Outstanding service and selection of good products!Recently took multiple trips here to help get supplies for raised beds that I’m building my wife for her birthday.Couldn’t be happier. Way cheaper than local hardware store.

Our stay at the Tuff Shed AirBnB was the most interesting so far! It was a no frills stay, and we had to supply our own "everything". We wanted the larger one, but were told the host sleeps there, but saw no sign of the host during our stay. Nice location. Did hear some noise that night when the employees from Home Depot were bringing all the carts and buggys in at night. Thanks Homer, will book again next season!

So, we are going some home renovations. We have been doing all the work ourselves. Home Depot has made it real easy for us. While shopping on line through the Home Depot they have some of the most informational videos we have seen. Not to mention being a Pro member and having a wide range of help that you can get some really great insight and information. We have spent a lot of time in the store and have received a lot of help with some of the questions that we had. We would absolutely recommend you going to the app or website for home Depot and taking advantage of the great videos and other information and use all 5he tools and resources they offer

I know some of my fellow DIY'ers shy away from the large home improvement centers and opt for smaller family owned & operated stores. One of the biggest reasons for this migration, stems around the fear of getting poor customer service...Let me tell you... The Home Depot in Oregon City has... (I don't know what the proper identifying verbiage is anymore so I'll shoot from the hip!) an AWESOME customer service, checkout, self checkout register consultant or cashier employee named 'Greg.' In my experience, Greg was nice, extremely helpful, good listener and was able to help the lady I was with pricing concerns.In the couple min I spoke with Greg he showed initiative, genuine concern over the problem in hand and carried out the necessary actions which ultimately saved the sale and likely 'earned' the business of a repeat customer.Lastly, he told me he didn't know much about laying hardwood floors... (side conversation we had) But wished me good luck and sent us on our way with a friendly smile and a 'Good Luck!'This is what Great Customer service look like,,, and This Home Depot in Oregon City is Damn Lucky to have Greg representing the 'Orange Apron' team!Thank You to everyone at the Home Depot!!Best,Chad W

It's a typical Home Depot. Nothing special. I will say that the curbside pickup is a joke. Both times I tried to use it I followed the instructions to check in with the app and waited for 20 plus minutes before just calling the store's direct number to tell them I was out there and both times they seemed unbothered that the app didn't work. Not even an "oh that's weird" or anything.

Waited 20 minites for the tools section manager to help me by unlocking the gate that held the $250 hammer drill i wanted to purchase. he told me 4 times he’d be there and continued to sort screws or some menial task. He even asked another of his workers that was fininhing up stacking shelves to help me. When done with his stacking, the employee took off the other direction never to be seen again. I Finally left if total discust and went to lowes to buy my drill and bits. Loses staff were most helpful. this incident @ home depot occurred 4/22 @ appox 2pm in the off chance someone wants to ID employee and fire his lousy bum. He lost the store a $250 sale. Makes you wonder how many other tool sales are lost.

The store is good if you avoid the appliance center.I would rate this store a solid 4 star if it wasn't for the appliance center. That section I would rate a zero star if I could. That's an average of 2 stars. I only give it an overall rating of 3 because of Gideon in the appliance center. He is (in our experience) the only saving grace in that department. If it weren't for him, we would have stopped shopping at Home Depot all together our experience with that department was so bad. 70% of our appliances were delivered damaged, and we replaced every appliance in our house. The Home Depot store wouldn't stand behind them, because they said they were custom ordered and we had to deal directly with the manufacturer. NOTE, ALL appliances you purchase here we found out are considered custom ordered because you can't pick them up directly at the store! They'll sell you the appliances then completely wash their hands of you and the deal. For appliances, do yourself a favor and go to Lowes or Best Buy. Everything else here is fine. And if anyone with any clout AT ALL within Home Depot reads this, you need to give Gideon a raise and a promotion. He's earned it. As I mentioned earlier, he's the only reason we still shop here. We'd recommend this store to others with the exception of the appliance center. We recommend you avoid this section like the plague.

Customer service has always been great. Unfortunately, I bought an indoor house plant and it had Thrips. Thanks to home depot I am Fully knowledgeable about this insect. I now get to purchase an entire new summer garden as Ive had to just throw them all Away at least 20 outdoor and 2 of my house plants have been trashed and I'm currently struggling with 3 long term indoor plants Ive had many years. All the pouting soil, trashed, as the price of insecticides, hours and on going hours of bug removal and plants in segregation.. and I should really take a star because of the heebie jeebies Ive had every time the wind blows. Fire your garden manager . Ill never buy any plant from there again. What a night mare. The plant cost 34.99. And my ruined my outlook for Awhile. Thrips... like 8 hours of plant maintenence a day. For months! Thanks home depot. What a pal. You'll never get me in that store again

Company bloats how it helps Veterans, but when their salesman writes up a Washer to be delivered instead of a dryer.. they leave a Disabled Vet High and Wet with NO dryer!! Now our problem, so much for helping our Vets. Wonder if Lowe's has better customer service.

