This store is fine. Sometimes I buy deli food here and it's good. I use the pharmacy. However the doors need work, and they're propped open with cat litter bins that obstruct the exit for people with mobility aids. It's a fire hazard and really unsafe for the pharmacy exit. Also probably violation of ADA accessibility standards.

It’s a pretty decent store, clean and nice employees. Wish they had more of a beer selection when it comes to singles, it’s mostly ciders when it comes to individual cans/bottles. The produce is pretty sad, the quality of fruits is always iffy.

The young lady who checked me out at checkstand #6 was absolutely awesome. The older gentleman who was in front of me came back and told her that she gave him the wrong change back. He thought she had given him a $20 bill when actually it was a $50. She explained to him that she would have never done that on purpose. He was embarrassed that he had mistaken the $50 for a $20. She was so sincere and did not pass judgement. That interaction made my heart smile.

… I will occasionally scan products myself with bar codes, but produce with no bar codes that need to be identified and weighed? … no thanks!! 😬… but there I was today with celery and grapes… arggg. … well, the attendant was right there with help, even today, Christmas Eve. Their deli food is good, but avoid the turkey and beef pot pies, they're made with sliced deli sandwich meat. The chicken pie is made with roast chicken.

We have an Albertsons & Safeway about a mile a part. They are basically the same (owned by same company), but the Safeway here, in Oregon City, is better. Why? Better selection of Bakery items. Bakery trumps everything imo.

I tried to cash in a couple of lottery tickets at 8am. I was told the customer service desk (the only place you can cash in tickets at the store) didn't open until nine. A few days later I came back at 10am and was told the customer service desk does not open until 10:30am. I do not think this store wants to help customers or redeem lottery tickets that they sell.

This store is still just okay. The prices have only gotten worse, and it's on products you can get elsewhere for cheaper. There are no gourmet items to warrant gourmet prices. On the bright side, some really great people work here.

Update 2023: Customer service is still not good since last year. There is a manager who snaps at their employees and comes across very confrontational and in a bad mood. Most regular employees are very nice and try to help to the best of the ability. Unless you're getting a good deal on something I would not recommend regular shopping at this location. In my opinion, Winco, Fred Meyers or Grocery Outlet are better options for regular everyday shopping and have good customer service.Update 2022:(3/5 stars) customer service in recent experiences has went more downhill. Just an ok store to shop at now.2021 (4 stars): Great customer service.

Very clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Easy to find stuff that you need and if you cannot find the stuff there's always somebody right around the corner that is able to help you. Produce section is outstanding. It is an older building but considering the inside is very very clean and tidy.

The store was clean and well stocked. The self checkout clerk was so rude and not just to me. One guy turned around and looked at her as if to say...."wow, are you rude." Another tall clerk was yelling at another staff about getting off. I said to my daughter, "This is where I use to always shop, I strongly dislike it now." Not a store I will frequent at all....and definitely avoid.

I looked online for fisky's shreds cat food 24 pack. It said the store had it in stock at the store. I rode my bicycle to the store to find out they did not have it. There was fancy feast box of cat food. At least I didn't walk away empty handed. Oh, and I got to see some employees fighting each other having a hissy fit. Not a pleasant experience. I won't be returning.

The workers are very nice and there is usually someone close by to help you out if you can't find what you need, their not afraid to say where you might find what you need at another store if they don't have what you want.

Love the folks in the pharmacy. Ali got me to get my flu and shingles shots. I also am a HUGE fan of checker Kristi she always has a big smile a great story and NEVER messes up. She could do her job I her sleep.

My husband was In there earlier and waiting to get help at the front counter and all of the employees were just standing around staring at him not asking to help or see if he needed anything . My husband ended up leaving due to lack of service and no one willing to help him out. Never will be back again! Extremely rude to have employees just stare at a customer and not come over to help them!

If you like to go math less against Kate Brown's rules this is the store to come to if you want to be in safe other than that it was very clean and nice so if you're looking for a store that mandates masks this is probably not your store

This store likes to cover up out of stocks and ignores it for months. None of them care about it. Brought it up to an employee named Eric. He didn't care. Mark the manager needs to be replaced along with most of the crew. If you want a better experience go to Fred Myers

The prices are decent and their employees are all very good natured and helpful. I almost enjoy shopping there oh! their meat department is great and their fried chicken in the deli is some of the better around it is really good

The employees followed me around the store like I was going to steal something. I really don't think they expected me to push my cart to the register and pay for everything. I wasn't just being crazy.... my friend noticed the same thing. Maybe it's because nobody else is ever in that store so they had to focus on the only people in there. It sure made me not want to go back though. Next time I'm spending $150 in a grocery store I'll just go to New Seasons which is where I'd rather go anyway.

I like Albertsons the prices are the best around the area. The deli has a very good selection and the people that are very helpful do you still have very fresh ground beef in the back that's the meat department thank you very well organized and it's clean people very nice how much are the good locations here in the other places so it's parking and but you guys are open later than most period. There's nothing better than Albertsons chicken I mean it is superior to the others let me Monday Monday chicken Madness is outrageous suspense I don't know what your flavor it with go there and pick up boxes and boxes and boxes of it the other place that everybody has chicken but there's something different about the way that you fix your chicken and I do believe if they donate to local charities.

Lines are long.. they took out the self check out. They normally have one checker and only call 3's a crowd after 4 people are in line with full shopping carts and you've been waiting 5 minutes. The homeless that hang out by the front door beg for money and all look like tweakers. One time I watched the neighborhood kids walk to the display of water outside and grab a case and leave.. the cashiers are pissy and rude. Don't get the blueberries. They are always moldy. Other than that it's an okay place. I shop there for convenience that's it.

Ive been shopping at albertsons since 2004. It my main store. The people that work there a always ready to help you. Love this store and Ive gotten to know most of the employees on a first name basis. When i was going through chemo. They always asked me how I was doing.

Some prices are excellent in comparison to Fred Meyer which is right down the street. Some of Albertsons promotions are too good to pass up. Lines are almost always 2-3 carts long with a wait time of 10-15 minutes to check-out on most days. Today, I did not have to wait quite as long. I was there from 10-11am on a Tuesday. However, some of my manufactured coupons we're printed by Fred Meyer and the cashier stated, with authority that Albertsons will not accept these coupons. I have never had a problem using these coupons at other competitor grocery stores, so I was rather put off. The manufacturer will pay the establishment because it states that it's a manufacturer coupon.
