The store is fine as long as you don't need help from an employee. The two ladies I dealt with were something else...we placed an online order Friday night for milk replacement for goats and got confirmation that the order was ready. Showed up right after opening the next morning to find they never pulled the item and they don't know who sent the confirmation email. Long story short after a good half an hour to track down the manager we just walked in the back where the items were on the shelf and paid in person then got the online order refunded (it still wasn't fulfilled yet). Don't bother ordering online for pick up it'll take minimum 12 hours for them to do the simplest task apparently. The point of my order was to simply swing by quick and leave, not sit and wait and then be an hour late for my next engagement

Joseph downstairs in the firearm section was so informative. He took the time to fully educate us on our options. He was so knowledgeable about each one, even giving us a history lesson along the way. The best customer service experience I have had in a LONG time. 10/10!

My dog loves the pig ears from here the best and I'm loving my new country kicking boots to.This place has style and respect for it's customers. Thanks coastal:) I am glad your in a shopping center with other stores that understand that when shopping. I went next door to Michael's to make my new boots more my own.

This location is convenient and clean. They have a great selection on clothes and boots. I docked a star because we buy dog food, and it’s always horribly stocked. Often have to drive to Gresham location. Otherwise a great store!

I have never had a bad experience at a Coastal. They always take good care of you here. They are pretty standard or somewhat on the expensive side if they aren't running any sales on what you're looking for but other than that they're great. Best time is to catch them during a holiday sale or a time when basically everything is on sale.

Bought an air compressor with free gift on Black Friday. They were giving rain checks for the free gift. Made 3 trips to Coastal to pick up free gift to be told they don't have it or can't find it. Finely the gal at the cash register calls her supervisor or person in charge who after 15 min throws the free gift on the counter but then the drama starts. Gal at the cash register is talking about lay away for some reason. She calls the PIC back over who then asks me to pay for my free gift. She has all the receipts so I tell her it's my free gift. She looks some more, makes up another receipt, keeps my original that showed the air compressor, shoves free gift across the counter and says here. No apology for her rudeness. No apology for the 3 trips to coastal from Nov 25th and picking up third week in January. Just disgusting behavior.

Unhelpful. I was trying to pickup my dogfood order and did not get good service or an answer as to what I was supposed to do. Which I finally found out that I'm supposed to go around back. And then he wanted ID. Which I'm an old man and don't carry ID for to much. So I ordered my Dog Food from another place. I am done with rude and or condescending service. I can always take my business somewhere else.

I enjoy this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They usually have a good amount of stock items available and are accommodating when trying to locate or figure out an alternative if something you need is out of stock. If recommend this location to others. There is definitely a sweet time to go when the store isn't super busy but that's my secret and I'm keeping it. I'll be back mostly likely soon.

This place has it all. Warm gear for the cold weather and food for your animals, to camping and fishing gear on the lower level. Some handy tools as well. Love it. I always leave that store with something..

The staff at Coastal are always very kind and helpful every time I've been there, & Coastal has everything that a do it yourself person needs for not only building, but homesteading items as well. Thanks Coastal and staff!

Had the least friendly cashier the other day. Asked for Purina High Protein Layer feed and she responds "you need to know the name of what you want". I informed her that literally is the name, I looked it up on their website the day prior. She ignores me and sells me whatever she felt was easiest for her. I gave two stars bc the guy in the back informed us we were supposed to grab it from inside the store but was super nice about it. Another piece of information the unfriendly cashier didn't bother to tell us. I came to coastal just to buy that specific feed and so didn't know the procedure and won't be going back.

They have everything! Power tools, Clothes, Tractor implements, Bird seeds, you name it they got it. Also one of the only places I know of that carry AMSOIL PRODUCTS. Also terrific prices and excellent employees

Went in to buy a couple pairs of work pants today. I absolutely hate clothes shopping for myself. A very nice lady in apparel could see my dismay and jumped in and found me a couple perfect fitting pants.Absolutely top notch help.

Well Coastals is just about like Wilco hard to find stuff in such a huge area, over priced on most things and they NEVER have the one item I need, even if I call ahead a time to see if it's there and it always isnt. What doesn't make since to me is the gals up front always say they have trucks on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they never know whats on them. Well don't u order products when u run out on the shelves? Then wouldn't it be on one of the Tuesdays or Thursdays trucks??

Long time customer. I have enjoyed shopping here over the years. Even though the prices are a little high, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. On more recent visits, I spent a long time in line. Once, when the one cashier at the register called for assistance, she was sharply chastised for during so. There were 7 of us in line. To her credit, she kept her composure and waited on us with warmth and efficiency. Bottom line, if management doesn't respect my time, paying more isn't worth it. They don't seem to value good employees either. Hope for improvement. May check back, in time.

This place is amazing! I knew they had farm and garden equipment besides Westrrn attire, so when I needed a part to switch my garden fountain to solar, this is where I went. I looked in one place but a special staffer knew right where to look. He found the piece I needed - I was able to complete my project!

Massive selection of everything. This store is huge, it's two floors. Prices are average for a brick and mortar store. There's plenty of parking outside, and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I had several people throughout the store ask if I needed help finding anything.