Big store with lots of inventory, helpful staff. Many, MANY needs can be fulfilled under one roof with their lumber, building materials, hardware, plumbing , electrical, lawn and garden plus much more. They have an awesome selection of cleaning supplies and chemicals as well. They have it down to a really good system for ordering doors 🚪 and windows plus even more online.

One can count on being delayed in this store. An order placed online can be canceled merely because the staff is too lazy to maintain accurate inventory. If you can do it, this store is less likely to help.

Although, while I looking for a common item which I've purchased at several other Home Depot, a associate came over to offer me help, after I told him the item, with attitude he responded, "I've never seen said item ever."I stated "Well other Home Depots have this item."And with a huff he suggested checking another area in the store.I've been shopping at Home Depot longer than this guy has been alive. Why must I tolerate associate attitude?Home Depot online can tell you exactly where an item is in a store and how many are in stock.

This is seriously the worst Home Depot. I ordered a French door, that they lost in transit. They won’t refund my money to go buy a different door and told me that until the door shows up there is nothing that they can do. Meanwhile I’m out $1,518 and I have to go pay another $600 for an in stock door and reframe the space to make it fit. Their words were if the door comes in they can return it for a restock fee of 25% almost $400!! Arlene, who bless her heart has the weekends off promised to find the door and did absolutely nothing, Gidian, and Larry (managers with zero authority) were the ones to tell me I’m just out the money… Use Lowes or another more reputable company!

This is probably the best Home Depot that I have ever shopped at. The associates are friendly and helpful and it is usually not hard to get help if you need it. The store itself is well stocked with most items that you might need for home and garden projects.I have also found that the management is willing to make things right if there might be an issue with a delivery or quality of product or service.The store is easy to get to and there is usually plenty of available parking. Nice weekends are usually busy I find that it is better to go at night or during week days.All in all a nice addition to the Oregon City area.

Home Depot has some very helpful employees. The employees who really know their stuff are in high demand but they seem to be able to make time for everyone. There is a lot of everything here and you can find ways to get things that you need and people to help you put them together.

Ordered a new sink and faucet...of course they don’t stock it so I had to wait about a week and a half for it to come in. Yeah was told at the store that it had been inspected and everything was perfect. Wrong. After pulling out my old sink, disposal and all the plumbing, I open the box and the corner is bent. Super frustrating. But that’s when the story turns. I brought it back in and to be honest, felt bad for whoever was about to talk to me. But then I was helped by Ella. She was great and handled the situation perfectly. She got on the phone and was able to discount my purchase and get a new one express shipped out to me. This is what I expect from a company like Home Depot. They came through on how to take care of a customer. Thanks again to Ella.

The Depot has a great selection. I have their Pro Card too. Just remember to pay off the promo balances before they mature or Ouch! You have to search in the very back recesses of the card online to find out the ending dates of the promos you have bought or your card balance shoots upward without notice. 29.99 percent interest makes your eyes water.

One star generous. 3 refrigerators. Not one fit. I went in 3 times in person with measurements and photos. Still trying to get my money refunded. Again after three calls. Not Happy.... :(Customer Service is important. Thus the review reflects that.

My druthers regarding this behemoth retailer is the terrible in-store Wi-fi connection. Plus, the formulaic inventory offering is quite tiresome. What I mean to say is that the limitations on the variety of parts and sizes often send me elsewhere. This is especially true of irrigation fittings. And, the price hikes disguised as a consequence of inflation are flat-out nonsense. Next time you're there, ask an employee if their hourly wage rate has proportionately increased with the inflation hikes. Got to love American free market Capitalism and wage disparity.

I had a pretty serious leak from a old shower valve at my home which required me to shut off the main water until the issue was fixed. I wish I could remember all their names, but ya thanks so much to all of you at the Oregon City Home Depot for helping me in so many ways - working up until closing to get me a list of recommended plumbers (just in case), and walking me through the store to get all the necessary tools to get the job done. Really impressed with the overall expertise and professionalism here.

Horrible store. Went to this location and found a patio set that I wanted to purchase that was on sale from $999 to $499. The next day rented a truck so I could transport it to my house. Showed up and overnight the sale apparently ended and they would not honor the price from the day prior. The “manager” offered me $100 off for the inconvenience but it was still hundreds of dollars higher than the sale price. I am now out the cost of the rental truck and didn’t get the patio set. Horrible management and treatment of a persons that spends thousands and thousands at their store. I will now be trying Lowe’s or elsewhere goat all my household needs.
