I get my prescriptions filled here. Ppl are very nice and helpful. That goes for walgreens store as well as the pharmacy.

Pharmacy will never pick up the phone, when they do they hang up on you. Be prepared to spend and hour there to get anything you need from them, some of the most unprofessional pharmacist I have had the "privilege" of interacting with.

Just moved to Payette from CA. Not use to all the friendly kind people here! Think it was Brittany who helped me. She was very kind helpful. I have a medication that seems to be a problem wherever I go. She made note of it. Next day I received a call from a very bubbly young lady. She explained and answered my questions. Don't recall her name but we were laughing I've not had any problems getting my meds. Everyone is always kind and friendly. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes I am handicapped they always offer me a seats well as other customers that offer thier place in line!! I ❤️ Idaho

When the shots first came out, we were able to do walk-ins for the shots. I travel for a living and that is how I received the First and Second shots. When I got home I went to receive my booster shot. I was the only person there, no one else even there to get any prescriptions. There was five people behind the counter, three we're just talking, two were on the phone. I asked to get my booster, and was pretty rudely told to go online to make an appointment.Since when did they stop caring and supporting the community (as in the commercials they boast! I was pretty upset that walking spots had changed. Walk-in should still be available. I have not gotten my booster.

They seem to not be able to know how to use a phone! I called Monday. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, I kept the phone ringing as I drove from Payette to the pharmacy thinking it was just busy. I walk to the pharmacy and there was literally no customers and no line. The workers I the pharmacy were just standing at their computer and took me immediately. I showed her how I was on hold for 41 minutes. All she said was "oh." They were supposed to order my medication Monday and I was supposed to get it today. They did not order it yesterday and they seem to not know how to answer a phone today. I even called the manager and they transferred me to the pharmacy and they didn't answer...

I used to get my prescriptions at bi mart but,, Walgreens bought out the pharmacy. I got a call from the pharmacy (the phone rang once . They did that on my husband's and both of my daughter's phones too.) I called them back . The phone said there was one caller ahead of me. After ten minutes on hold it finally rang . After 10 to 15 rings it hangs up. My prescriptions were automatically sent to this store. Come on Walgreens you have to do better than this to get my business!!!!

I used to be able to pick up prescriptions rather quickly whether it was in the drive-through or in the store. Since since the bimart buyout I have had to wait for ridiculous amounts of time in the drive-through waiting for a single prescription. One car in front of me tonight and then me 30 it's a 35 minute wait. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy is a joke. I'm either waiting a few days for my meds to come in or Im sitting at the window for 10-15mins waiting for them to grace me with some kind of help. Today sat at the window for 10min while they just kept walking by not asking what I needed or anything. Either get people who will work of shutdown the pharmacy.

I went in this morning and was told to make an appointment for my flu shot. So I made an appointment online and still waited for over an hour to get the shot. What is the purpose of making an appointment? Not the first bad experience I've had with this Walgreens. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

It was good to be there because I loved it and it was so awesome that I had a very good experience. There are some flaws however that are impossible to ignore (which will not be included in this review, but may be mentioned in future reviews). Thank you for being such an OK company.

Tried to get my Walgreens rewards card for completing the WalGreens Shopper Deals surveys and gave a confirmation number she refused to honor the survey rewards. Asked her to call and check on it now not tomorrow etc, she only took info. A manager should know promos that are going on and involve their store. Managers should know their job period.👎That's why Rite Aid is my pharmacy. They know store promos👍

Stood at the photo counter for over 20 minutes.Then I had to call the store and ask for help before anyone would acknowledge us just to find out they were not ready yet. Customer service sucks. The manager was very argumentative.

I've been the primary person going into pick up items thru pharmacy 3 or 4 times a week.... For over a year. ... And I had gone with my Mother at least 2-3 times a month or week.. .friendly, helpful, extends their own selfs to help their customers.... Totally Awesome!!!

The whole store is a fiasco and that is including the pharmacy! last time I was in there an employee at the photo counter helped me and my card didn't work, so he had to manually enter it. I humorously said "I bet you regret helping me now" and he actually nodded seriously and said "Yep". And it's not just that. Every time I enter that store I either encounter a rude customer or a rude employee. One time I waited in line behind the check out while the cashier counted close to 100 modelo beer cans for a customer coming in to recycle. WHO DOES THAT????? Walgreens in Ontario OR is HORRIBLE! If I had the option to give it minus 5 stars and a heck no! I would!

Well, the stores aspect is not the issue. The issue is the pharmacy, as I type this review I am still on hold, looking at my phone it says 22min 30 sec, mostly to see if someone will pick up. I was behind 2 callers, now there are 3 callers ahead of me....how does that work?

I hate to even give Ontario oregon Walgreens pharmacy 1 star. I have been doing business with them since they opened. Used to be a wonderful experience . Things have changed for the worse . Rude and inconsiderate people in the pharmacy. I have been hearing a lot of bad around our community about them.Sadly I have now experienced it for myself. I will not give them any more of our business.

Very tired of this being one of the few Walgreens that has such limited and poor hours for their pharmacy. When your kids are sick and your trying to get them the medicine asap it's frustrating that they are closed when they really shouldn't be. Happened too many times now. We will be changing our preferred pharmacy.

Brought in 1 bag of recycling and was told by carley the manager that I needed to go get a box for them so i did then they said they couldent take the bottles because there is ants and they keep the used dirty cans in the syock room with the food and was told to take the bottles elsewhere. Compleatly unprofessional and not to mention unprepared.

Had to transfer from bi Mart pharmacy when they closed. Walgreen pharmacy wait time and accuracy is inapt. Not happy with them at all. Currently trying to find another pharmacy.

The pharmacy dept has always been marvelous, and so easy to use! As long as you remember they're closed from 1:30 to 2 for lunch, it's all good!

This pharmacy is the rudest most disrespectful pharmacy I have ever been to they yelled at me and told me my stuff wasn’t ready and told me to leave I can’t believe the amount of disrespect I was just shown I will take my business elsewhere if you’re smart you will too.

Computer system was down so it was cash only and couldn't use the ATM to get cash because that was down too. Had to go to other places to get what I wanted.

The pharmacy has the most incompetent and ineffective staff ever! I have used this pharmacy for the past year and every month there has been a problem with getting my prescriptions filled! One star is way too high of a rating!! I have taken my business elsewhere and will never return!

The employees are always so nice here. Walgreens is more specifically a pharmacy and household items store. Prices are a little more expensive here though.

Ordered photos here which came in a timely manner but were all (about 40 pictures) bent like a C. Will not be recommending Walgreens photo to anyone.
