Never had issues with this particular store until today. I have a digital coupon that was redeemed a few days prior, but yet the coupon shows that it can be "used" again. I tried to use that coupon, but the manager on duty "James" refused to honor the coupon, stating that it was redeemed already and couldn't be used again, even though the app still shows that it can still be used.A business should still be able to honor a coupon or an offer/special/deal as long as the issue is not with the customer itself, but if there are issues with the app or if an employee forgot to remove the "For Sale/Special" sign, then they should be able to honor the coupon.A properly trained manager should be able to honor that deal and resolve the issue for the customer, instead of denying their coupon.Very bad management!!! They need to train their managers properly and be more customer friendly.Update: I went back and used a different teller and she was able to honor the coupon and explained to me that it could be a glitch with the app, but to not worry and she was able to assist properly as "James" was not capable of doing that.I also filed a complaint online and over the phone and was able to get 30 dollars in store credit, "Thanks James"Funny, Coupon says: Best Customer Bonus!

I get the attempt to try & stop thieves .. but it's pretty frustrating as a long time loyal Freddie's shopper when your fully loaded cart freezes up & comes to such an abrupt stop items slide out from underneath when leaving the store because of some theft sensor & then nobody shows up to check your receipt, or will the self checkout person call someone & tells you you have to wait .. really?! So what are you supposed to do? You're standing there waiting, blocking the doorway, can't move the cart, so you end up loading your bags into another one & leave. How does this help with shoplifting????

Went in the other night to get some stuff for our new apartment. Austin in the electronics department as a huge help and super friendly. We came in right before close and he still didn’t hesitate to help us. Give the man a raise!

awful after shopping here for 20 years. overpriced, selection of food is sad compared to winco, their digital coupon system is discriminatory, and even though they are supposed to give those coupons to people and seniors without phones they don't. (it was on koin 6 news) and all of the salespeople from phone companies are annoying. I don't shop here anymore.

I wish they would have more humans checkers. They have mostly self checkout and the prices are not cheaper in fact often higher than other stores and expect me to do the work and self checkout tends to Always have an issue and you need to get help but they have one person to help all of them. The staff they do have are very helpful but if I'm doing the work of a previous paid employee and they're not paying employees then I would expect prices to reflect that. I can go to other stores and get help and still pay less. I only go here if I need something now due to the selection of items they carry which is a lot.

I had a very negative experience with the meat counter employee. When I politely asked for a specific item in the case I was told it was to hard to reach. I'm not a difficult customer, but the product he wanted to sell me was obviously older and less desirable. He tried to sell me something completely different. Not only rude but lacks basic product knowledge. I've shopped this store for over 30 years, I was very disappointed today.

I have been shopping here since we moved to the area 23+ years ago. Since Kroger took over, it’s been going downhill steadily. I’ve noticed that they haven’t the selection in grocery items they once had. I see almost nothing but the Kroger brand names. They used to have a good organic vegetable section but it’s now a joke. Everything looks like it was frozen. Recently their chard about 6” long: tops cut off, frozen and mushy.Kroger would do better by spending its money on good quality products and more choices instead of buying Safeway and Albertsons stores. Once that happens, there won’t be any more local grocery stores to choose from.

this store is circus, all the fresh food areas are closed or just unstaffed alf of the time, the employees are miserable, and the management is super condescending and unhelpful any time you have an issue. you're better off going to 99E for your groceries, walmart market and a better freddy's there
