We were roadtripping and pulled into this station to top off the tank, buy a soft drink and use the bathroom. They charge $5.99 per gallon for premium! At least a $1 more than other stations! Also the bathrooms are 2 nasty satellites outside the station.🤮 I skipped that part of the stop and waited until our next stop.

The old guy who was running the register was very rude. I didn't realize you couldn't park at the pump to run in and grab something in less than 3 minutes with literally NOT A SINGLE PERSON at the pumps. My fiancé was in the car, at the very front and would've moved if he seen anyone. I was asking questions and telling him where we were from and how it's different and he started yelling at me and was ignorant. Things out of order, crammed and gross as well.

So I'm not from Oregon had stopped to get a pack of smokes so I pulled up out front of the store. I go to get out of my car a guy asks me if I'm getting gas I tell him no. He responds with "well then you need to move your car" couldn't be botherd to be nice and say "if your not pumping gas we ask that you please pull into a parking spot". So I left called back to speak with an owner and then manager of this place was very rude when I called trying to make a complaint about the attendant on staff. Will not ever come back or waste my money at a place where they disrespect their customers. If I could give a lower rating I would.

When I buy gas here at the Otis Gas station I always get a little peek at the pump guys and wow! Wowwy wow they are SO HOT!!! I also tip at least 25 percent and offer some pumping of my own.

Pulled across the street in a gravel parking lot to look up directions on our phone. A man in a red truck and two mangy looking dogs told us to leave. So we pulled into this gas station, went in to make a purchase and while looking at directions, he shows up again and told us to leave! We told him we made a purchase and he was the biggest D@*%!! Pretty sure something shady is happening in the town and they want NO outsiders.

It's a small town gas station and is exactly what you would expect from such. The people are locals, the owner is actually participating in the business, it's small. Overall it's a friendly spot for friendly people. They have their off days but don't we all? Been doing business with them happily for years.

A white older man with a blue lives matter cap asked three times how much gas we wanted. We told him only 10$. Instead he took my card and filled the tank. Then started cornering me and screaming at me. A 17 year old native teen. When I asked why they gave me more than ten and overdrafted my card. Don’t recommend at all. I almost got attacked for his mistake.I have lived here my whole life and never have I seen this man work there. I went in to ask if the charge was correct because I knew my card overdrafter and wanted to know what I owed. Instead the man ran in and started screaming and pointing at me in the store about not speaking up and it being my fault. Never have I been attacked like this until now. Never going back. Stay away from here if you can. Idk what happened but new workers are crazy.

BAD BUSINESS! BAD ATTENDANTS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Went there and got gas before heading home out of town. Big mistake! I had told the tweaker looking woman that works there “10 dollars in regular gas” I handed her a $20 bill. She goes inside and comes back when my gas is finished pumping and I noticed I never got my change and it looked like I had gotten more gas then I had told her I wanted.Then the gray haired old man comes out and tells me that Theres no way I’m getting my 10$ Back and he refused to give me the owners phone number. All because the meth head wrinkle face lady thought I said put the whole 20? I bet she pocketed my change and scored another bag of tweak tonight in satisfaction of ripping my last bit of money I had.Whoever owns this business hires shady people that don’t care about making the customer happy at the expense of a mistake made by their own employee!

Owner was hostile. Cussing and yelling at us. Told us to get out of Oregon and go back to California. Scary situation. No Handicap restrooms, only Porta potties. Do Not Stop Here.

Make sure to ask to use the microwave even if you have before and done so multiple times doesn't matter if its the same person he will get mad at you like a child does when you touch their favorite toy, not a welcoming atmosphere. Oh and they don't wear mask inside or practice much safety with the construction going on next to the doors

If your want Covid 19 this is the perfect place to get it. Employees are not consistent and maskless customers come and go at will. The general attitude is anti safety and anti government. If you object, you will be challenged and dismissed. I have a whole lifetime to live down the road from this business but never return.
