality, tastes DELICIOUS and we have so much food left over! The ranch is so good too! We were quoted 2 hours for delivery and 45 mins for take-out so we decided to pick up. 45 mins for everything we got, on a Friday night on fourth of July weekend? Not bad at all. Every bit was worth it. We will be back!

My son and myself were headed to the Oregon coast today for a few days of relaxation. We decided to stop at the pronto pup in Otis to have a pronto pup. Both of us thought it might be really nice to have one since we haven’t had one in years. Unfortunately what was a pretty Hefty price for a dog on a stick, we thought what the heck!! I ordered a polish pronto and my son got a smoky bacon cheddar. He ended up with a dog without any bacon or cheese and the breading on both was so thick it was not good at all. We threw it away. We also wanted to go inside to eat, but the guy working said we couldn’t eat inside , but there were like 6 to 8 people inside eating and the sign on there advertising said dine in, and take out available. Needless to say I will not be going there again..

Pizza was good but not great to my tasting. Too cheesy and overall basic pizza. Would of been a four star but employees weren’t friendly and didn’t look happy PERIOD lol no smiles. Yikes!Pup was okay.*Went to this pizza place on 10/6/19*

Moderately nice covered outdoor dining. Bucking Bronco Burger was DELICIOUS! Parmesan and garlic fries were pretty good. Workers not quite that personable.

Best corn dogs ever! We get the Polish sausage corn dog & fountain drink. The wait is a bit long-15 to 20 minutes but it is worth it!!Parking: Very limited parking, but there are a few handicap spots.Also, only 2 port-a-potties since the dining room is still closed.

It's almost literally a hole in the wall where pizza is passed through. The doors were locked with a sign directing you to the side window where orders are taken. The lady that took the order was very friendly and the food came out and a reasonable time, as obviously it takes time to prepare food. The cheese steak was very good. It's difficult to mess up cheese steak in my opinion, but that that doesn't take away from the quality of this one. The garlic fries were pretty good. Not really sure what was missing, but nothing to complain about at all. There was patio seating available. This was right next door to a gas station/convenience store and a porta toilet. I hope to stop by and try more of their food some day!

We have been coming here every few years when we vacation on the coast near Lincoln City. The original Pronto pup! They have the best corn dogs! We always buy a bag of the batter to take home with us or to use on fish and crab if we go deep sea fishing while here.The people that work here are always awesome!With the pizza being added there is something for everyone. My daughter really enjoys the Philly cheese steak sandwich as well.

This was our first experience with Otis Pizzeria, and it certainly won't be our last. We had a pepperoni extra cheese pizza delivered to our hotel room. It took longer than expected, so we did have to call to find out where our order was. The woman who answered apologized profusely and let us know that only 3 people were working that night, including the driver. We completely understood, considering it was the 4th of July week and continued to wait. When our pizza arrived, we were a bit worried it would be cold or not as good since they were short-handed. We were so wrong! Crispy crust, great sauce, and excellent details such as added parm and crushed pepper packets. We will definitely order from them again!

5-Stars deserved simply because you can't get food of this quality anywhere else.I've lived here for a little over a year; and I have hesitated to write a review because I have had some quality issues with cold deliveries; but it was during the societal shut-down so I was happy to get food at all. Something told me it wouldn't be fair to judge them on that.I'm glad I kept the faith because it has paid off now that I have discovered the Itallion Stallion. It is perhaps the best sandwich I've ever had and I managed a sandwich shop for 3 years when I was younger.I'm still hesitant to ask for delivery so I just go to the window everytime now. They have not missed a beat since I've been doing that. Hot fresh food every time and it's not normal food. The end result is an artistically crafted meal cooked to perfection and you can tell they really care. If I had the money, I'd pay them twice every time just to match the effort the put into their food.I've read other reviews complaining about customer service...Maybe service wasn't so great during the pandemic but what can I expect? I haven't noticed any service issues in the last 6 months. And for food quality this high I'd be willing to deal with pandemic-level service anytime. When they put that much effort into the food, I expect them to be tired afterward. If I wanted customer service that gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling I can go to a big chain restaurant where the employees put effort into everything but the food because they're designed to make you feel good rather than to make you truly satisfied so you'll come back like an addict. No thanks. I'll stick with Otis Pizzeria because they focus on the one thing that actually matters... the food.
