Pretty good location with typically a full stock. Very clean and organized.Don't call and ask if an item is in stock, have had them lie multiple times, apparently they won't go check the shelves.

If you live by this store you know how annoying it is to listen to their alarm system on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis because they are too cheap to hire a decent alarm company. So the neighborhood gets to listen to the alarm from the hours of 10pm to 8am, dont bother with the manager because he or she shuts off their phone.

This store has all kinds of things you wouldn't think they would, it's along the lines of a d and b. The store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked. The moment you enter the store you are greeted by an employee and asked if they can help you find what you are looking for and then direct you to the correct isle. For me customer service means a lot, I guess because I used to work in customer service.You deal with many people in one day and all it takes is a little common curiosity and help with a problem they are trying to take care of to make a customer for life.Good prices and selection of products.

The last two visits to this location, the only employees to help with heavy lifting, were the female employees, who did an excellent job. Why are the males not helping with the heavy items? Both visits we picked up at least 10, 40lb. bags of wood stove pellets. We are both in our 60's and need the help loading heavy items.

Sorry about this negative review. We just purchased today (3-1-23) a new pre-built Char-Griller Model 3070 Texas Trio BBB Grill / Smoker. Derek did a fine job of selling it and loading it into my truck. I tied it down with 3 ratchet straps so there would be no movement on the trip from Ontario back home to Boise. However, once I got home there were 3 bolts and washers in the bed of my truck. After finding their locations and re-installing them I decided to check all the others. There was not 1 bolt on that grill that was tight. There were a few more that had vibrated to the point where they were ready to fall out. I used to work at Ace Hardware and whenever we built a grill every bolt installed were torgued to the proper spec. Your builder needs to be talked to. That grill very easily could have fallen apart on the way home. Very disappointed in the build of something that I spent more than $500.00 on !!!

I went to tractor supply on July 3rd for dog food. The young woman cashier never even acknowledged my presence.All she said was my total, handed me my receipt and turned away.No thank you. No nothing.NEXT TIME I'LL DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER TO D & B.

I went looking for medication for my dog mauled chicken. The lady I saw first must have been awful busy talking to that guy cause she called a new hire to help me. 2 weeks on the job. The kid had no idea where what I was looking for was. But he found it. Got me all took care of and I left happy. They need to keep him. He was pleasant and can handle old ladies on the day their favorite chicken was attacked by a dog. That's a big good show Chad. Old ladies are difficult when they are happy.

My daughter and fiancé ran out of propane in their trailer (that they live in with two young boys in Parma) on Christmas Eve. They called and were told to head over and they would wait until 5:50 to fill their tanks. They made it there at 5:52 and the gal that was working rudely refused to help. Said that they should’ve been there on time. I’ve never received service at Tractor Supply that was anything less than great. I was surprised at the lack of kindness and compassion that we experienced tonight. Especially at Christmas.

Went here to get a cone for my puppy after his surgery today so he'd leave it alone! Anyways, I wasn't sure about things in this store and a very nice gentleman not only showed me where they were located, he also showed me how to adjust it for my puppy! Great experience!

I did an online order for dog food and it got canceled in less than 2 days and then they tried to charge me more when teying to order online. I was told over the phone i would have additional time to pick them up. When calling customer service they had an inventory issue and could not correct it between them and the store. I would not go to this specific store or order onlime with this store again based on the phone interaction and the order being canceled. They were rude about it and put it back on being my fault and not there's for not picking it up immediately.

But not as much as she did when she told I could only get a gift card and not my 150.00 cash. Worst experience and I will return 500.00 more of stuff later today . Then will not return

Too bad there is not a -1, I will never go back after my 1st and only experience at the Ontario store. Staff lady with short hair treated me as if i was a 3 yo in trouble, raising her voice and talking over me. I will defiantly not return or recommend.

We do all of our shopping here for our animals and other supplies the checkers are always courteous. They have a good quality dog food that cost a little less and some of the more expensive foods which makes it nice if you're trying to save a dollar

The Tractor Supply Company in Oregon was awesome they were very helpful spent a lot of time and energy helping us load a trailer I believe the employee's name was Ed what an awesome gentleman we took a lot of his time and energy from the store to help us as customers for a couple of hours load up trucks and trailers of merchandise that we purchased I highly recommend this store to anybody they were very awesome

Normally I love Tractor Supply in every way but this last time their apparel and Boots we're really disorganized to the point where I thought I was looking at little kid boots come to find out if they were women's boots and with the clothes they were all kind of grouped together from guys two girls two guys again to little kid you had to make sure you are at the correct gender Rock for one and they're advertising boots that they don't actually sell in store

Employees aren't very knowledgeable and not friendly. Probably should work on teaching their employees to get better at customer service. I stopped in and asked if they had bike lock chains and was told no we are a tractor supply store like the sign outside read. So instead of getting mad I looked around and guess what I found yes you guessed it I found bike lock chains and cable. If they don't know then they should ask someone who knows and not try using sarcasm that ends up making them look stupid. I probably won't ever shop at this store ever again. Honestly if they really didn't carry what I asked about a simple sorry we don't carry that item in this store would have been better but only if they know that for certain.

This place is a one stop shop. They carry a large selection of feeds for your livestock.they carry clothing shoes feeds supplys for just about everything.they even carry tools. So if you haven't been there yet pay them a visit you'll love it

Purchased Animal Supplies, Feeds, for Ducks, Chickens, Dogs, Cats. Picked up straw bales. Went into store. Looking into welding supplies and lights for the trailer. They are like BIG BOX , minus the attitude. They have people that actually help instead of hiding. I needed a special part for my trailer, the Manager. looked it up in their catalog, ordered it, called me when it came in. And everyone was happy. They loaded the Farm Supplies straw bales, some heavy Chicken Coops.
