I love coming in to see what cute animals they have in stock! Usually it's bearded dragons and chameleons, but they always have something there! Every so often I buy my crickets here, and I've never gotten a dead one before. Truly it's a great place to shop for your pets!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ms. Carrie who takes care of grooming our dogs. She does a beautiful job with their fur cuts and does it in a way that keeps their personalities intact. Like most folks our puppies are our children too and she really takes care of our fur babies.This time she put bows in our dogs hair and princess looks so stinking cute! Thank you again Ms. Carrie you are definitely worth the wait!

Wonderful caring ❤ staff! Spent time reassuring me in my ability to work with my 2 year old, huge, stubborn, and dangerous Anatolian Shepherd named Rose. They helped pick out the right training supplies, leashes and brushes. Then they gave me a free lesson on walking Rose using the correct leash. She goes into attack mode when she sees another dog. I actually started crying because I was afraid and need more training to control her. The staff were very nice and Rose became calm after a few minutes in the store. They were nice enough to even assure me that adjustments could be made to the regular training class schedule to avoid contact with other dogs. I will definitely be back to have her groomed soon. 🙂 #1

Nice shop, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. Good varieties of dog, cat, reptile and fish supplies.It seemed like they were short staffed as they tried cleaning tanks with lots of customers in the store. But who isn't during COVID.

I am very disappointed especially in their customer service! I have run my own stores as a GM and never made it to where I had a dissatisfied customer walk out my store upset. I asked for crickets she said the truck should be there very soon. Ok I had to look for other things. After the shipment was dropped off I was literally told she couldn’t get to them right now cause she other things and that she had to separate them. I get it but Um excuse me?! You could have did that to not only get that task out the way especially if the customer is willing to wait a min or two or just simply did it. Rule of thumb is that u never tell a customer that even when u are swamped with shipment. Or a busy store. Either choose your words wisely not to piss someone off or kindly just explain and offer a different solution! Trust me I get how it feels to be the only one working but I not once EVER in my entire career told a customer I couldn’t get to something especially when it was within reach. Not only that this place is beyond expensive! The items I bought today would not have been as much as I paid if I went somewhere else! Which however I guess will be spending more in gas to get what my pets need due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And I will be complaining to Corporate!

Called in for a item for my dog , they had it on stock, clerk went to look at price , but fell to inform me that they were other attachment that needed to come with it. drove there when I got there salesperson seemed like he didn't care that he forgot to inform me or not they were attachments to it. Not only that but I was first in line talking to him and he excused himself to help another person that had a dog grooming done to pay for. I thought that was very rude. They do have items you need for your pets but customer service needs to be upgraded.

I called a month ago to schedule grooming for our golden retriever. I specified the breed and was quoted by Valerie $62 for a complete package. When I arrived today, she said it is $90 PLUS $12 for the nails. I asked her to cut him "short". When I picked him up, she had cut him "naked". What the heck?!? The manager had no ability to resolve the issue. We just won't be back.

Aysia is an amazing groomer! Shes now seen all four of my pack (three poodles ranging from 3lbs to 90lbs, and a senior citizen bishon frise) and I am thrilled with her work. She takes serious consideration of the dog's personality and tolerance levels, listens to the owner and offers constructive advice when picking styles, is friendly and compassionate, and my dogs look adorable! She goes above and beyond to make everything perfect, and on an anecdotal note, she took the time to listen to my human family member, who has aphasia but loves to talk, and she really made a point to pay her respect and tried to understand her story. You can't put into words how meaningful and appreciated that is. As long as shes working, my dogs wont go anywhere else!

I like them. They are a pretty decent pet supply store, but I really wish they would acquire a larger shipment of crickets. It seems like half the time I make the drive there from Weiser, they are out. I've started calling ahead to spare me the waste in gas, but they are the closest pet store and when they are out the next step is to drive all the way to Caldwell. Very inconvenient :(

I love this little store! I love how kind and knowledgeable every employee is and knowing that they remember what we need and can tell us at the door if what we're looking for is in stock and asks how much we need today. I'm sure they see thousands of customers each month but yet they know what species of animals we have and are always willing to offer advice or answer questions we might have. The best part is on the slim chance they don't know the answer they will pull out their phone and find the answers we seek. The only problem I ever have is that they run out of reptile food (crickets and worms) nearly every week and despite their desire to remedy this issue corporate won't allow them to order more. Despite this issue this is still my favorite pet store and I'm a custumer for life!

I had a 2 o'clock pet appointment and got there at 1:50 to be told the groomer is at lunch until 2:30. I left my dog a little upset, felt I should of been contacted about the delay. Came back at 4 to check the status of him and no groomer. She was on break. So work for 1 1/2 hours and get break? Then when she did come back in she said I still 5 minutes left on him. I have been bringing this dog here for years. I am thinking of finding a new groomer.r years and had great service until today. Today makes want to find a new groomer.

Took my dog In Yesterday for a trim 2 hours later she came out shaved with Long hair left all over her. They plucked all the hair out of her ears and clipped her nails so far back her toe bled. I heard her yelp and went back to see what was going on they made me leave that room before I could get to her. She looks horrible and is scared now. Then charged me and arm and leg just to ruin the cut. Never again. Will I go back or recommend this place..
