The store itself was fine. Clean, good selection. The two clerks were too busy chatting to do their jobs. We unloaded, then stood there waiting for them to finish their conversation and when she finally did get around to it, we had to reach over take the items from her hand as she couldn't be bothered to put them any closer to us. Which was difficult for us as my entire family is very short and the counters are wide.

Edit to respond:I am a trucker but I don't deliver to this type of business, I'm flatbed so I only deliver to grocery stores when they're under construction. Awesome assumption there, jackass.Your store is trash. The shelves are disorganized and the store is dirty. Your employees are rude and unhelpful. And your assumptions prove that you're not a decent person and should lose your trashy business. Further, I won't patronize any other Grocery Outlet stores. But I just might review them.

Excellent deals on food, wine, cat food, toiletries, holiday decorations, and vitamins. Every single time I frequent this particular location, I always discover some sort of amazing sale on something. The customer service is relatively decent too. The manager is prompt, friendly, and attentive. I will definitely return.

Found grass fed ground beef at a great price. Cereal selection was very limited as was luncheon meats. You have to remember this is an outlet grocery store so you will not always find name brands or a huge amount. Didn't check out the produce or frozen foods as I had gone in for certain items. Overall I will be shopping here in the future. Store was clean and organized.

I love this store and it's amazing selection! The employees make this store extra special. They are so willing to help and always have a smile on their faces. The owners are awesome and are very involved in the community and care about every single customer. Here's just a few items I found the other day. I love this store!

My go to place! Really, really good buys, premium items often enough. A really great resource to have in the community. Look around, don't automatically assume the price you get is the discount stated, but with that said, there are many incredible buys in this grocery outlet.This includes items like wine, crabmeat, chocolate, in many other products. You can almost make this your regular grocery store with the one caveat being a produce section is a little lacking.

Who doesn't love grocery outlet? You go here it's like a treasure hunt for food you never know what you're going to find here it's exciting and the prices you cannot beat them you might find a $50 European cheese for three bucks

A lot of things are cheap here, so it makes it worth it to shop here. They do hilariously put the price "elsewhere" on everything. They even put the total you "saved" on your receipt. I "saved" $500 on a receipt of $34. However they do have a decent selection of food. It's a clean store and feels nice and open.

Had not ever been there. But quite a few customers in the huge warehouse. What they didn't have, you don't need. I could have spent an hour or more in their huge strange wine department. Very interesting foods from everywhere. Not inexpensive, but quirky in a great way.Had a great time. We were looking for dried mushrooms of any kind. Weren't any, but a lot of powdered mushrooms. Lion's Mane etc.Friendly people, great fun!

Liked the store better under previous management. It's still ok, but I don't go as often as I used to, due to selection. There are more interesting Grocery Outlets in Boise and Nampa but harder to get to so I go when I'm over there, which isn't often. Cheese and wine selection is still great for the Ontario area and prices are good.

I like going here before I go to Waremart to see what I can pick up for a good deal. Sometimes you can find great deals and other times it's more than the store charges so you really have to watch out for that. I've caught that so many times it's unbelievable so be careful!

We have always shopped regularly at this location. The new owners are very kind and responsive. The snack and wine selection is excellent. There are always a great cheese and yogurt options. One of our favorite items is the frozen pierogies. They are one of the few stores in the area that carry a variety of flavors.

Exhilarating, I sat in the truck with my dog, while the wife went in. I've been inside a time or two it's a good deal and good employees. They got rid of the only sour puss employee who didn't have time to answer a product location question. 8/8/23 update - We go every two weeks, this is the fifth time in a row we have walked out with basically nothing. Their stock is reliant on overstocks and near expiration dates of products so things we may want won't be there consistently, the only down side. 12/8/23 called store on the 7th of Dec. about an item to be on sale according to the on-line flyer. (which really doesn't fly but that's another story) The employee on the phine said the item would be in on Friday the 8th and available. So we go in, in the PM on Friday the 8th and after browsing a couple other items we make our way to the canned seafood aisle to pick up some of the sardines listed for $0.48 a can. The aisle is crammed with boxes yet there is no display for said sardines. We asked an employee that was still stocking the aisle, he says they must be sold out. We don't say anything but the evidence is clear that the product never showed up or worse. Why would a store advertise a product at a sale price without having it physically present somewhere in the store? Fittingly we didn't find the other two products we previously looked for nor did a parusal of the aisles produce a sale in our case. My wife has emailed management and we await the verdict, I suspect Covid 19, voter registration, extended vehicle warranties or the Chinese are suspect for the short coming. Update 2/13/24 - Another trip today, found the previously missing product in good supply and bought some. They have upgtaded their check out stands, very nice upgrade. As always the checkout was pleasant.

I haven't been in years, so I was looking forward to scoring some deals. The store seems tidier, and some of the prices on non-food items were appealing. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I found the "vibe" different. Still plenty of brands that are new to me, but I saw no dirt-cheap cases of dented canned goods, no bargain-basement prices on off-off-brand cereal. In fact, aside from some good deals on frozen fruit, it felt like an ordinary neighborhood grocery store. The biggest letdown? They didn't even have Jelly Belly Belly Flops!! Finding those was the highlight of my shopping trip, and the main reason I would stop there. Regular shoppers will take the time to find the deals, but I was uninspired. Still worth a visit if you've never shopped here.

Customer service is always warm and friendly. I couldn't find the coffee that I wanted, but Walmart is always out of my favorite coffee as well.So I learned when you guys have it buy more than one.I love the different types of products your stores carry. It takes me a long time in the store cause I love looking at all the different types of products.The prices are usually cheaper than other stores as well.

I love this store but I am sad their gluten free and alternative food section is dwindling. It was an affordable place to buy allergy friendly foods. That is the only reason it is four stars.

Essentials such as milk, eggs, and meat are fairly expensive but they have really good bargains hidden among name brand products. Such as Cinnamon Toast crunch for 12.2 cents an ounce.

I went there this morning to get food for breakfast. I brought steaks. Got home with it open to cook it and almost puke the meat smell so bad. I will never shop there again

Wait time is hardly ever more than a few minutes. No crowds of people, more an even dispersement throughout the entire store. They have a great selections on a lot of things with stellar prices, but don't be surprised if there isn't something from the list missing (usually a sauce or spice). Still overall I have really enjoyed going to this place everytime. I've been a returning shopper to the same location for awhile now. I remember when it use to be rainbow market. So if you haven't given this place a look, stop by and see all the amazing deals this place has to offer!! You never know what amazing deal you might stumble across! 😁
